for people who are often in need of food and/or find themselves in a food emergency, it's more than okay to utilize your food bank. there are no requirements, it doesn't matter if you're totally homeless, on disability, disabled with little/no income, working under the table, a parent in need of help, working but poor, working and barely making ends meet, mentally ill, neurodivergent, or other situations where food is difficult to keep on the table, you are more than welcome to show up and get some food
some food banks require you to have proof of address (i know, it sucks) but in some cities some homeless shelters have the option for homeless folk to get their mail sent to the shelter's P.O. boxes, which will give you the "proof of address" they need, which is usually just some form of mail received at an address. always check with your local food bank to see what documents they require, if any, when possible
some food banks don't require any of that. some do require that you have a car so you can drive through and get boxes, but many do on-foot distribution. some even have delivery options. one of my food banks here does deliveries. it's worth looking into whatever you have going on in your local area if you struggle to keep food in your home. especially fresh fruits and vegetables. i can finally keep a steady supply of vegetables because i'm able to walk to a distribution a block away that happens every friday. it's been a blessing now that i have to cook all of my meals COMPLETELY from scratch to ensure i dont encounter trigger foods
engagement helps these types of programs stay afloat. the more people who show up, the more resources they will get. the government or whatever body runs these organizations need to know the community wants/needs these services in order to continue operating. don't feel bad if you stop by and grab some things if you're genuinely struggling to buy food and keep it around. it's okay to utilize these programs, that's what they're there for.

This can lead to bone loss and potential loss of muscle that supports and strengthens your bones. So… How do you deal with it? Vitamin and mineral supplements: You might need over-the-counter or prescription calcium or vitamin D supplements. try doing weight-bearing and resistance exercises 3 or 4 days a week. Weight-bearing exercises focus on carrying the weight of your body against gravity. Walking is a great weight-bearing activity, as are running, dancing, aerobics, hiking and tennis, but remember don’t over do it, you can’t be skinny when you’re dead.
Anemia and muscle wasting and weakness: Reduced blood flow: Anemia can limit the delivery of nutrients to muscles and joints, increasing stiffness. Here’s what you can eat to get your nutrients! Green, leafy vegetables, Orange and red produce, Nuts and seeds, beans, Whole grains, Egg yolks.
Low blood pressure: Low blood pressure occurs when blood pressure is much lower than normal. This means the heart, brain, and other parts of the body may not get enough blood. Normal blood pressure is mostly between 90/60 mmHg and 120/80 mmHg.

