mental diet game.
introduction.
now that we have talked about mental diets, we are going to talk about its correlated game. the "mental diet game" is the same as the diet disguised as a game. while it’s still mainly about conscious and controlled thinking, there are yet certain rules to obey.
regulation.
these are the following rules:
you, and you only, are the player.
you are in full charge and control of your thoughts.
you need to be honest with yourself.
you have to truly observe your mindset.
you should stick to your choices.
intention.
your goal is to assume and accept as many beneficial, helpful and useful thoughts as you can whereas also rejecting and replacing pointless ones. after you are done revising them, you start to persist in your new thoughts.

this concept is from solar subs THE CREATORS CODE. shes also on youtube (she makes subliminals) her work is rly amazing and i highly recommend reading it to anyone who is new to manifesting.
i wanted to introduce a concept of a mental diet game that i learned about in something called the creators code. it rly helped me to understand the concept of mental diets and i think it’ll help you to understand it, AND put it into practice.

the objective in the mental diet game is to NOT LET YOUR OPPONENT SCORE, opponent being opposing thoughts/limiting beliefs. so basically how you do a mental diet is to be conscious and attentive to your thoughts. you start by asking yourself 
what am i thinking right now? 
is this a useful thought?
what makes a thought useful is entirely dependent on you and what you are manifesting. if your answer was YES then awesome, continue thinking about it. if the answer was NO then the next course of action would be to think ;  
is it productive and true to who i am?
STOP and block the ball (the ball = opposing thoughts)
be still and know that you’re literally god (or whatever empowering affirmation you use to remind yourself that you’re the creator)
keep in mind that mental diets do in fact require effort, as does becoming a master of your mind but that's what this blog is about isn’t it? the stricter you are with your mental diet, the more you are aware of your thoughts and you’ll eliminate limiting/contradictory thoughts quicker.

I am awake & getting caffeinated.
Getting to work but not feeling fully awake.
It is still hard not to weigh daily.
In the past, if I didn't weigh every day, it meant that I was gaining.
So the challenge is to stay on track but without that daily number.
The drawback of the daily number though is that it can mess with your head.
Not weighing every day means that my mental state is not getting messed up daily. I don't walk around with a cloud over my head because of a high number. [That would often cause a binge]
So..... my thoughts are. It is a mixed bag.
It is especially hard since I am sick and can't exercise right now.
But... I shouldn't need to be exercising. I should be focusing on the food.
It is hard when you are so used to shoving snacks in your face. So I am focusing on not doing that LOL.

Exercise Regularly

Engage in Mental Stimulation
Just like the body, the brain needs to be challenged in order to stay healthy and sharp. Engaging in mental stimulation can help improve cognitive function and delay cognitive decline. Activities such as reading, solving puzzles, playing games, and learning new skills or languages can all be effective ways to keep the brain active.
It’s important to vary the types of mental stimulation you engage in. For example, if you typically enjoy crossword puzzles, try switching to Sudoku or other types of puzzles. This will challenge different parts of the brain and keep things interesting.

