Well, looks like I’m back to posting about food. 😅 This ramen and boba is from the Hokkaido Ramen House and I just love it there! I’ve shamelessly brought over half a dozen people here since they opened just to introduce more people to it. Large portions, quiet atmosphere, comfy seating. They’re also one of the few places in Bozeman where you can get takoyaki 😍 The ramen I picked is a garlic tonkatsu. As for the boba, the purple one is a Taro and the other one is a brown sugar. This was actually my first time trying the Taro and it was amazing! At this point there’s only one flavor left on their menu that I haven’t tried. ⭐11/5/21 Ramen Night.🍜😎🤤⭐ . . . Got these terrific Ramen bowls from Slurping dragon in Fort Myers, Florida. The lighter colored bowl is the Teriyaki Seafood Ramen with scallops, shrimp, Squid, napa cabbage, carrots, onions, and a nice sauce. The darker colored oil is teriyaki chicken ramen with chicken, napa cabbage, carrots, onions, and another great sauce. Got the seafood bowl for myself and my mom got the chicken bowl. We both shared. The food was delicious. who would have thought that our ramen cravings this pandemic will lead us to this? From the name itself, I could guess that this ramen house’s name was derived because of this pandemic. It has been a year now since pandemic broke out and we are still in quarantine but category varies from time to time depending on the situation and number reported confirmed cases in the city. We went from ECQ (Enchaned Community Quarantine) to GCQ (General Community Quarantine) to MGCQ (General Community Quarantine) to MECQ (Enhancedl Community Quarantine) to GCQ (General Community Quarantine) again. 

While this pandemic limited our dining experience and reduced its capacity to 50% in accommodating customers per establishment, we can still enjoy dining outside as long as we will be responsible in following the health protocols such as wearing of face masks, social distancing, sanitizing of hands, temperature check, QR code scanning for contact tracing... etc. 

At Quaramentine, you can satisfy your ramen cravings this sweater weather season as this place brings you closer to Japan with their authentic Japanese food and Japanese inspired interiors.

If you will look at their menu, they are consistent with the theme. They named their ramen uniquely which is relevant to the quarantine theme. 

We tried their totanl lockdown ramen (milky classic), lockdown ramen, gyoza and takoyaki. The good thing is that they have bog servings which can be good for sharing too so that we can try the different variety of ramen.

Eating time!

When it comes to the food, overall I can say that it was worth it. The food is delicious and authentic. I tried in other local Japanese restos in the city, I can say that I like and prefer the taste of the food here. I haven’t been to Japan yet but I personally think that their food brought me closer to Japan. Also, they did a great job with the Japanese inspired interior design. Every corner is Instagram worthy.  

Quaramentine is open from 11am to 7pm, Tuesday to Saturday.
