The checkout lady at the grocery store was probably the first person to learn you and Carmen were together. You preffered to keep it quiet, just for the two of you and it was going well. And since it was noe the three of you it would be even weirder to explain..

She never mentioned it until you were at the store alone and had grabbed a heart shaped box of chocolates for Carmy.

With a sweet smile she questioned you. "Is this for the boyfriend with the pretty blue eyes?" The deep red blush and carefull nod had her quietly giggling to herself, dropping the subject and wishing you a nice afternoon as you walked off.

She'd have to tell the boy he found himself a keeper.

Except the next time she didn't see him. She did see you on your own a cpuple of times, and she now saw you with a different boy. Eyes just as blue but shorter hair and a bit less muscle on him. There was something in the way he grabbed you playfully by the hips to pull you aside when you were too distracted to see a cart getting closer.

The whole time at the register you weren't even spared a single look. The cashier's routine questions coming out in single words as she busied herself with getting you to pay as quickly as possible and moving on to the next one. With a confused look you two walked out of the door again. "She's usually so nice.."

That same evening Carmy drops by the store to pick up something you had forgotten. "Oh, evening, dear." The cashier smiles kindly. "Just this today?"

"Yeah my.. my girlfriend forgot something earlier today." Telling this one lady he had a girlfriend, without mentioning who it was wouldn't be an issue, he thought. He got his wallet ready when the lady leaned closer. "You know, she was pretty distracted by some boy she was here with.. I know it's not my place to tell you but I think it's unfair how she treats you.."

He thought for a moment how to respond. "Oh, yeah they-- we're all living together. Close friends, all three of us.." He stumbled over every word that made its way out of his mouth, and almost rushed out the door afterwards. The second he stepped out the door he had a lit cigarette between his lips to calm his nerves.

Once back home he got a "Hey, was the chdckour lady so weird to you too today?" thrown at him before he even had the chance to say hello. Carmen couldn't keep his laughter in and chuckled his way to the kitchen.

His walk from the frontdoor to the kitchen was closely watched by his two very confused partners. "Bear. What the fuck." Lip really needed to know what was up and wasn't gonna sit around waiting for it. "Yeah," you joined in. "Come on man, don't be a jagoff." Rolling your eyes at yourself for using the word.

"Lady thinks you're cheating on me with Lip." He tried to be as casual as he could about it, his face in the fridge as he put the forgotten items away but couldn't help but snicker at the idea.

You and Lip shared a glance, looking back over at Carmy and burst out in laughter as well, the three of you needing a moment to catch your breaths. "For real? What did you tell her?"

Carmen rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly. "I might have told them the three of us are.. close friends."

No one was able to keep in their laughter now, all of you close to crying as you all managed to make your way to the couch to watch reruns and not pay attention.

"I love you guys." You kissed both boys on the temple from your spot in between them. "My two dear, close friends."

That little joke earned you a slap to the thigh and a tickle fight that had you tangled on the tiny couch, being held in a vice grip until you begged for forgiveness.

what is your opinion on House Raa (Atlas aside)? In some parts of the fandom they’re very popular but I agree with Darrow when he said he found them pathetic because for all their talks about duty they’re pretty spineless… they talk about the 10+ years war but they did absolutely nothing about it until the very end??

Plus they cannot come out with a decent war strategy for the life of them, from book 3 to 6 they’ve been taking shit from all sides

Please check under the cut for a long ass rant as to why I am saying that. I am quite meh about them in general, I do like certain aspects and what the plot does with them.

Should be illegal to be that stupid. No wonder Octavia subjugated them like that, stupid. Their last braincell died with Romulus, stupid. How the fuck are you even allowed to live in this cutthroat universe, stupid? Stupidity isn't a victimless crime, stupid.

I would have preffered if Atlas wasn't the one to deliver judgement on them, but...they were stupid enough to make it happen, so can't be mad. That and the Rim needed to move forward, conflicts with Darrow would not have helped and change was not on the horizon. At all. There had to be something truly evil to even make Diomedes, the only saving grace, consider things.

Up to a point, I can understand why House Raa is the way it is. That point is Romulus himself. There is this pride and indoctrination that accumulates over generations and it gets people stuck. But it's unexcusable to go past that point and instead of moving with a purpose, you're just sitting in an echo chamber of fascism. And it's not morally speaking, as much as...how can you not see the trap prepared for you? How can you lack so much self-awareness?