itoshi rin doesn't get injuries. ever.
he's downright religious about stretching, warming up properly, and being aware of how his body is holding up under the intense conditions of a match. he keeps a strict diet, an even stricter sleeping schedule, and pops enough vitamins and supplements to make his immune system work at 200%. but, when stupidly lukewarm isagi misplaces his stupidly lukewarm foot, rin ends up rolling his ankle harder than a bowling ball slammed down a lane. he doesn't react immediately to the lightning bolt of pain that shoots up his calf, only sending isagi a withering glare and continuing to rush the opposition's net.
like the rest of his team, you don't notice something is wrong until the end of the scrimmage, when rin collapses and curls his upper body around his ankle. his hands clutch the bottom of his leg and he shuts his eyes tight to hold in the frustrated groan he wants to release. the other players approach him and he snarls like a circus tiger, barking at them to leave him be. the same tune is played for the medical team, having no choice but to retreat after he insists he just needs a second to rest. with a deep inhale to prepare, you steel your nerves and walk over to where he sits.
"i said go," he seethes, his forehead resting against his propped knee. his eyes are shut, but he can feel someone standing there, watching him with a pitying look in their eyes. stupid. he gets hurt and suddenly it's poor, poor rin and his poor, poor ankle. it's weakness that he needs to stomp out, weakness that--
"you need to ice that." his eyes open slowly and you catch his walls recede ever so slightly. you always had a no-nonsense kind of relationship with rin, especially as a health analyst-in-training who was the only brave soul that spoke to him among your cohort. there was an unspoken level of respect that you had for him that you assumed he reciprocated, seeing as he always had patience for your long spiels outlining everything to do with his physical wellbeing. he appreciated that you never asked about his mental wellbeing, but sometimes your gut told you that maybe you should.
"i'm fine," he says through gritted teeth and you resist the urge to roll your eyes at his melodrama. you bite back your initial retort and instead settle on the turf next to him, your legs facing the opposite way so that you're not making direct eye contact. he watches you from the outskirts of his vision, as do the rest of the remaining team on the field, but doesn't deny your company. you let him take a few more breaths before asking your next question.
"what hurts?" any other trainee in your group would immediately be subject to scathing insults about their personality and emotional aptitude. you'd seen it, how he snapped at the trainees that weren't you.
"calf. ankle. inside of my foot," he mumbles, shame evident in his voice. he didn't like appearing weak; he already felt weak living in the shadow of sae. it was something he was constantly fighting against, carrying the sack of weight on his shoulder every game. he waits for you to scoff, to tell him to get over it, but you don't. instead, you hum and refrain from looking at him directly. in a way, it's the indirect conversation that he appreciates the most.
"i'm gonna get you a tennis ball for your ankle. where's your water?"
"back left by the bench." you nod and retrieve both items, returning to him in no time at all. you don't even stop to converse with the other concerned members of the management team, making a beeline back to him like you had no other place to be. "you should go," he says before you sit down again.
you wait for him to elaborate. he doesn't.
"do you want me to?"
he hesitates.
"...no."
"then i'll stay." you sit closer this time, still facing the other direction, but close enough that your arms could brush if he leaned close enough. rin won't admit that he likes the proximity. "i don't need to tell you how to use a tennis ball," you comment and his silence expresses his gratitude. he reaches wordlessly for the ball but you hold it just out of reach. "but, i am gonna force you to drink water before you do anything else."
"i'm not thirsty."
"i don't care," you reply. "you won't get better if you're not hydrated." part of him hates that you're right, that you're sitting here pitying him. but, he takes the bottle from your hand anyway and downs a few sips that turn into large gulps. he didn't realize how parched he'd become. "there. what else can i do?"
"stop pitying me," he scowls without thinking. as much as you like to think he's different when he's with you, there's still times like these when the rage slips out and he snaps. you haven't known him long enough to weather his storms, but you're determined to wait it out and you know he notices. he's too smart not to notice the way your shoulders sag, the way you conveniently look anywhere but in his direction, the way you're fighting every instinct to abandon him to protect yourself. "it's," he forces out, surprising you both, "it's not-i'm not your responsibility. i don't need you to take care of me."
"but do you want me to?"
he hesitates again and turns to look at you completely, detecting no sense of pity or malice or arrogance in your expression. you were there to help him, and you wanted him to trust you. what a foreign feeling.
"yes."
so you continue to sit there with him in silence, running your fingers absentmindedly over the turf as he gently massages his ankle with the tennis ball. you don't question when his shoulder brushes yours for a second, then returns to completely lean against you. when he decides it's time to wash up, he takes your hand and lets you help him off the field, his arm draped around your upper back as you act as his crutch. you later tell him after he's showered that you didn't help him because you pitied him, but because you knew he would be too stubborn to ask for help.
"how are you so sure?"
"because you told me to leave, remember? and who would have helped you if i left? who would you allow to help you?" you don't wait for him to answer and bid him a polite goodbye, leaving his face warm and completely at a loss for words.
he decides that it's not so bad if he gets injured, as long as you're the one sitting on the turf with him after the game.

Someone requested a robotic affirmation challenge so here it is :).
Rules
No overconsumption during the challenge.
No checking the 3D. Period.
Mental diet, aka no affirming against your desires at all.
Don't focus on any resistance, don't try to argue with it or "fix it" just affirm.
The show must go on, affirm anyway.

Instructions
Choose two to three affirmations and loop them in your head. Bonus points for repeating them to the rhythm or melody of a song.
When you want to check the 3D you will either check a vision board or use visualise in place of checking the 3D. Use them for validation instead.
Instead of overconsuming LOA posts you may save four posts/videos/whatever's that help you maintain your mindset. Outside of that don't seek out advice. You know enough.
Duration is up to you but please don't stop after three days, set an end date and don't let anything come between you and affirming till that date is reached.

