𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐩 𝐡𝟒𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐮𝐬.
to whoever sees this, please do not report 4n4 blogs. i cried this morning when i woke up and saw mine was gone. i had an anxiety attack in class an hour later and when i got home i cried more and then ate a pint of (diet) ice cream and considered sh for the first time in years. these blogs are h4rm reduction. everybody here encourages recovery, but a lot of us aren't ready for that ourselves. having a community takes away some of our isolation and self loathing, which at times is the hardest part. 4n4 is the most lethal health condition, and the majority of deaths are from su1c1de, not st4rv4tion.
in the few hours i spent without my blog, i spiraled far worse than any of the time that i had it, and that's as someone with a community outside tumblr. i fear for the people with no support system besides this.
you aren't helping us, you're k1lling us.

hiii guys !
today went really really well!
i went a little bit over 600 calories, but i managed to resist the binge urge and took my supplements!
for tmrw my plan is kinda similar:
i’ll probably have some milk in the morning and some pasta in the evening. all together it should be about 600calories!
and i’ll probably post a weight update on wednesday!

hiii guys!
today was alright!
i didnt overeat and i was able to resist my favorit binge dishes : pasta and pizza!, which was actually a huge step for me!
tmrw i am going back to work so i’ll skip breakfast and lunch (maybe i’ll have a glass of milk tho) and eat dinner right before going to bed so it won’t escalate.
i am still planning on eating under 600 calories but i don’t have an exact meal in mind that i am going to have for dinner!
sooo wish me luck and i’ll tell u guys how it went tmrw evening!

heyyy guyss!
i lost around 2 kg, so i will start a new low calorie diet to keep the weight down and maybe even lose some more!
ill aim for a maximum of 630 calories a day cause that will bring me to a fat loss of 5kg until 2025!
i will put my water rule aside for a while cause i never really stick to it anyways and i’ll give u guys a weight update about twice a week!

hiiii guysss!
i don’t feel like eating rn so i started my new fast 2 1/2h ago.
the feeling of sugar and just food in general being inside of me makes me feel horrible rn, i just wanna feel clean and empty again.
but to keep it simple and get used to long fasts again, i will only aim for 24h first. and if maybe tmrw i still don’t feel like eating, i will keep fasting, but we will see!

welll my sister just invited me to her birthday party on saturday so i decided that i will water fast until then, just in case i fck up and inhale some stupid birthday cake and muffins.