To be completely fair, I think the only brain in the Rim Dominion is Aurae. Even the Daughters of Athena have problems on that front. But that is another discussion.

The House Raa situation is somewhat similar but opposite to that of Dancer and the Vox in the Senate. They claim something, are confident in their own power, but have no idea just how dangerous and rotten things are, while it was their job to know. And when tragedy strikes, it is unfair and evil.

I can see why their fans are fascinated by House Raa, but I cannot get people who are into these guys for their code of honour, because it's just a tad better than House Bellona's. Which does not mean much at all.

Other than that, I think their involvement in the books is a Pierce Brown thing, not a 'they did nothing' thing. He wanted them to be involved as much as it worked for his plot and not anymore. They suit the plot instead of the plot suiting them, which is not necessarily Pierce Brown's modus operandi. That is why I claim that he is a better writer when he does not have to limit himself and set-up novels in this series are weaker.

But on the other hand, I can buy the 'they may have various advantages, they are too stuck to be adaptive to warfare as it happens in real time'.

One thing that I have noticed for House Raa as a defining trait is a genuine, deliberately instilled fear. They would rather die than face what they think is dishonour. They are afraid to...grow a braincell disobey and/or dishonour. And that inhibits them more than necessary. They become insensitized, they don't care about human beings because it's human decency to do so, they just act with the moral code permitted. Even when they do disobey, it is within those limits, so they can act on it and get away with it. They kept Akari so close, his very ashes chokes them with his long lost dogmas.

Diomedes is the only one allowed to continue to serve the plot because he has genuine compassion. As you have read in Light Bringer, not much brains, however. That is because he was raised to be permissive of Golds, just like the Rim Lords were ready to accept Octavia once again in MS, for the sake of their own Color.

Not only he could not understand Cassus Belli when it hit him on the head - I did not need Darrow to underatand what Lysander was doing tbh, so Diomedes has no excuse - he was helpless with the Garter, because he put himself in that position. He did not think for one second that ot would come to that. That any Gold would do that, let alone Lysander.

There were plenty warnings, but he simply bet all on the few interactions with Lysander. And it did not take Lysander much sacrifice at all. Darrow has to do godly things to impress upon allies and foes alike and he makes it look easy. Lysander just jas to wiggle his mouth and participate in stuff. Participate.

He is also treated with gloves, because most obstacles put in his way are sort of slaps on the wrists or tests for worthiness. And his allies properly buy this stuff and Diomedes and Dido did too. Poor baby got poisoned and he still went to the Rim? What a champ!

Saving Diomedes was the only strong point, tbh, but...idk, these guys put too much price on their own lives. He was not saved with the tought that he will come back and reclaim power, no doubt about it.

It literally costs the Garter for Diomedes to understand why peace cannot be built on the compromise that keeps slavery intact. All because that is the legacy of House Raa, a code that is way beyond applicable. Honouring tradition and adapting to new winds do not have to be exclusive - see Primus of House Augustus, Virginia Augustus and her lion ring.

In my humble opinion, House Augustus rules. Always has, always will. Aesthetics, smarts, good and evil. Even Nero's limits were fascinating and believable. But the difference is that House Augustus affaires created plot oppprtunities and drove it forward. House Raa is more of a tool moved by the plot, which isn't a bad thing, but it divides the public. Then again, it's hard to impress me after Dark Age, so there is surely a me problem too.

"Angel!!" You chimed, running up the stairs to his hotel room, trying not to drop the platters of pastries you had in your hands. "Angel Dust!" You knocked on the door with the tip of your shoe and instead of Angel, Nifty opened the door with a bright smile on her face.

"Hi, y/n!! What's up?"

"Is Angel in here?" You asked, but immediately got answered by Angel's smiling face from across the room.

"Hey pumpkin'!" He stood up and walked over to you, drying off his nails that were just recently painted a bright pink. "Whatcha got there?"

You handed him a pastry and he beamed at you. "y/n, you didn't have to!!!"

"Of course I did," you giggled and walked into the room, sitting on his bed. "You know how much I love baking for you."

"You're the best!" Angel pulled you into his arms, smelling like perfume and sweets. "I was having a bit of a rough day and asked for Nifty to give me some company, so to see you here too makes it a way better day."