How to robotic affirm
Robotic affirmations are affirmations that are repeated without feeling. It doesn't matter how you feel when you do them.
You can do other things while affirming you do not just have to sit there. Go throughout your routine, do chores, whatever you want.
How to vaunt
I like writing down vaunts in a journal like I'm writing in my diary.
Vaunting is just thinking as if you're bragging to someone about your desire.
Example:
Oh my god my hair is SO shiny. How did it even get that shiny? Wow my hair is probably the shiniest ever.

✶ Aries in 1st: Being ruled by the planet Mars, these natives give a bold and invigorating first impression. What you see is what you get with Aries in the first- they have a raw and honest personality- which can be off putting for some people because it can be taken as rude depending on the person/situation- but I have to say you must admire them for being so tenacious and authentic in nature. I can hands down say the best quality about Aries in the first is what you see is what you get! ✶ Aries in 6th: Enjoys active routines and work place. Known to work in establishments with competitive pay and many enemies in work place. Can be scene as bossy by their coworkers. Needs to be weary of being hypocritical of their coworkers. Temper at work. Benefits from a workout routine. Needs to take out stress and anger from work & daily responsibilities. Can be very active or have hyper pets, may need a big back yard to run their dogs or other animals in. Competitive in health and motivated to be the best version’s of themselves. Picky with their diet and what they decide to put in their bodies. Can have an all or nothing attitude- because theirs definitely a reason why they are so picky. ✶ Aries in 11th: Leaders of the pack, these natives love bringing their friends together and being absolutely crazy with their friends. They are naturally socialites and feel their best when they are interacting in their community and collaborating with like minds. These people live for their down time, special niche hobbies and interests. They work hard to play hard. Summary: when F1, football, money, parties, long distances, and relationships collide. Misery occurs.
    Monaco, money, speed, and danger are words synonymous with F1. Everybody talks about courage, competitions, cutthroat dynamics and the luxury of the game and how lucky we are to be a part of it. For the most part they are faithful to reality. F1 is an incredibly  exclusive luxurious adrenaline inducing game that revolves around being perfect all the time or else you get hated on for every breath you tackle.F1 fans are brutal. Unless you are on the podium or winning every race, you will be burnt at the stake. Especially if  you are a part of a team as successful as mercedes. Being a woman doesn't help either. You have the weight of an entire gender resting on your shoulders. If you fail it will be another 4 or 5 years before they let another woman compete again. So losing isn't an option at all. 
Having that kind of pressure takes a toll on one’s mental health. This case sucks even more because of all the traveling you do and the fact that your girlfriend is a very busy English footballer. With time zones always being against you, you started to drift from your girlfriend and the distance between you two grew with each race. You missed her presence, laughter, banter,and weird diet. You longed for her kisses,  the way she made your body feel, the way she made all your worries disappear with a single look from her eyes. no body from the team noticed your light dim because you were good at hiding it. What they didn't miss was the parties you started to frequently host and attend. If you were not at training or the gym, you were in a club surrounded by sweaty bodies trying to feel something remotely close to what leah made you feel. You didn't drink much if at all you were just filling your life up with people so that you wouldn't feel the void of Leah not being there with you. 
Leah noticed this sudden change in your demeanor and she didn't know where it came from. She first became suspicious of all the stories clubs and party goers would post of you hanging  out with them. When she asked you about it you brushed it off as necessities of the job but she wasn't convinced. The partying kept going on and Leah became more and more suspicious as the distance between you grew bigger. You wished you could tell her how much you needed her but that wouldn't change anything. You were still travelling, racing around the world and putting on stellar performances, winning your team an impressive amount of points while she was playing football in London. Each point you gained shipped away at your soul and at your relationship. 
With you becoming more famous, the public began paying more attention to your private life. Suddenly, everybody was sure you were dating your photographer. People talked about you two all the time. Photographed you together and asked you about each other. You didn't confirm the rumors but you didn't deny them either. You knew that being a lesbian would only hinder your progress in F1 and further strain your relationship with leah. 
Amidst all this drama your home race came at a much needed time. You were tired, homesick, and you needed to talk to your girlfriend. 
You didn't tell Leah you were coming, you lied to her in order to surprise her at the Emirates for the second leg of the champion’s league semi final. As always the atmosphere was electric but it wasn't enough for the team to win against the giant of french football.  Sadly, they lost after an impressive battle. The look of sadness on Leah's face broke you, you two were very tired and needed each other at that moment. You asked your contacts at the Emirates for a favour to be able to go to the locker room since nobody except a few teammates knew you were dating leah. 
The silence in the locker rooms was heard from afar in the hallway. You haven't seen your girlfriend in so long you were nervous but you knew you had to be there for her. The look of shock  on the girl’s faces when they saw you enter the locker room was something you didn't expect. But it was understandable since you were famous in Britain  and they didn't know the reason why you were there. But the look on Leah's face shipped away at your heart a little. She wasn't happy, she was disappointed. You brushed it off, said hello to the girls and told them how proud you are of them and of their performances. You then went to sit next to Leah's locker. Without a word she got up to the showers; the situation was awkward, but the girls didn't say anything. They kept on doing their thing and each one of them got out of the locker room leaving you and Leah as she got out of the showers last. She made an appearance that you had the locker room all to yourselves. 
