Back on anti depressants but this time on anti anxiety medication too
I must say i feel well. The anti anxiety made a huge difference. The anti depressants aren’t as amazing as they were the first time around. It was magic then. I just feel a little bit better this time.
Still sleeping excessively. Tired all the time.
Doctor says anti depressants aren’t sleeping pills that i must not use it to correct my schedule.
How else will i know objectively if I’m depressed?

Remember you can always start again. Clean out your social media. Create a new account for your new taste in music. Start socialising with new people. Choose new signature scent and style and purge the outdated parts of yourself. If you don't like where you are at, but you don't know what to do about it?! Try starting again.
And this is some simple tips to get your life together, you can follow now :
Have a signature accessory clothing article, make up look, or hair style.
Have a fragrance Make your hair scents and lotions match your perfume.
It's okay to dine alone Bring a book or people watch.
Love your hair Research the best brands for your hair type and use masks weekly.
Your nails don't need to be fancy, but keep them maintained.
Stay worldly Know works of art, artists, designers, films, books, politicians.
Spend your lunch break reading the paper or a magazine.
Crying is not a weapon It's okay to feel your emotions, but never use them as an excuse to avoid your problems.
Jealousy is boring Love and appreciate others. If you can't love them, forget them.
Boost others Flatter others, but don't deprecate yourself in the process.

Dear Hermione,
Happy Valentine's day. You'll have to bear with me, this isn't something I've ever done before - Sending letters to someone on a romantic holiday. I also don't know if this is a strange thing to be doing so feel free to cast this in the fire if you don't like it and we'll never speak about it again.
I can't stop thinking about you.
I don't know what you've done to me, Granger, but I'm ruined. Work is none existent because all I can think about is the fact that your perfume is on my pillow and wondering when I'll be able to hear you moan again.
I know that there's a chance you might not be interested in pursuing anything romantic with me - I don't have the best reputation, I'm aware. Being out with me will never be easy. And there's a high chance that your friends will never accept me. So I know that we have a lot working against us and I want you to think about all that before we go any further. I recently learned about 'friends with benefits' and if that's all you want then I understand and will gladly take whatever you'll give me.
I'm rambling, apologies. What I really want to say is - You make me happy, Hermione, and happiness isn't something that I thought I'd ever see again. You see me in a way that no-one else ever has. I don't want this letter to be laden down with misery but I was very close to disappearing from the world before I met you. I believed that the world would be a better place if the Malfoy line died with me. And I realise that's a huge amount to put on your shoulders but I have to be honest. You've given me a new lease of life. And even if you don't want anything romantic, your friendship is more than enough. You're the most incredible person I've ever met. I don't think you realise how beautiful you are, both inside and out.
I'm sorry I didn't fully appreciate it before.
I'm really baring my soul now, aren't I? I should stop writing. I just wanted to put this all out there and it's easier on paper than in person.

Gratitude Diary
It’s been a heartbreaking week – one of our semi-feral cats was run over. It’s a day we’ve been dreading as the folks live so close to the road but we just couldn’t take on any more house cats. Does anyone know a good pain-tracker/analyser app they can recommend?
I’m trying to build up a clear picture of how often and how bad my back pain, physical numbness and fatigue are, but I’m struggling to keep record of it in a way that is easy.
I have an iPhone so it needs to be compatible with iOS 16.6 or below.
I don’t mind paying a few pounds (GBP) to the creator but I can’t afford anything really expensive.
Note: I’m tagging this post with “chronic pain” and similar, please know I’m not sure yet if that applies to me, I’m not trying to take anyone’s identity labels, I’m just trying to include tags that will get this post seen by people who know of the right apps.