He pulled away from the hug, giving you a soft smile and you sat down, lying the pastries next to you. "Rough day, you say?" You picked up some nail polish and began painting your own nails. "Tell me about it and we'll go ahead and have a sleepover tonight."

Jungwoo likes to tease neos by flustering them, being too touchy or pestering them by grabbing, tickling and poking. The fun is in getting to a person without the person's awareness. For example, when neos were taking a group picture and had to stay still, Woo would pinch Doyoung.

Firstly, Jungwoo stopped the confident gay game with Do (flirting with him and flustering him), it took some additional months for Do to stop him from hugging and pinching. The point is that when JaeDo came out to the group, there was a period of time when the other neos adjusted, changed their behaviour around the two.

JaeWoo and Woo trying to up Jaehyun started a bit later. When some time passed and JaeDo became a new norm. It escalated the closer they became (JaeWoo shared a room and Jae chose JaeWoo as the prefferable ship, he got himself in a contract with the devil). Because Jaehyun reacts to smooches with avoidance and stiffens when Woo hugs him, it is fun to tease him (look at Hyuk doing the same). JaeWoo are the new Tom&Jerry of 127. They both try to up each other. Jaehyun also irritates Woo, when there is a chance (look at Woo sighing). It is not "confidend gay game" (the fun is in flustering, making the other chiken out first and getting attention), but a simple "get him!" game. Aside from on camera "will you marry me", Woo doesn't flirt with Jae. So there is a difference. Also, it is Jae who is the jealous type and gets a nervous tick when others touch his Doyoung.

In "pass the phone challenge" tiktok Jungwoo called Jaehyun cold-blooded. It was a jab at Jaehyun avoiding and ignoring Jungwoo by "revealing his true nature". Or how he mentioned that he and Do go to eat together often, but Jae is "very unique" (stays at home, doesn't eat out), so JaeWoo eating together outside is rare. At the same time JaeDo and Hyuk eat together often.

Neos in general like to up each other, steal a card and buy a lot of drinks, reveal some TMIs and make the other suffer, jump on each other, make one of them be crushed under the weight, throw someone into the water, slap butts. Jaehyun poured ice into Taeyong's trousers and flustered him with showing him his nipples under a sheer shirt ("you want to play a staring match, how about outstaring my nipples" thing). I don't know, maybe for some female fans it looks too rough, but it's a normal way to discharge the tension in a group, turn agression/frustration/tiredness into a game, bond better. Koreans in general are more hands-on and touchy. Trainees on idol survival shows after a few days of knowing each other give each other massages, hold each others hands for emotional support and cry on each others chests. A thing unimaginable in no-homo Russia. A "real man" doesn't even use hand cream or takes a bath.

Doyoung stopped Jungwoo and turned the tables, now he is the one to plant a kiss (not really) on Woo's head or pat Woo's butt, Jaehyun is not able to stop Woo (closer in age, too agreeable and he's in the JaeWoo ship).

Woo is one of the neos who likes to allude to JaeDo being a couple. It makes Do tense (don't reveal too much!), so it's fun. He jokes just vaguely enough for the fans to not understand.

Doyoung minded, heh. The sound of protest he produced when Woo planted the kiss during the photoshoot, heh.

DJJ know each other by now, they drew boundaries, rules of behaviour. Do and Jae take care of Woo. The way Doyoung is patient with neos' teasing him, same way Jae is patient (not as well, but in his own way) with Woo, Hyuk teasing him.

Looong text coming and please don't ignore the warnings!

I'm bored •^• so I've decided to ramble a bit about my characters. Starting with the guy who was created by myself to function as my own version of Bright. Please note that I'm not trying to attack anyone by using my own 963 version. It is just something I personally feel more comfortable with.

TW for mention of death and torture (NOT highly detailed, but take care). Also a manipulative relationship and memory loss.

-His name is Alkaios, he has no last name.

-Physically 29 years old. His real age is much higher but unknown. However, he existed long before humanity was a thing.

-He can NOT possess other people. Instead Alkaois simply regenerates.

-Is close to being immortal, but not completely. He can be killed, but so far, there are only very few who could take his life.

-Alkaios favorite color is turquoise.

-Adores rodents, especially chinchillas

-Works with MTF Delta-4 “Minutemen”.

-Suffers from recurring nightmares and has had many sleepless nights.

-He can creat tiny stars and sometimes gives them to others.