“ Why  are you still here?” she said emotionlessly. 
“ where would i be if not here. I wanted to be there for you. This loss is brutal.” you replied. You didn't get up to her and she didn't come to you. 
“ Thank you for coming. But I can't do this today. I don't have it in me.” she replied. 
“ What do you mean?” you asked confused the two of you still not moving an inch. 
“ I don't wanna fight with you, I don't want to put on an act that I am happy you are here. I just want to go home and sleep.” 
“ Are you not happy to see me? Leah, we literally haven't seen each other in months.” 
“ and what have you been doing all these months?” 
“ traveling the world working, representing England the entirety oàf women’s sport. What are you getting at?” 
“ Funny, I don't think getting drunk at clubs, dancing with women and models, avoiding your girlfriend and hurting her feelings is a part of your representation of women’s sports but if that’s what helps you sleep at night then go for it.”  She was gathering her things as was talking, then she headed straight to the door without looking at you. You ran after her but she wouldn't stop walking, you kept calling her name and begging her to stop but she wouldn't. She left you standing at the gate of the emirates and drove away. You saw the thread that connected your hearts stretch further. 
It only took you a few seconds to head to your car and follow her. Driving was your fortait so you arrived at her house before she did. When she was you another look of disappointment flashed across her face but she let you in and headed to her couch. 
“ I can't do this anymore. “ she said emotionlessly. 
“ no leah please we can work through this.” you begged as you kneeled in front of her. 
“ I can't keep doing this long distance thing. Our lives are so different. Our backgrounds are so different. You live in Monaco even if the season is over. I can't leave London. My whole life here is my job. I share my family with her. It will never work between us because the distance is too big. I feel more pain than I feel love from you.” 
“ That's not true. I can relocate from Monaco. I can come back and live here with you and support you. You can come to me in  your off season and we can find a way.” you say desperately and panicked. 
“ you can't live in london baby. This lifestyle of  yours is so different from mine we can't ever find something that would satisfy us bith. This relationship is not worth losing the thing you have worked your whole life for.” 
That last sentence broke something in you. Leah was convinced of her argument and you didn't have a rebuttal that would convince her. You two were tired and overstimulated and sad. You chose to do the right thing and leave before hurtful things  could be said. 
“ Silverstone, the great race of britain. The British driver’s most important race this time around with Lewis Hamelton in pole position lets see who will win.” said the commentator as the lights turned green. You were in the fifth position and determined to win this race no matter what. Shortly after the lights went green y-ou gave it your all and pushed so hard you were now toe to toe with levee fighting for the podium. The race was sure to go to a British driver but you wanted it to go to you so that you could justify your decision and the risks you had taken that japratised your relationship. You kept pushing and pushing until the finish line was up ahead and Lewis was sure to take it all but she didn't as you crossed first with him talking behind. And that was it you won silverstone. 
After you parked your car you didn't leave. You stayed there for a minute contemplating everything that has led you to this pOINT; cheers were heard from all around and you knew people were happy with you which made the decision you choose to break your heart further. 
You got out of the car, celebrated with your team and sang the national anthem. However something looks off. You weren't happy. Your fake smile was easily detectable by Leajh who was watching the race with her parents at home. Her mom looked at her worrily and she looked at you the same through the tv. Your demeanor continued throughout the press conferences. Which made l:eah feel more guilty. For the first time, ahs wo,n the british grand prix but she couldn't celebrate it because her girlfriend broke up with her shortly before. Leah continued to stalk you through instagram but you weren't anywhere. No story, no party. She called your manager to ask about your whereabouts. 1 hour later she found herself in front of a mansion in the countryside of london. 
The place was grand, luxurious. It screamed wealth relaxation and domesticity. Leah didn't know what she was walking into. She knocked on the door and a few moments later you emerged in an arsenal hoodie and great sweatpants. 
“ you won silverstone congratulation.” she said.
“ Thank you.” you replied. It was evident from our face that you were crying. 
 “ Can I come in?” she asked and you let her in. 
Leah kept walking until she found the living room. “ You seemed off today.” she stated. 
“ gee i wonder why?” you joked." Do you like this house?” you added. “ yeah i do.” 
“ I bought it for us. I finalized the offer before I came to london. That day i came to the stadium, i was gonna bring you here and show you what i did and ask for you forgiveness for being an asshole lately. But you jumped the gun and broke up with me.” you sat down looking at the floor. “ Our relationship is hard, you are right but I can't live without you. I won't live without you. You are the reason I am who I am. I survived the crash last year for you. I need you, Leah. I don't just want you. You are the only family I care about.” tears were streaming down your face which leah thumbs wiped as he sat down next to you. 
“ This will be our home. It's a little more than an hour from your training grounds. It's big enough for us to host your family and friends. We can have kids here and we can grow together comfortably. Leah, I will be happy to be your housewife, and your WAG . I will be happy to leave Formula 1 to save our relationship. “ You hold Leah's hands, assert her, and sturdy her face and she panics. 
Will this be the end of your legendary formula one journey.

