egg fried in vegetable oil (80)
30g baby spinach (6)
1 medium tomato (14)
homemade sweet potato mash with onion, garlic and butter (100)
seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and onion salt, basil and parsley
Sooo yummy and filling, perfect for brunch!
Can swap out egg and sweet potato for egg whites for more protein for much less cals - sweet potato and yolk is too yummy though

Portioning out all my daily meals like a champ!
(regular sized soda can for scale to show you how small it is)
Food in the trays: Brown rice with ketchup, cucumber salad with Caesar dressing, plant based tenders, and dates with a drizzle of honey. The plant chicken is to be eaten with the rice technically, but I ran out of room in that tray.

Okay yeah fdb would enjoy bondage in a sexual situation but the one who would like it the most full stop is dfs. Once he overcomes his trauma and/or modern au it like. I don't even think it would be sexual for him. Yes I think he could find that subspace would be good for him and bondage could be an element to that. I also think he buys two thin little red ropes and every morning has llh and fdb tie them for him. One for each wrist; one for llh to tie with his god-awful knot, one for fdb to tie off with a pretty little bow. It's not a master's leash and collar and it's not jiao liqiao's chains. They retie them every morning and he wears them every day and when he looks at them he knows that he is loved.

If you’re a snacker:
1. Hummus with veggies (I like using carrot and celery)
2. 1 can of tuna mixed with lime and cilantro (I usually eat with tortilla chips/a tostada)
3. Persian cucumbers with lime and hot sauce like tapatío, Tajín, etc. (im Mexican and love my spicy stuff pls)
4. Green tea and fruits (nectarines, apple slices, cantaloupe, nothing too sweet)
5. A protein shake (this is my last resort, if I don’t have the above snacks, I do have a big thing of protein shake powder, and drink that in order to make me feel full and prevent a binge bc my safe snacks aren’t available)
Hope this helps someone who is a chronic snacker!!

✨💗 Meals As Of Late 💗✨
Some of the meals I've had recently, I've been really enjoying the cauliflower steaks and have added it to my weekly roster (and when I can't, it's something with roasted cauliflower) so if anyone has any recommendations on that front, let me know! I find them so filling and tasty! Beyond that there's been a lot of repetition (with the ASD) in meals but I've been working on it. I've been hoping to eat more in the morning since I've started studying but, I haven't gotten down a set routine yet. I've been struggling with the heat though. I'll have to update everyone soon as I've been stressed and actively trying to sort out the small things for my partner and I's wedding in October. So, lots going on. I will definitely have some new posts soon!
Meals shown:
• tri plate breakfasts with K-Roo kangaroo & bush tomato sausages (2), two fruits in juice (peach and pear), sliced cucumber and carrot in balsamic vinegar with salt reduced tomato sauce.
• tri plate dinner of turkey and vegetable stir-fry with two fruits in juice (peach and pear).
• standard dinner of oven baked cauliflower steaks (spaghetti bolognese and garlic bread flavoured, red sauce and cheese, garlic butter, onion, cheese and breadcrumbs).
• breakfast of honey porridge with raspberries and a cup of milo (with benefiber added).
• small dinner of two lemon fish fillets, cauliflower leaf and carrot salad with balsamic dressing and creamy tomato pasta (small dinner as it's on a bread and butter plate).