Alkaios is 1.80 meters tall, he is far from being buff but has some muscles thanks to his hard mtf training. They can be seen the most on his arms and legs. He can either be seen wearing his mtf uniform or simple jeans (preffering white, gray and black) a shirt and trekking shoes. During colder days, he is also wearing a peacoat and gloves.

Alkaois calls a silver-blue colored charm bracelet his own. It has different types of pendants. Two daggers, stars and crescent moons. This bracelet and a blue-silver colored dagger are his most important possessions.

He has the habit of shaving himself because he likes the smooth feeling. But doesn't mind body hair on other people.

His skin is light brown, he has bright green eyes, and his hair is black. It reaches down to the middle of his neck and is slightly wavy.

(Death and torture, manipulative relationship and memory loss are going to be mentioned in the following part!)

Alkaois is not a human, he is a part of an ancient species called the "starborn". His body is mainly made out of stars. As a Starborn he used to live inside a realm between the stars. His species was known for being kind and peaceful, preferring to avoid conflicts. For a long time, they existed in peace and were able to defend themselves from the few threats they had to face.

Everything in his life seemed to be alright until something happened that would change his life forever. Another species, the "Stareaters" attacked them, murdering almost everyone and leaving only five of them alive. He tried everything to protect his friends, but was quickly overpowered and forced to helplessly watch them all die.

During the destruction, he was eventually targeted by Carmient, a Stareater known for his cruelty. He was simply curious about how good Alkaois regeneration was. He destroyed his body and soul almost entirely, over and over again. Before finally deciding that he was done with his violent game. After attacking Alkaois one last time, he left and returned to his own realm. Due to the things he went through, his mind completely shut down, and he spent a long time period in a numb state.

Eventually, he regenerated again, far away from his realm. Having lost all of his memory, he wandered the place he found himself in. Before meeting the Foundation for the first time. Alkaois instinct took over, and he protected one of the agents from an attack. The Foundation expected him to die, and when he stood up again, they knew that he was not human. The agents asked Alkaois to follow them, which he did after a short moment of hesitation.

The Administration was already waiting for him. Making sure that the tests Alkaois went through were safe. He spend a while being closely watched by the Foundation especially the Administrator. Who at this time, was the only one who knew who Alkaois really was. However, Ascian decided to keep the whole thing a secret. He couldn't do it, Alkaois was already lost and afraid, and hearing what happened would have been too much in Ascians opinion.

Eventually, he joined the mtf and had many successful missions, making new friends among the Foundation personnel. He still suffered from his nightmares but felt happiness again, trying to see his future in a better light. This worked for a while before he met someone from his past.

Just like Ascian, Carmient had also noticed his return. At first, he just curiously watched Alkaois, before he decided to take action. Knowing that the starborn had lost his memories was amusing for him. This time Carmient approached him differently. He was kind and gentle, always understanding. Managing to slowly lure him in. It didn't take him long to make Alkaois fall in love with him. They spent months together, and for a while, Alkaois almost stopped caring about his memories.

He did tell Ascian that he had found a new friend, but he never mentioned any details. Up to this day, the Administrator deeply regrets not asking more questions and failing to protect him again.

Carmient eventually decided it was time to bring his new game to an end. He promised to show Alkaois what really happened and to make sure that he would finally understand his nightmares. Alkaois followed him into his realm. At first, everything seemed to be fine. Carmient showed him around, never letting go of his hand. After some time, Alkaois noticed something, the other people were staring at him in a strange, hungry way. They seemed to be mocking him. He was eventually unable to ignore this and asked Carmient for help. The stareater just smiled, offering to take him back "home" after he learned the truth.

Alkaois was by now surrounded by a large group of strangers. While listening to the person he loved so much, tell him what he and the others had done to his kind. Again Alkaois mind was starting to shut down. Carmient made sure that he knew that he was the only one keeping him alive and that a few simple words would be enough to bring him a fate worse than death. However, this time Carmient did not physically attack him. Instead, he escorted him back into the human world and waited until the Foundation picked Alkaois up.

By now Alkaois feels a deep hatred for Carmient and the rest of the species. Ascian has warned the Foundation about the danger they are all facing, and is more open about his own past. Trying to prevent everyone from being hurt.

Cluemaster: Yeah, this too. Look I think you're overestimating the guy. He is smart and all and he can take a punch but I could take him out real easy in a one on one. He screamed like a little girl when he found a roach in the kitchem. I think I'll be fine.