Currently sitting here daydreaming about being on the boat with the Hughes boys. Like, just imagine sitting in front of where Jack is as his hands rest against your shoulders where he’s softly massing your bare shoulders as he’s talking with Quinn and Luke as he cheekily plays with the strings of your bikini top, but you go to playfully slap his hand away as he’d chuckle and lean down to kiss your head as he’d pull you in closer as he’d whisper, “Sorry, pretty girl. you’re too busy feeling the warm sun on your darkening skin, basking in the feeling of being on the water.
“okay, you’re exaggerating a bit. he’s definitely been working hard, but he’s only worrying about strength, not skill or stamina,” you hear quinn’s voice respond.
you’re listening intently for clues at this point, too nosy for your own good, wanting to figure out who they’re talking about, but you can’t be bothered enough to ask.
“he’s definitely gotta work on his diet, too. heard he eats nothing but sugar and junk after games. can’t be helping the stats any,” your own boyfriend chimes in, nearly being able to feel the words leave his body as you’re leaned up against him, letting him rub soothing circles on your bare shoulders.
quinn and luke both mumble something in return, but you’re distracted by the switch up in rhythm of your lazy massage. his hands creep down farther towards the front of your shoulders, brushing your exposed collar bones.
leaning farther back, letting him know how much you like the new pattern, you force yourself back into sleuth mode.
“i just can’t imagine paying that much for a personal trainer out in LA just to throw it all away with bad habits. heard he’s been partying like crazy, too,” it’s quinn’s voice that gives you the clues.
LA? so they’re talking about someone from either the kings or the ducks.
as you’re running through your mental roster of each team, you feel the small strip of fabric on your shoulder be lifted from your skin, jack’s fingers slipping underneath to caress the soft skin there.
you keep yourself focused on your train of thought, knowing trevor has an affinity for sugary snacks and junk food, but surely they’re not talking about him?
“it just seems like a waste to me. kid’s got a lot of potential, but seems like he’s throwing it away before he even gets started,” your ears perk at the sound of luke’s voice.
so they’re talking about a prospect? or a rookie?
focusing even harder, thinking back to all of the conversations of jack’s you’ve overheard concerning this season’s prospects, you try to remember any mention of a player that fits the criteria.
however, all that focus you’re channeling goes straight to the feeling of one of your thin straps loosening dangerously. snapping your eyes open, you turn your head to try and see what happened, noticing large, nimble fingers toying with the half-untied not.
you bring your hand up immediately to swat his out of the way, clamping it down to stop any wardrobe malfunctions from occurring.
saying nothing, you turn ever so slightly to glare up at him, noticing the cheeky smile on his face as he looks at his brothers.
you bring your other hand over to re-tie the knot, huffing when you feel his rough hands move to the other shoulder, already toying with the other strap.
“would you stop it? we’re on a boat with your brothers. behave,” you quietly scold so that only he could hear, not wanting to disrupt the conversation you were trying so hard to decipher.
he glanced down at you, smirking before leaning his mouth down to your ear. “sorry, pretty girl. just can’t help m’self. look so pretty in all these colors,” he whispers against your skin, letting his hot breath fan over the sensitive spot behind your ear.
you shiver slightly, craning your neck to give him access to more of your skin, the sensation making you unable to focus on anything else.
“know you wore it just for me. s’my favorite, told you that, didn’t i?” he asks you, focusing his touch on your upper arms now, rubbing up and down in a teasing manner, drawing out goosebumps on your smooth skin.
“mmm, can’t remember, did you?” you basically pant out, swallowing a groan at the feeling of his lips placing a kiss to the top of your neck, tongue peeking out only slightly to taste your warm skin. he knows how quickly you fall apart at the action, eliciting the exact reaction he wanted from you.
his chuckle vibrates through your body, but the sound is covered up by the hum of a boat speeding by your stationary one, bringing you back to the reality of where you were.
you sit up, distancing yourself from jack only slightly, eyes glancing around to make sure no one witnessed the little ‘moment’ you and jack just had.
you swallow thickly, willing every nerve in your body to calm the fuck down.
quinn and luke are too wrapped up in their conversation to realize jack hadn’t chimed in for a few minutes, so they were completely oblivious to what he just tried to do.
relief washes over you, sinking back into jack.
“don’t think this is over, sweet girl,” he speaks lowly into your ear once again. “can’t promise they won’t hear just how happy this little suit of yours makes me when we get back to the house,” he finishes, causing your stomach to drop in anticipation.
you gulp as he raises back up, going back to rubbing your shoulders as if nothing ever happened.
“what do you think, jack? think he’s got the stamina to compete?” quinn asks his younger brother, continuing the conversation neither of you were focused on anymore, not noticing how rigid you’ve suddenly become.
“oh, i don’t know. guess we’ll have to see,” he shrugs. “we all know how important stamina is, after all,” he squeezes your shoulders, letting you know his words were meant for you, not his brothers.
when you can practically feel the smirk on his mouth as he said those words, you decided that buying this bikini was both the best and worst decision you made this summer.

