absolutely adored dead boy detectives but god did it make me miss when we got more than 8 ep long shows like i love what we got and they did the best with the time they were given but there are so many things that could have been explored if the show had more time to breath

So, just rewachting The Case of the Lighthouse Leapers and noticed that the moment Dagfinn mentions the saltwater taffy Niko looks at him excitedly, and her smile only grows when he goes on to tell them about giving them a cursed Magic 8 Ball as well. Niko looks at Edwin, who looks back at her and notices her excitement. And love the little giggle she lets out even as Crystal is all like 'why would someone make such a toy'. Edwin just smiles and agrees with Charles that having such a thing would be pretty cool (still looking at an excited Niko).

And then when the case is over with, Dagfinn doesn't go to Charles or Edwin, he immediately gives the promised payment to Niko (who is then the only one who uses them).

N was the hardest to pick for. It always seems like the ones with happier melodies fit his personality better, but then the lyrics don't fit the situations he's in. I don't typically associate him with rock/metal songs as much as I do with V or Uzi. But just felt like this one fit well, especially after what happened in 6 and 7.