-PART 1- Drill mimics: -Drill mimics are similar to Speaker Mimics; in which that they are very social to other remembers of their species and they have a close relationship with their sky bound counterparts, the speaker mimics. -Drill mimics live in the deep parts of the underground and inside of deep connecting burrows, similar to moles or ants. They raise young, drag prey down into their lairs for feeding, and they have underground citadels that they do all of their communal living in. Since they nearly all have liquid diets due to their proboscis, they feed mostly on liquids from plants and fluids of living creatures, like Skibidis. -Drill mimics can actually "lose" their "drill" when they start getting older while they are young. Their underdeveloped "drill" falls off when they begin to become an adolescent, which is quickly replaced by the sharper and more efficient adult-variety. The discarded "drills" can even be harvested for equipment usage, like using them for needles, crowbars, or chisels. Even while young, the "drill" is quite strong and can last for a very long time! -Drillets are raised among other drillets for safety and when a parent comes to find their baby, they will make a series of "drill spins" in a certain way or tone to find their baby, similar to penguins. -Some Drill mimics are able to venture out on the surface with little effect from the sun. These drills are usually darker in color and have "shiny" aspects to them. Like their drill being a solid color, usually black or yellow, and the "drill part" will take on an ore-like sheen. Some have even been documented to have some themed after precious gemstones, like rubies, gold, or even diamonds! -Drills find precious gemstones to be mostly building materials or overall useless. They have limited visual input, so the "beauty" of the gems don't seem to phase them. However, they are more than willing to trade the 'useless rocks' for something that can benefit them; such as fruits, processed goods, juices, skibidi hostages, or even fabrics. Which makes them a great source of trades for ores and gems! -As a result of these easy trades, the alliance has made a great deal of getting ores, material, and gems for their equipment for the war effort from these mimics and the drill mimics get a bunch of unique and delicious deliveries of organic food right to their own personal domain! A win-win! -Drill mimics are also quite friendly and like having their underside of their "drills" scratched gently. They are easy to bond with and will quickly warm up to you if you offer them a nice juicy piece of fruit, soft vegetable, or even a small animal to eat on. -Drill mimic "venom" has also been harvested for studying purposes and to be weaponized against the skibidis. A single dart loaded with even a few ounces of their venom is enough to paralyze a large skibidi in moments. Perfect for stealth-based missions and silent killings. It has also been reversed engineered into a vaccine for parasite afflicted units. Similar to a stun-gun, the darts are capable of killing a parasite and freeing a unit. Even large or "special parasites" can be killed with a single dart. Sharpshooters have been given these special vials for their missions and have had major successes in ambush missions. -Drill mimics are also very adamant about defending their territory. Skibidis that trespass over their claimed lands will not be taken lightly. The moment the drills feel threatened from above, they will form a pinch maneuver from under ground and come at the invaders from multiple directions. Hello there, Mousy~. You don't have to answer my question, because in a way, this also works as my opinion rambling, and you don't have to answer it (it's about Ridgeside Village).
So, it begins when I was stumbling upon Irene (the chef that works for Amethyne Mansion) in Lorenzo convenience store, looking for supplies to cook for the family.
Now, you can take my words as an exaggeration, but this detail always... I dunno, bothered me? Because I remember one thing about the perks of having a blue-blooded family, is that you never went shopping for food supplies, whether you're the family member, or even the working staff. Usually, the farmers the one that delivered the supplies to them.
You can take me as a judgemental here, because I understand that this is just a game, and the modders probably didn't had enough time to research more about this and that about wealthy family. But what do you think? And, if the Amethyne mansion did get their supplies from the farmers, do you think they got it from the Ridgeside Village' farmers, or other places?

Really? Never heard of that. Although to tell you the truth, I've never been interested in "blue-blooded" families and their perks.
On the one hand, sort of yes, it's unlikely that members of the Amethyne family would waste time going grocery shopping when they likely have a tight schedule of meetings, charity events, important conversations with relatives/partners/business partners/authorities and education (the family members themselves) or keeping the house clean and organized (Irene and Sonny). It's easier to have the farmers themselves and other couriers, not connected in any way to the Amethyne mansion, deliver the best and all the necessities.
On the other hand, I heard a story a long time ago about an expensive toy made for an aristocratic family - rocking horses made of solid gold, and that the parents were not very happy about the gift, because they taught their children modesty (and the fact that a child is not too comfortable dragging a huge piece of metal). Yes, Maive and her family members are noble, but she strikes me more as a woman who prioritizes manners and education over showing off their wealth. Maybe Maive thinks that just because they're aristocrats doesn't mean they can be lazy and not do even the most basic things? I mean, yeah she hired a personal servants to do the cooking and cleaning, for there is no time for that anymore. Still..
About Amethyne food delivery... Well, Pika is giving us the task to deliver food to Maive, so that means he's doing great with the quality of the meals. Our Farmer will also be the main supplier of vegetables and other farm produce, but that will be after the second year when our farm is developed. Chicken eggs they can order from Jeric's, but I'm leaning toward animal products (milk, eggs, cheese, etc.) being bought up from Marnie or Farmer's. There is a steady supply of fresh fruit from Nightingale Orchard, and the best fish from Carmen and Willy's fishing rod. The rest of the produce that farmers and fishermen can't provide, but can be found in regular stores.... Well, my thought might be that Shanice, who used to educate Zayne and knows what their requirements are, can arrange to buy expensive but very high quality goods especially for this family, as it is much more convenient and logical than waiting for a long parcel of groceries (Ridgeside Village is far away in the mountains, try to get there first, especially with provisions).