How to change your life with Gamification
Disclaimer stat point and daily quest (points) are used interchangeably and are different from main/side quest (points)

You may have already heard about Gamification. It’s a strategy in which you use game mechanics,elements and principles to apply them to your everyday life to enhance your performance, studying etc.
But how should I use this technique to get the most of my life?
This is a guide for implementing Gamification in your life and thoroughly explains the process.
In my guide I am inspired by manhwa systems like in the solo leveling manhwa. Normally a system gives you stats such as strength which one can upgrade and become stronger. Upgrading is archived by quests that give you exp which also can increase your Rank e.g from F Rank to E Rank all the way to S Rank or higher. Quests are differentiated between daily quests and non daily quests. There are more functions such as items and gold but for the basic setup they are not needed
First you need to create your stats. In the solo leveling manhwa there are six stats: Strength, Vitality, Agility, Intelligence and Sense. You should have six stats but you are not obligated to use the ones from solo leveling. Idk how you can implement Sense and Vitality.
I strongly recommend you to have a stat called Willpower which indicated if you did every quest that you set for yourself and how well you stick to the system as a motivation.

As you can see I copied the stats Strength, Intelligence and Agility from Solo Leveling and added Willpower, Discipline and Stamina.
Some other ideas for stats are:
Charm (Beauty stat: I would use this if you want to glow up)
Charisma (If you want to improve your social skills or want to speak ------------ more professionally etc. I would use this stat
Health: If you want to eat more healthily or want to diet or want to -------- get your sleep schedule right etc. I would use this stat
You can get creative and cater to your own needs
Now if you have your stats you have to create a daily quests with each of these stats
Here is my example:

