Reality is like a big lucid dream, and guess what?

You're the dreamer

You know how in dreams, you can shape your surroundings, change the outcome, or even fly just by deciding it? It's the same thing here in your waking life. The key is shifting your focus and attention to what you desire, and everything else will align.

The key here is YOU!

Think of it like this: In a lucid dream, when you realize you're dreaming, you stop reacting to the randomness and start creating intentionally. You can suddenly decide you're at the beach or in the middle of your desired city, all it takes is a shift in thought. Your awareness in the dream dictates what happens next.

Now apply that to reality

When you focus on what you want, whether it's love, success, or confidence, and make it your inner truth, your outer world will start to reflect it

It is interesting how much math comes into even the most basic of like. Making things. Making almost anything. And often not numbers necessarily but proportions and geometry. I think all the time about how castles were built with geometry at the heart of it. And I use the same kind of proportional math to make socks fit. And none of my pieces are ever knit with a prime number of stitches--because you use factors to make neat colorwork and ribbing and different stitches. Idk ! I remember constantly thinking 'how the hell is THIS gonna come in useful ?' But it always does. Math is at the heart of everything, and knowing how to apply it is a tool of critical importance to Thinking Up A Shape And Making It.

it's -25C right now (negative) so i booked the new dog pool for rory (positive) but it turns out it shares a space with a yucky dog daycare so it was horribly loud and smelled awful (negative) and the pool had just been cleaned (positive) so the water was frigid (negative) but rory swam somewhat enthusiastically (positive) and burned some energy (positive) even though some of that was through straight up stress from the environment (negative) but she delighted everyone there (positive) including me with her model citizen behaviour (positive) and i bought her some really fun snacks from the bougie pet store next door (positive) so i think we net positived out about it.

I've been pretty silent lately since I'm busy working on commissions and touching up the funguary pieces for prints. And also just because of life.

But in between all that I'm working on a space brush pack (photoshop for now, will try to port it to other programs later). It's gonna have nebulae and galaxies and stuff, each consisting on 3-4 brushes you can layer on top of each other, as well as just some dust clouds. And stars of course. There's still a long way to go before they're ready, but I'm happy with what I've made so far!

Leaning towards 'pay what you want' pricing for them, since I want them to be accessible for everyone.

Another routine vet visit, another chance to play fetch with my Spaniels in a new place while the eye vets occasionally interrupt (for probably important reasons), Tristan waggily gets cooed over by everyone, and Gwyn gets so much praise for taking treats from strangers in a brand new place. Success! Nice and relaxed, a little exhausted, on the way home!