Kiteman: Sure, you do you.... Maybe.... you could just.... help them find something they have in common? A TV show they like or something. It used yo work with us. They will bond over the thing and forget they hate each other for a bit.

Cluemaster: See was it that hard to help me?

[Three months later]

Cluemaster: Chuck! I need help!

Kiteman: Can you call in another time? I'm bowlling with the guys, Calendar Man and Condiment King cannot win a second time, one weird rap about their love conquering all was ENOUGHT.

Cluemaster: Is about the whole prank war between Nygma and Stephanie thing.

Kiteman: Oh. So I guess my advice didn't work.

Cluemaster: No, no, it did. It worked way to well actually.

Kiteman: *worried* That sounds bad.

'adding onto my earlier thought: he gets stuck quite ofter when he first tries to use his power so the others kinda have to help him with stuff like getting to his room if he cant use doors, (like if he has paws as say a dog?) and get him food cus he cant get to it later wu sets up a backup stash of snacks for if he's stuck and cant get help but one of the first times he's stuck it just feels so wrong and scary he freaks out a lot He ends up having to spend the night with one of the others cus he's scared of everything, struglling to sleep or stay calm he eventually chills out and by the time he's awake hes back to its original human form most of the times especially at the start he has to keep doing that buut eventually grows more used to the feeling of being shifted he aslo has a hard time dealing with bigger/more complicated forms (say like a bear, really big animal) and it leaves him more exhausted so he has to be stuck a bit longer along with that same idea, the bigger the form, the worse injuries he already had get, and more can happen from the gain in size he has a stash of bandages on him whenever he leaves the bounty after awhile also small forms like sparrows and cats are his preffered forms, and sometimes he with just shift into them to fly around or take a break the others take that as an excuse to cuddle cat/dog form, cus fluffy lil guy (i therapy comes in fluffy animals/hj) also my guy can't swim very well, even shifted into aquatic creatures, so he avoids it and hangs out with kai if they go swimming'

'thinkin abt my silly shapeshifting dude,, asher in the movie would be sm hurt but also so silly hes so goofy, but man people don't like him at all. He hangs out mostly by himself but sometimes around the ninjas after they offered to let him crash at a lunch table with them. friendship is stored in giving someone an oreo as a token of aprecciation/hj

no but actually its like how animals give others that they like a rock or something similar he does closely relate to animals and picked up tons of characteristics off of them mainly crows and collecting/gifting shiny objects to people

He gives jay little pair of bracelets and some other shinyy trinkets he found on the ground as a present becus the silly and the ultimate silly being bsfs, or tbh bfs (me tryna actually do ships with ocs is so fuzzy brained, theyre all gay and silly, and hes to emotionally immature to ever work out in a relationship, barely does in friendships) he gave cole a cd he found at the 99 cent store across town because the art was pretty Nya constantly gets little screws and shiny pennies he finds zane didn't exactly get why asher does this, but still takes the random funny shaped rocks and pinecones kai gets a lot of silly knicknacks that asher shoves into his pockets when he is walking around lloyd recieves lots of rocks of the very specific kind, where part of the look green, as well as he found a green crystal peice and gave it to him hes just very silly he also gave wu a gold coin he found on the ground just as a way of trying to get out of cleaning once

He also carries a little bag around with him full of oreos and little plastic bags its how he stores the most shiny things he wants to gift the others, each of the bags have a really messily written name on them to corelate to each ninjas : p'

• As stated before – Dwayne is a strong boy. If you are into it he will carry you around like were a child. He’ll position you so that you sit in the crook of his elbow, your legs encircle his waist and he will walk around with you on his hip without batting an eye.

• You don’t like it? He won’t do it… unless David’s pissed at you, in which case sux to be you. David has no problem with humiliating you just a little bit so he orders Dwayne to just hoist you up and prevent you from running off.

Daryl came home from a run.

And he was happy to be doing so, unlike some tine before where he preffered to stay outside of the Alexandria walls where his inner animal could run wild and he didn't have to pretend to be a human only to stay within the community.

His life within the walls was better nowadays. Two loving partners and no fear of being thrown out of the community for being a monster.

He had found some small trinkets to take home on top of the needed items he had listed when he set off and he couldn't wait to show them his finds.

