Peanut Butter Toast

I don’t mean to boast

but I make a mean

peanut butter toast

I take that whole wheat bread

and put two slices in the toaster

They are frozen so I put the dial to six

I take out the peanut butter

and give it a good mix

Pour myself some whole milk

Take the browned bread

and spread the pb all around

I put on some wildflower honey

until the toast is beautifully drowned

When I eat this

I always make a mess

but I don’t care one bit

I like this kind of toast the best

Breakfast for Dinner last night. 🍳

I made it myself. I crack three eggs into a small bowl and whisk it up until it’s a liquidy yellow substance. Then I spray the pan with avacado non stick oil and pour the eggs in. Then I use a rubber spatula to move it around and chop it up while it cooks. When the eggs are no longer runny, I put them on my plate and squirt just a little ketchup on top and some feta cheese. Absolutely scrumptious. The peanut butter toast is very yummy I’m not sure what kind of bread it is but it’s very grainy. Toast it for a minute or two and then get one swunch of peanut butter and spread it. Breakfast foods are definitely my favorites. Love scrambled eggs, cereal, fruit, peanut butter toast, pancake & waffles.

I might have this for dinner again tonight but maybe with a bit less peanut butter because peanut butter calories add up super fast! And trying to watch it. No Biggy though.

Been listening to lots of Chappell Roan lately, I love her! I’m going to see her open for Olivia Rodrigo in Nashville on March 9th and I’m super super excited!!!!!!!!!! 😁😁

Banana and Peanut Butter Toast

Delicious and a proper reward after an early-morning rugby practise, this Banana and Peanut Butter Toast makes a simple, tasty brekkie! 

Ingredients (serves 1):

1 slice White Bloomer Bread

1 heaped teaspoon natural peanut butter

1/2 banana

1/2 teaspoon pure local honey

a few pumpkin seeds

Toast Bloomer Bread slice. Once toasted, spread generously with peanut butter.

Peel banana, and cut into slices. Arrange banana slices onto the peanut butter. Drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.

Enjoy Banana and Peanut Butter Toast immediately, with a cup of strong coffee, piping hot tea, or a glass of milk. Happy Wednesday!

This breakfast, and a gorgeous sunrise are worth waking up early to kick my ruby ball on frosty grass!
