incase the low cal dieting girlies, guys and theys don’t know (you probably do) about these alternatives yet, PLEASE!! try them. they are so worth it and so good??
instead of dairy milk i ofc recommend almond milk, i used to eat cereal a lot and i would cry when the milk i used made my meal over 300 cal. Dairy milk is normally around 43-83 cal per 100ml. Almond milk however??? 13cal for 100ml. INSANE IKR?
also another alternative i recommend incase you’re a junkorexic or just love a little sweet treat from time to time is any flavour of “popworks” popped crisps. Which is if u couldn’t tell already a crisp alternative. Why have walkers crisps at 128 cal and 7.8g of FAT, when you can have a sweet and salty treat at only 73cal..
anyway my rant about my fav alternatives is over before i start to sound like an advert.
