🥦 For an emotional eater, food will become a response to any emotion. Food acts as entertainment. This 34t1ng dis0rde4 often comes from childhood.
🥑 So, how to avoid overeating?
✭ Eat more fiber 🥗
✭ Several glasses of water before meals 🥤
✭ Distract your attention to important matters/routine 📚
✭ Go for a walk to free yourself from obsessive thoughts 🚶‍➡️
🍏 People mostly overeat because of „boredom”. School clubs, studying, interesting projects and occupying yourself with things you like can help with this.
🥬 For those who overeat at night, it is recommended to distribute meals over time and BE SURE to include breakfast.

📒Monday - remind yourself why you want to lose weight. Make a plan of your actions for the week: menu, workouts and rest.
👨‍👩‍👧Tuesday - continue to follow the plan. If it is difficult to stick to a d1et, try to find support from friends and family
🧖Wednesday - treat yourself to something nice and healthy: a massage, a new book, a movie or a gift. The main thing is that it is not related to f00d!
🚴Thursday - if you see positive results - keep up the good work! If there is no difference - do not get upset and do not give up!
🥗Friday - diversify your menu and workouts. Add more vegetables, fruits, whole grains and protein to your diet.
🛌Saturday - dedicate this day to yourself, take a break from everything. You can allow yourself a small portion of your favorite dessert.
🤸 Sunday - sum up the week and praise yourself! Set yourself new goals or comete old ones.
