His Most Loyal Knight is a short fanfiction written by yours truly exploring exactly that: an attempt to explain Jericho's canon actions and dialogue through a long-con deception and where her loyalty really lies, and a reliance on the ficwriter's tenet that a nothing a character says has to be true unless it's shown onscreen. Coming in at 6k words, it's told in a series of flashbacks as the truth is revealed. But the reader isn't the only one discovering the truth...

Brisingamen Retelling: Freyja7ds

⚠️🔞️ Warning: adult themes! 18+ only! 🔞️⚠️ Greetings, reader! In this post, I will share and analyze a retelling of the myth of Brisingamen. This retelling is made by the passionate Freyja 7DSGC (@freyja7ds) on tumblr. Freyja7ds is a big fan of the mobile game Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross, where Freyja is a playable fighter character (called a Hero). Appropiate to the wonderful goddess, Freyja in the game has a powerful feline companion and wears the Necklace of Brisingamen. Freyja7ds delivers a wonderful retelling of the myth, using models of Freyja from the game with captions and speech bubbles and text.

The retelling is straightfoward, Freyja finds the dwarves Alfrigg, Dvalin, Berling, and Grerr and sees the necklace they made. She is so overcome with longing for the beautiful necklace Brisingamen that she BEGS the dwarves to let her buy it. She even gets impatient after they rebuff her offers, no matter how much silver and gold she offers. The dwarves are horny little guys and the GORGEOUS and VOLUPTOUS Freyja just walked into their forge begging for something they made, so they offer her the necklace in exchange for four looong days and nights of having their way with her and stuffing her holes 🥵️. Worse she can is say is no and just leave, right? She says yes to the dwarves' shock and delight. The pictures and descriptions of Freyja's flustered mix of arousal and embarrassement are amazing and full of expression. We see very little of the dwarves themselves, but their dialogue is written as horny little bastards who are eager to absolutely RAVAGE the wonderful goddess (who is apparently about three times their height 👀️😳️). After the four nights of what must have been some very intense deep fucking, Freyja recieves her necklace and returns to her home in Asgard with her powerful and beautiful necklace around her neck. Beautiful jewelry for a beautiful goddess.

The emotional atmosphere is one of sexual tension, scandal, flustered embarrassment, and eroticism. For some people, a bit of shame and fear mixed in with arousal is fetishistically appealing. The dwarves are clearly eager to fuck the goddess HARD and ravish her body in all sorts of ways, this will not be a mere quick make-out session. She is both aroused at the prospect, and disgusted and fearful at being ravished so intensely. All of this combined with her desiring the necklace so badly. To be clear, her fear is of the sexual prospect. She is not being coerced, and can easily say no and leave if she wants to. Emojis are used to accentuate the tone and emotional atmosphere of the story.

One interpretation of the original myth is that Freyja lost her husband after aquiring her necklace because she cheated on him and he left in heartbreak. Freyja7ds goes with this intrepretation, mentioning it in one of their posts. I personally don't enjoy this interpretation, I prefer a polyamorous interpretation where Freyja's husband would be fine with her choosing to share her sexuality with others outside of their marriage. But myths are meant to be understood from a variety of perspectives and different ways. Dieties in mythology are not meant to be depicted as infallable or morally perfect either. So, obviously, no shame towards freyja7ds for choosing this interpretation.

ariya does not know of his origin and doesn't find it important to know. as far as he is concerned, he is a sunglass regardless of the blood that pumps in his veins, and that's what truly matters. being the third eldest in seven children has given him a bit of a complex, though, a striving to be seen and showered with love and affection, no matter where or who he gets it from.

his talent in music was obvious early on, though he wasn't given proper training until well into his teens. ariya had an affinity for all instruments, including his own voice, though he rarely sings these days. he is skilled in the flute, fiddle, harp, lute, and reed pipes. ariya's preference is for the harp, both for the skill required and sounds it produces. he has a custom made high harp with gorgeous detailing that he would start wars over.

Do you share things? How often? I don't really have much that others around me would want or need, but sure, sometimes. Mainly food.

When you see change on the ground, do you pick it up? Depends on where and how much it is. My brain might tell me, "No, just leave it, it's gross."

How often do you lend money to people? Not very often.

Do you loooove money? I love being able to afford basic necessities and creature comforts, but I am not obsessed with the pursuit of wealth.

If someone offers to pay for you, do you decline or readily accept? Depends. In some cases, accept. In others, ask if they're sure, if they want me to pay for half, etc.

Which of your friends is the wealthiest? Should I start actively considering Riley as a friend? I think I should… In that case, I believe Oliver is wealthier.

Would you take a high-paying job that you didn’t really like just for the money and benefits? Naw. At least for the time being, I've kind of accepted that my preferred form of employment isn't going to make me much money…or come with any benefits.

Ever stole from anyone? What about stole from a store? What happened? Yes and yes. Childhood / tween me was something of a thief. I've only shoplifted once, though.

Last thing you procrastinated on? Chores. I'll get to them after I finish with this survey. Hopefully.

