Notes: fasted for about 16h and then had a monster but I didn't consider that I broke my fast so total of today was 19h. I had to eat a little bit at dinner otherwise my best friend would kill me. Got a piece of cake but didn't really eat it just nibbled on the toppings. Also my friend gave me some Japanese peanuts (which I love!!) so I had them after dinner. So gooooood! Now I started a 24h fast till tomorrow :3

Here are my rules for OMAD October:
-OMAD stays OMAD. I can only eat once a day, preferably for me late Lunch because it's easier (for me personally) to fast the rest of the time. I'll eat around 3 PM every day and fast for at least 22h.
-I can't change/switch the days. Even when I'm with my family my calorie limit stays the same as on the plan.
-I have a to-do list to have distractions that I have to do over the day. It helps me fast for longer times.

Notes: didn't feel hungry at all today. Lied to everyone saying that I ate lunch and they believed me lol. My roomies decided to make popcorn late at night, it smelled so good and I was kinda tempted to grab a handful but I didn't. I feel good about it. I feel good about today. Almost 30 hours into this fast... Will try to keep it up tomorrow but with no goals. Let's just see where the wind blows or wtv. This has been fun
