more tips!! ⭐️ving motivation
hi everyone! heres more tips ive recently picked up as someone whos fully committing after 8 years of on and off starving.
when youre alone is the perfect time to tell people you are eating/ate a big meal. then when you see them afterwards you dont have eat around them because youre "too full" now.
distract yourself with things people praise you for - studying, cleaning, exercise. people will forget about questioning anything as they gather youve been too busy today and being productive.
bedrotting makes people more concerned and suspicious of you. dont get me wrong i love a good bedrotting day but people suspect you do it to not eat and remember we dont want to be caught!!
if you think youre hungry have cucumber and lettuce. barely any calories and very filling.
if youre sick of water drink tea!! tea has 0 calories, can be infused in hot or cold water, and is also very good for your digestive system like a daily laxative if youd like.
have a few dishes in your room so if someone asks "did you eat?" theres 'evidence' in your room
tell people youre "intermittent fasting" but not for weight loss - for hormone and blood glucose level management. IF is really good for losing weight but scientifically also very good for regulating your other bodily systems. its an easy way to disguise an 3(E)D fast as a healthy, planned out, scientific/'good' one not a 'bad' one.

sometimes i literally hate myself sm, i started ⭐️ving again in about september and literally only eat more than 800 c@ls when im on my period. yet i’ve lost maybe 2 POUNDS. WTF!! lately i’ve just been so triggered to get worse because I have a huge trip planned in a month, and i wanted to take pics and look skinny but it feels like i won’t ever…….. @na brain fog is the only thing helping me through. Adding no tags bc i don’t really care if i get traction, i just needed to yap to all my moots and friends. anyway stay safe yall i 💕 all my mooties!!