When you’re at a strip mall and the next store you want to go to is at the other side, do you drive over there instead of take a short walk? I'd probably just work my way through the mall and visit other stores along the way.

What’s a typical day off of school and/or work like for you? Pretty chill. I'm just going to mash all of my typical off-days together, so this list isn't limited to a single day. Grocery shopping, therapy, maybe a meal out or a movie with my mom, maybe visit the Mountain Park if the weather is nice, clean my room, make some art, lounge around in bed and watch YouTube…

What’s one talent you have that you don’t really work on, even though you have the ability to be good at it? I can't think of anything.

How many hours of television do you watch a day? I listen to a looot of YouTube on my off-days, so…yeah. Probably at least 4-5 hours.

What about the amount of time you spend on the internet a day? Excluding YT videos... It depends on the day, but on average, something like 1-3 hours.

How many hours of sleep do you get a day? Do you sleep in late? Around 7-8 hours. I normally get up around 5:30am regardless of my plans for the day, but I recently slept in until 7:15-ish.

Do you drive to places that are less than three blocks away? There's nowhere I would want to go that's less than three blocks away…

When was the last time you exercised? I get plenty of exercise and time on my feet thanks to volunteering, but if we're talking about something more deliberate (such as a hike at the Mountain Park), then maybe last October?

Is there anyone you honestly and truly can say that you hate? Mmm. Not actively? It's kind of hard to maintain a strong emotion like hatred when those people aren't part of my life anymore.

Are you fighting with any friends right now? Why? Not at all. It's been years since there was any tension between Oliver and me.

Last time you were really angry? What happened? I was briefly peeved to learn just what a racket emergency vets can be. One of our cats had a UTI and my dad called an emergency vet to see if we could get her in on Christmas night, but it was like 150 just to see her, several hundred for the bloodwork, then however much for medication, with the possibility that they would just send us up to the next city because they couldn't treat her. My dad took her to our regular vet the next morning and it was like 32 dollars for everything.

When you’re angry, what do you do to calm yourself down? Try to rationalize or put things in perspective. Find something to distract myself. Rant to my dad about it. Etc.

“Hate is just the fear of loving someone.” true or false? That doesn't make a whole lot of sense…? I mean, maybe it would apply in certain situations, such as trying to get over your feelings for an ex or whatever, but otherwise, I'm not afraid of loving the people I dislike. I'm also capable of letting complicated or conflicting emotions coexist.

What’s the best revenge you ever got on someone? Idk.

Was there any hard feelings after your last break-up? On whose end was it on? We both experienced hard feelings. It was a messy relationship and a messy breakup.

Ever been cheated on? How did that make you feel? Yeah. Angry, devastated, etc.

Is there anyone you’re jealous of? Name a person and tell us why. Ehhh. It's less about anyone specific and more like a general concept. People who are more socially adept than I am, who have an easier time forming connections and friendships, who have a healthy romantic partnership, a job they love, etc.

a/n: heya! i'm back with more headcanons! i decided that ash's face claim for 7ds is emilia from re:zero. i am in love with this series, so i decided to make poly headcanons of my oc and my fav characaters of this amazing series (that I am currently reading the manga and watching the anime, so I’m not finished with it yet— I’m at the part where Merlin was just introduced, if that gives you any perspective as to where I’m at in the story)! i’ll also add more onto ash’s backstory later on because there is more to it, but because of time that’s gonna have to come at a later date. enjoy!

Their relationship doesn’t take too long to become official, but it isn’t immediate.

Tbh, I would say that the relationship would be more likely to start with Ashley and Ban.

When Ban noticed that both he and Ash have feelings for Meliodas and Elizabeth, and they know that Meliodas & Elizabeth has feelings for them as well, then Ban brought up the idea to form a quad between them to Ash.

Ashley, of course, is totally fine with it. So they bring up the thought of being polyamorus to Meliodas & Elizabeth, and they were definitely okay with that.

Ashley, like Elizabeth, is a Princess. She’s a princess of a kingdom called Styrke.

Which means “strength” in Danish btw.

Ash’s full name is Lilibet Ashley Thyra Styrke, but she goes by her middle name as her alias. She is the youngest in the family. In this order, the eldest of the Styrke siblings is Rose Makeda Katalina Styrke, then it’s James Victor William Styrke. After James comes Eugenie Helen Christina Styrke, after Eugenie it’s Reina Henriette Cosima Styrke, leaving Lilibet Ashley Thyra Styrke as the youngest of five children.

The queen is named Maud Victoria Helena Styrke, and the king is named Philip James Edward Styrke.

Since Rose is the first born, she is the one to take the throne after King Philip and Queen Maud are gone

So that’s exciting

Well, at least not to Prince James.

You see, Prince James wants to be the one to take the throne. To put it bluntly, it’s because he’s misogynistic and power hungry and a selfish asshole 🤷🏻‍♀️

So Prince James decided to poison Princess Rose gradually, and over time, Rose became extremely sick (of course, no one but James knows that he’s the reason behind his sister’s illness).