My quests don't look like much but you have to gradually work yourself up to your goals. Someone who has never done e.g Pilates in their life can't do a 30 min Pilates workout from day one without loosing motivation in the long run. So if you want to e.g. get your sleep schedule right I would set your wake up time e.g. 5min earlier every cycle until you reach your goal and maintain it.
A cycle equals 21 days. If you finish a cycle you can reflect your performance and make the daily quests harder or change the stats if they don't fit into your goals. Especially your first cycle is more of a test and try period. But you should keep your stats as they were and should not change them except if they really don't serve you.
Main/Side Quest stats:
These quests are quests like ''learn … language for 15min''. They are more of a to-do lists task.
I would use this formula for categorizing these tasks:

Emotional damage stat explained:
This stat affects your conversion rate to points in the daily quest stat points. Normally the conversion rate is 10 e.g 10 main quest stat willpower point = 1 daily quest willpower stat point. Per +5 emotional damage you have to collect 5 extra points to converse the stat point
Example 10 points are needed in the main quest stats to converse to one stat point with a rate of 5 emotional damage point you need 15 points. A 10 point emotional damage point equals a 20 point conversion rate and so on.
How to decrease the emotional damage stat:
If you complete main/side quests as a reward you get -1 emotional damage point which you can use to get your emotional damage point to a good level. Emotional damage can't get into the negative.
The difference between daily quest stats or stats and main/side quest stats and leveling up is explained below
Stats in/de- crease in the main/side quests doesn't affect the normal stats that we've established so you have to create a new stat page for the main/side quest stats to count the points.

Ten points on e.g intelligence stat on this list equals one daily quest intelligence stat point.
The conversion rate is as such 10 to 1 which means if you have e.g ten agility points you get one agility stat point.
How to level up:
Every time you finish a daily quest you gain a point for the Stat (first pic) you can only gain one point per stat per day. If you gain 10 points at every stat in the daily quest stat you can level up. If you don't finish a quest you will loose 1 point from the stat that you would've gained one point from.
Ranking up:
First you have to choose a range from which you can level up e.g F to S Rank / F to SSS+ Rank etc. than you have to find a starting point which you gradually increase e.g 20 (start point) increases +20% per Rank up.
How to increase your Rank:
Completing all daily quests gives you 1 EXP while the EXP gain can value in main/side quest the rest is explained above.

Zyklus is German for cycle which I just tracked here and is explained above.
Lastly you need something that motivates you and in Solo Leveling it was a Punishment Zone if sung jin woo doesn't complete his quests.
For myself if I don't complete 5/6 quests i have to do the punishment.
For the punishment you have to do something you detests (and strains your body)
My example are 150 burpees

One last thing is that you can 100% customise this approach you can add coins items etc. which also exists in a system, change other things as you like but the foundation has to remain intact.

BEFORE ANYTHING…
Before starting ANYTHING off new this year, I really just wanted to take time and reflect on what I did well and what I need to work on next year and also what I’ve LEARNED this year to make a game plan.
For example, some things I’ve noticed this year that I need to work on is better time management, balance between work and life, taking more time for my mental health, and pushing myself more towards my goals.
I recently also read a post about resetting before 2025, which I think is helpful. I’ll link it right here.
ENVISIONING THE YEAR
for me, setting an expectation is SO important. It just defines everything I want to have and accomplish, it lets me believe that my desires can be attained and really just cultivates that kind of positive mindset I need going into the new years.
Here are ways I’m currently making space for that vision for the big 2025.
♡ vision boards
(could be about beauty, manifesting, money, studying, or a combination! whatever you’d like, but I’d recommend not sharing to keep that energy private to you. it’s important to move in silence.)
♡ inner work
(maybe some difficult events have happened this year or recently. it’s important to go into 2025 releasing everything negative and leaving all grudges behind. 2025 is a NEW year. let’s make sure our mental is great now so that we can charge into 2025 ready to go.)
♡ self care time
♡ social media detox
♡ planning new smart goals
♡ stricter mental diet

START NOW
guys, you’re gonna have to trust me when I say START NOW. of course your resolution isn’t officially in effect til the start of January, but PLS. start now while your motivation is here or even if you aren’t motivated. START working out, start taking those little steps to move like your dream self, DO IT.
The problem is that usually a “new years resolution” person will give up after not even a week of being in it, so START now. Give yourself the space to make mistakes and work out those kinks NOW so you can really go into the new year feeling refreshed and ready to conquer every single one of your goals.
HARSH MOTIVATION
“The person with the same goal as you is working 10x as harder as you right now.”
I saw this quote on my feed and it really resonated with me, because I want to pursue a career in nursing. It made me think of all the people who are studying hard right now and doing pre-med programs right now to be two steps ahead and really excel in their performance as a nurse. And what am I doing? Slacking.
No more slacking in 2025! I have to realize this and tell you this, that nobody is holding your hand anymore! It’s just you versus the world. What will you do to succeed? You need to act NOW while you’re realizing this, or be left behind. That’s just the way things work.
Take that time to yourself. Take that time to reflect, think, and rebuild your self concept for the beginning of the new years. This is YOUR moment. This is YOUR year. YOU’RE her, so start acting like it.