When he entered the livingroom his girls were already in high spirits, tidying up the place and singing along to one of the records from their collection. Sherry busied herself putting the blankets back over the couch cushions as Tabby put away the dishes.

They noticed him almost immediately and dropped their items to go greet him with a joined hug and lots of welcome home kisses were shared.

Quiestions of "how did it go?" "What did you find?" and "Did you get hurt?" Were thrown at him before he even had a chance to take off his boots but he didn't mind it. Making it home in one piece made him feel like the luckiest man alive.

"M'fine. Ain't gettin' hurt on a two-day supply run." He reassured them by punctuating each sentence with eskimo kisses.

"Did find a lil' somethin' for ya." The girls quickly let go in anticipation. He could see in their eyes they were wondering what he had brought, so he fished for the box in his pocket and took it out. It wasn't much, all dusty and damaged but it still did its job of protecting what's inside.

He held out the little box and let the girls open it, revealing a set of four-leaf clover charms on golden chains. Daryl handed the box over and fished out one of the necklaces.

"Yer part Irish, so ya gotta have one a'these." Daryl fumbled with the delicate closing of the necklace and carefully went to put it around Tabby's neck. "Looks pretty on ya. Like it's supposed ta be there." His hands found her cheeks as he admired his partner, leaning in for a love filled kiss.

He moved to take another one.

"Ya said yer birthday's on St. Patty's day, s'got them clovers all over it." His hands wrapped around her to clasp the necklace around her as she nodded. "Yeah. I did say that." She felt loved by the fact that he remembered that from mentioning it only once, leaning in for a kiss as soon as she felt the chain rest comfortably on her skin.

"N'this," He took the third one from the box to put around his own neck. "This one's ta show e'ryone how damn lucky I got with y'all."

"There's one left, one for Dog?" Daryl only chuckled at rhe redhead's comment.

"Nah, s'fer our kid." He paused for a moment. "If ya want one, tha' is. Ain't gon' forca ya."

The two girls gave each other a look, one that spoke a million words that only they understood. Daryl hated when they did that because it always meant something was about to go horribly sideways.

Except this time it didn't.

It was Sherry who fished out something from her pocket. "We got someting for you too, big guy." The nerves had her shaking with her hand still in her pocket so Tabby leaned in for help, one arm wrapped around her partner while the other one led the hand holding Daryl's gift out of her pocket.

They held out the small piece of plastic as Tabby happily spoke for the other. "Won't have to wait much longer for that!" She shimmied up against Sherry's side to comfort. "We found out this morning, she wasn't feeling well and we hadn't really been careful.." Daryl joined in then, grabbing both his girls in a giant bear hug. "S'amazing."

He could feel Sherry's nerves not settling at all so he made sure to give her all the reasuurance she needed. "Ya know we're gon' be takin'care of ya real good, righ'?" Tabby agreed with a rub on her shoulder, and got a quiet but smiling nod in return, letting them know she just needed a moment to let it all settle.

"M'so lucky I found ya girls. Wouldn't want it any other way."

I have nightmares where every man in the world trimms or shaves his body hair, pubes, etc and I cant see them in their full glory and beauty anymore...But I've learned to tolerate it in real life because sadly its so common that I force my self to see the glass half full cause I just cant stop fucking men because something I can not change in others.

Hey bestie, I've been thinking about this lately, and I really wanted the advice of a friend. And also anyone else who wants to chip in and give any thoughts on the matter is totally welcome and appreciated to share their feelings about it.

So there's this sexy wonderful guy that I'm gonna be meeting. He's charming and funny and SOOOO CUTE FR. And he's got nothing but green flags, I know a ton about him, his past, his life, what he stands for, the type of man everyone who has met him or knows him says he is and strongly attests to. He's kinda a celeb, (doesn't really see himself that way, but he's got a highly successful TV show and a huge fanbase). Idk if that would make any difference thinking about age, that's why I mentioned it. (Which I will get to.) I'm gonna be meeting with him soon personally, and I really... wanna shoot my shot. I've known him for a while now, and I've fallen hard for him. And I really, really am into him.