Throughout the events of the 7DS series, Ash ends up having to break the news to the group about her eldest sister Rose being extremely sick and Ash having her doubts about certain factors.

So what happens is that the 7DS group makes their way to visit Ash’s family in the kingdom of Styrke, but they end up finding themselves there a little longer than they would’ve liked because they’ve slowly started to uncover the truth behind Rose’s illness.

They end up defeating James and the King and Queen decide that either:

A) he is exiled from the kingdom for the rest of his life

Or B) Prince James is executed.

Ashley goes through a hell of a lot because she, and her entire family/kingdom, were fooled by James.

In the end, Rose ends up being nursed to full health and once everyone knows that she’s safe and healthy, The 7DS + Elizabeth and Ash head on their way and continue on their journey.

I can add more onto Ash’s backstory later

That arc is known as the “Styrke Arc” btw.

Ban and Meliodas fucking love flustering Elizabeth and Ash.

It’s easier to fluster Elizabeth by a long shot, but Ash is more of a challenge.

She’s not as flustered as Elizabeth is when Meliodas unexpectedly gropes her boobs

Or when Ban may whisper something suggestive in her pierced ear {if anything, lol, Ash is gonna clap back and fluster Ban}.

So that is a challenge for Meliodas and Ban, and they sure as hell are going to take it 😈

Elizabeth is romantic without really trying.

She’s so caring and loving and kind that she’s complimenting one of her lovers, it just kind of comes out.

If anything, Elizabeth flusters herself because of her bashfulness more so than her lovers.

These four are definitely drinking buddies.

Ban, Ash, and Meliodas drink more than Elizabeth because she’s more of a lightweight that ends up taking care of her lovers whenever they’re hungover lol 😝

Ban gets drunk pretty quickly, with Meliodas coming in second. Ash can hold her alcohol really damn well, but sometimes it can get to her. Elizabeth is a lightweight and doesn’t get completely hammered.

This goes for all of them, but, specifically, if Ban and/or Meliodas whisper the pet name “sweetheart” or “doll” {“doll” is more so Ban’s thing, but Meliodas uses it from time to time} to Ash and/or Elizabeth, the girls absolutely m e l t.

Like damn that’s fucking hot to Ash and Elizabeth.

Especially to Ash.

Holy damn she’s weak in her fucking knees.

When Ash is drunk, she gets loud and flirty.

Which is so damn amusing and kind of funny to everyone else

And a total benefit to Ban, Meliodas, and Elizabeth {although, Ban and Meliodas would more than likely make those moves rather than Elizabeth ngl}.

Her lovers call Elizabeth “Eliza” or “Ellie” for short bc it’s super fucking cute and Elizabeth just fucking lives for it.

Summary:

What’s a human to do when an Avatar of Gluttony is dealing with a particularly bad craving that no food seems to sate?

Maggie has worked and lived with a set of Deadly Sins in the Infernal realm for years as part of a program to give some healthy/consensual outlet for their temptations.

One evening, Gula - the Avatar of Gluttony - cannot find a damned food item that satisfies him. It's not until Maggie enters the kitchen, asking what's wrong, he realizes what kind of hunger afflicts him.

She offers him something more satisfying than food but he fights off the temptation. Well, at least for a few days. When he indulges, he realizes she fills an emptiness he can't put words to.

However, demons aren't the most emotionally aware, so he - and the other Deadlies plus Maggie - stumbles through the feelings encroaching on their Infernal home.

Helluva Boss/Hazbin Hotel Asmodeus and Lilith.

So I'm a long time demonology nerd and I love seeing new interpretations of these ancient demons in pop culture. I've already gushed about how much I love Helluva Boss' version of Asmodeus and how it subtly alludes to classical depictions of the demon.

But it reminded of another demon who we know is in this version of Hell that we haven't really met yet. Charlie's mother Lilith.

Now Lilith is an interesting character both in classic religious depictions and in modern pop culture. To give the key notes, she was Adam's first wife in paradise. But when she refused to be submissive to him she was kicked out and then went on to have relationships with demons.

The thing I want to draw attention to is demons is plural in this case. Lilith canonically has had many demon lovers and spawned many children from them. She's even gone on to wed a few. Sometimes that demon is her Hazbin husband Lucifer. But in other versions she's married to big Ozzie himself. There are even versions of the grouping of demons representing the seven deadly sins where she and Asmodeus share that role together, or where she even replaces him entirely.

I've seen some people mention it would be funny if Ozzie was Lilith's salty ex. But I have a better prompt I think. Lilith's story is about the literal demonizing of women's sexual liberation. Such a character doesn't strike me as someone who would want to stay entirely monogamous.

So instead I just headcanon Lilith is in a polyamorous relationship with all the princes of hell. Like in Hell's hierarchy she's the glue keeping them all together. And the only reason the princes haven't gone to full on war for more territory in Hell is because they don't want to piss off their shared wife.

Or maybe it's more a sitcom setup where Charlie has to learn sometimes family is you, your girlfriend, your mom, your other mom (Because the Hazbin version of Beelzebub might be female), your dad, your papa, your pops, your old man, your father, and your pater.
