How the day went :
Woke up at 3 pm, showered and did my hair.
Outfit check:
Hit a new lower weight so I want to buy myself a cute plate and bowl as a reward.
Had a big ass smoothie, but it's okay since we're going on a 1:30 hour after shopping walk and I was feeling super weak even tho I had an energy drink.
I was low-key guilty about the smoothie being so high in calories, but it gave me so much energy, maybe cause it absorbs faster ? I took the bus to go to the store so I have the energy to walk home later ( it's so hot outside anyway).
Went on a walk with my in-laws.
Ended up walking more than expected. Caved in and had an energy drink before dinner to help me through cleaning. I'm way too tired.

I also bought a lot of overripe small bananas to freeze for my smoothies. We're out of blueberries tho, so it's my mission for tomorrow.
And here's my dinner (331). The eggs were perfect my gosh, didn't stick in the pan even tho I put no oil, I'm done with scrambled eggs i guess.
3 Eggs (240), 300 g veggie mix (61) sauce (30).
How I'm planning to make tomorrow a better day :
I wish I had time to do some sport, like higher intensity cardio, I ll try to make time for that tomorrow cause I'm just too tired rn. I'll go stretch right now tho !

September Rules
First since September starts on a Sunday, I'll just have to start tomorrow. So I can have complete weeks.
Intake:
800 calories max
2,4 L of water ( 2 Stanley cup)
40 g protein minimum
Multivitamin everyday
13 g of fiber with every meal
Exercise:
Full body stretch every night
Warm up every morning to lose up
30 minutes walks after every meal
Journaling:
Post everyday here using a template
Do wieiad

15 g psyllium (30)
25 g avocado (36)
25 g blueberries (11)
150 g spinach (41)
Total: 252 calories (18 protein)
Meal two :
3 eggs (240)
200 g Veggies mix (54)
50 g dehydrated potatoes (175)
15 g psyllium (30)
Total : 499 calories ( 21 g protein)
(50 calories snack if I feel like it )
Total for the day: 748 calories (39 g protein)
If I want anything else I need to plan it the day before !