The only thing I'm kinda thinking about is our ages... he's... 23 years older than me. He's basically as old as two of me (I'm 21, he's 46), and... the same age as my parents. And I know that can sound iffy or ick, but you really have to just know this man. He's charming and honestly so young at heart, in a good way. And he's aged phenomenally. He looks so hot, just as hot as when he was in his twenties, and his thirties, oh GOD. 🔥 Its a bit weird for me because although I've had celeb crushes on older men, I'm not into OLDER older guys irl that I would actually want to be with. I personally want to be with guys my age for several reasons (that's just my prefference). It just feels weird about the idea of my parents and him if they were ever in the same place. He's never been married, doesn't have any kids. He's definitely in a different place mentally than my parents. He's also been dating off and on, but just never found the right partner.

I don't have feelings for him because of his age or status, I solely am attracted to a specific, rare personality in men. The way he moves, gestures with his hands, the way his eyes gaze, the way he makes expressions, the way he talks, thinks, acts. And he's just... everything. Everything I want. Everything I've ever wanted. I just... this is the first time I have ever realistically wanted to be with an older man. We love the same things, like, all of them. He's everything I have ever wanted in a man, and the man I fell for, he's just in a body that's older than mine. What do you think about this? I swear, its not a creep situation. I'm really jumpy about any sort of thing like that, and yet, I just feel naturally safe with him. He is a great man.

I talked to my mom about me theoretically being with a man her age, and she said it would be really weird and uncomfortable. Which I agree with and see, it would be if and when they would ever meet and be in the same place. But if its just him and I, we feel the same... I've never felt this passionate about any real man besides Tae, or specific fictional characters. He has CONSUMED me. I cannot get enough of his presence.

He's into me, and I am a fully grown adult. We met as fully grown adults. We met at his work, NOT through my parents or anything related to anyone else. We met, he knows no one else in my family or my friends, because we're friends. Should I do what *I* know I want, and go for it?

Tricky situation, I think age doesn’t always matter. My only concern would be that I want you to be careful because you are young and there is a chance he could be using you if he likes you in the same way.

Honestly if it’s something that you both want to try, it’s entirely up to you. People will judge and talk shit but as long as you are safe and happy, it’s your life.

It sounds like you are quite self aware too, which is good because you will need to be in order to protect yourself from potential grooming or negativity.

this has been coming for so long, i was too lazy to write this down, but it just had to be done.

i’m sorry to those who were waiting for the series to come back, i don’t like this fandom anymore, that means i will not continue the series, zero motivation to finish it really just ended it all. this does not mean i give anyone permission to continue it. the fandom is not it for me anymore, they have new preffered writers, and the like - reblog ratio is beyond me, it’s honestly so unmotivating when i see 9 pictures getting more love than a fic :// honestly, i looked for those pictures for no more than like 5 minutes and wrote that fic for like a week. RWBY's Love Language - Part 2

Hello friend ! I'm back at it with a second part and whatever character I can think of ! (Among which best boy Oscar because he deserves it, and also more adults)

Oscar Pine

So ! While I love Oscar with my whole heart, honestly guessing his Love Language is no easy feat. One thing for sure : touch isn't is thing even if it's how everyone else chose to communicate their love.

I saw a post a while back detailing how Oscar is always putting his hands up as a barrier when he's scared or uncomfortable and that makes me cry a little instead but it's true TT. Anyway...

In the latest volumes we've got quite a bit of comforting Oscar-talks but I have to wonder how much of that is due to Ozpin's influence really. As a result I've decided to settle on... Acts of Service or Quality Time ! This is based on a few details : when people are upset with him in one shape or form, Oscar was always very eager to prove himself useful, give some aspect of concrete help (such as cooking a Casserole, ringing any bell ?). Plus I imagine that's the exact brand of help his Aunt would have needed most on a farm. Added to that, he always seems fairly happy to be included, be with the others no matter what's going on. Training ? Yay ! A movie with Jaune & Weiss ? Smiling puppy look. Fancy party ? Shenanigans together ! So yea, I love seeing my boy loved and hugged but please everyone settle for the loving he's most comfortable with <3

Ozpin

For our favorite immortal wizard aka not quite dead Headmaster... I think the answer is rather obvious. When you're so careful with your words, but also so fiercely devoted to humanity, Words of Affirmation is a must. Ozpin constantly does his best to calm, to reassure. He's good at controlling the conversation and getting people where he wants... Except he more often than not use it to make them think and help them reach an healing ore motivating conclusion. This man is so insisten on giving and cultivating hope, so painfully aware of just how much words can change... There's no doubt in my mind that it's through these very same words that he tries to fight the darkness in others' mind, even when they don't want to let themselves be persuaded. And with some help from the farmboi, Ozpin is gaining in honesty and earnestness. And that can only help in giving comfort.

