in my head terusai are both such losers for eachother but in the deep recesses of my mind theyre so sweet and loving. enough toxic codependent yuri they are sweet communicative yuri. they actively make eachother better and more understanding people amd i think its sweet. in my head terusai is full of conflicting emotions but in the very end they always find a safe space with eachother, no matter hoe many doubts and issues they run into they understand that their love is unconditional and soft. they may not be the best at expressing their emotions but that's okay because they love eachother. they love eachother and honestly thats enough. theyre enough. they will always be enough. they could fail and mess up time and time again but in the others eyes they will always be a beacon of love. a beacon of life. they are like the bees and the flowers, both can be ugly and harmful but they love eachother. they dont discriminate between themselves nor do they judge eachothers flaws. they understand the need between them for support and love and readily provide it. albeit, theyre both emotionally closed off (in different ways) but they understand eachothers subtle nuances. no, kusuo cant freely remind kokomi that he loves her, but she knows what he means when he tidies her room for her. she knows what he means when he leaves her a serving of coffee jelly despite knowing she doesnt like it half as much as he does. and it works in reverse too, kokomi may not know how to express the utter depth of her affections but when kusuo sees her in the kitchen baking a cake he gets it. when she gets as close as possible without making physical contact he gets it. they love eachother in a way that is raw yet soft. they love within boundaries that others may not understand, yet not once does that cause their love to falter. not once.