But to be honest... If you offer him a hug I doubt he'd refuse, and he definitely deserves one. Also therapy. For Oscar too. Everyone in therapy 2k21.

Now here I'm gonna go ahead and say that the way Emerald has been taught to express her love and the way SHE would rather preffered to be loved most likely do not align. At the side of someone like Cinder, and even Mercury who isn't exactly the most emotionally vulnerable person; the only brand of love that gets an easy pass is Acts of Service, and that's probably what Emerald is the most used to. I can go on a mission with you. I can help. We go right back to the "I can be useful" mentality and I'm not sure she's been shown any other way honestly. Let's be real though : if someone offered a hug or some gentle words ? She'd probably pout & fuss but I hardly doubt she'd object.

What's with everyone and dedicating their whole love toward just helping their teammates anyway they can ?! Stop ! But any way, you guessed it. I'm pretty sure one of Pyrrha's top way of showing love is Acts of Service, and nothing means quite as much to her as Quality Time. For someone who's been put on a pedestal and has a hard time relating to people; both touch and words can be a bit awkward. But if they're wrapped up neatly in a training session or semblance explanations ? Well that's already a more familiar area. Pyrrha gives her whole to her friends and those she cares about. And in exchange, if anyone can simply... be there and spend time with her... May it be at the ball or simply sitting in the courtyard... I'm sure our girl would be delighted.

If I say Gift Giving for the corvid, is someone gonna hit me ? Come on it's fun ! Okay, more seriously... I think this kind of love conversation is kind of a necessity for Qrow. With a semblance such as Bad Luck, making everything complicated... Qrow tries to keep his distance from those he cares about. And since he's an emotionally repressed (but caring) asshole on top of it... Well that kinda narrows down his option. You know what DOESN'T put anyone at risk but can still bring smiles on their face ? GIFTS. Shiny things, souvenirs from his missions all over the world to give to 2 smol nieces. Sounds safe right ? That said, as any good emotionally unavailable character in this show, I gotta say Qrow probably has a thing for helping out and making himself useful in relation to Oz, Tai or the rest of the inner circle. So you know what that means *whisper* Acts of Service.

That said ! When it comes to receiving some love back... Qrow probably likes everything he doesn't allow himself to have. Soft touches, loving & comforting words, spending time with a friend without his semblance making everything complicated... We know that's all he wants.

Clover Ebi

And among our newbies (and gone too soon) friends we have Clover ! Clover was a very good contrast to our dusty old crow but also a great help. Kind-hearted, perceptive and honest; he knew just how to put Qrow's self-loathing in his place and push him to give himself some credit. He always had a nice word or a joke for everyone, and visibly the rock of the Ace Ops : an expert a keeping the moral up and the mood companiable. Evidently, Words of Affirmation was his expertise. Had things gone differently, I'm sure we'd have had time for many more earnest and helpful conversations with this teal-eyed fisherman.

Nor does any of the "Words of Affirmation" peeps. Honestly what's wrong with y'all people ? Anyway Winter cares so much. Is it hidden behind professionalism and a stern *big sister* demeanour ? Sure. But it doesn't negate just how much she loves her closed ones. She's fiercely loyal, and even if she doesn't let her personal feelings get in the way of her duty and doing what needs to be done, no one is allowed to say she doesn't care. Countrary to Weiss, Winter doesn't seem as good nor as aware of the love that exists in simply *being* with people. Rather, she's dutiful and ready to help any way she can when given the chance. You guessed it, yet another Acts of Service kind of love... Maybe I'm doing this wrong XD. I'm on the fence about Words of Affirmation as well. Despite her standoffish looks, Winter has always been very open & reassuring during her discussions with Penny. But she's more stern when it comes to Weiss so I dunno x)

“I don't recall asking about your ranking, I'm asking how you've been. Are you eating properly? Have you taken up any hobbies? Are you making new friends?”

“You've grown up a bit, haven't you? You're not the little girl clinging to the family name anymore.”

“You can't just buy trust like everything else! You have to earn it!”

And that's it for Part 2 ! I might do some other characters if people suggest some but I don't have a pressing need to right now. I have many ideas of songs to apply to various characters however so that's prob what my next posts will consist of (or fun templates)