sometimes when i feel lazy or i feel like not affirming i remind myself WHY i do what i do. like, GO LOCK INN. your the only thing holding urself back and once u remember that ur in control the whole game changes so make sure to remind urself of that a lot.
now that we know what we say has power, dont speak negatively about urself, or make urself the but of jokes. dont put urself down to get a laugh out of others, and dont say things that u dont want to perpetuate into ur reality!
DISCIPLINE UR MIND ;
get urself on a strict mental diet because without mental diet, you can affirm until ur blue in the face but it wouldn't even do anything and thats because it matters more what u think about for the majority of time instead of just affirming for like 5 seconds.
if u do not know what a mental diet is i'll link the post i made about it right here because its really really important on ur loa journey. having control and discipline over ur mind is the most important thing ever so start exercising ur mind.
DISCIPLINE UR ACTIONS ;
when ur mind is disciplined -> it directly translates to ur actions and ur reality. when u start to create a belief you'll act accordingly bcuz thats whats going to be reflected in ur reality.
when u catch urself falling back into old patterns whether thats thought patterns or behavioral patterns STOP yourself and remind urself not to go back to the old story! because you cannot serve two masters. flip-flopping between two stories is like walking in circles.

Your requests say semi open and I don’t know if this would count as a headcanon or not so I’m just gonna go for it,, but I read a Vil fic from you and you mentioned how he knows his dorm mates appetites and makes them a meal plan or something similar. I don’t know if that’s canon or not cause I haven’t played that far into the game yet but what if the reader is new to their dorm so Vil tries to figure out their appetite and likes just to realize he’s never actually seen you eat before, even in the cafeteria (maybe just drinks or smoothies from time to time). Not that the reader has a disorder, just that they forgot to eat, is too lazy to, just doesn’t want to eat at that time, mainly eats at night or can just go long hours before feeling hungry. Now I have read your rules but I don’t know if this would count as any mental illness/disorder, so if it does then you can just ignore this and go on with your day. But if this doesn’t then could Vil lowkey observe (or ig just ask) the reader to figure them out or maybe even gain feelings while doing so? Again you can just ignore this if you’re uncomfortable with it but thank you anyways

vil liked to pride himself in his ability to help his dormmates become the best version of themselves. he was careful and observant ─ meticulous in how he created diets and routines that worked best for every person in his dorm. everyone had their own diet, their own skincare routine, it was different for everyone. vil would spend nights in his room or the commons, noting down what certain students could and couldn’t eat, adding in allergies and current medical status. he wanted everyone to be their best self and that started with a routine.
but not many knew about his late planning, how much effort he put into making sure his dormmates felt confident in who they were and were healthy while doing so. pomefiore dorm residents complained. vil didn’t often hear them but he knew, but he couldn’t be upset about it, they followed his advice either way ─ he didn’t care if they hated him in the process. 
everyone in his dorm had a routine, a diet, even the freshmen he had spent a few late nights working hard to create a fitting diet for. ─ well, everyone did, that is, until you, a junior recently transferred from heartslabyul, came to his dorm. vil did what he always did when it came to creating a diet for his dormmates. but after many nights of a lack of development in his notes about you, creating a diet for you proved, simply put, difficult. 
if vil hadn’t seen you bite into the occasional apple slices or drink a small smoothie every once in a while, he would almost be under the impression you didn’t eat at all ─ which is ridiculous, but one can’t blame him when he hardly sees you pick up food, even as you sit in the cafeteria, scrolling through your phone and sitting with trey and cater as they ate their own lunch. neither of them seemed fazed by your lack of lunch, hardly batting an eye when you joined them and began a conversation. even when you denied an apple from trey, they didn’t seem all that concerned.
vil can admit he was starting to grow concerned the longer he watched this lack of routine in your diet. this was not good for your health ─ not eating. although you didn't look to be lacking nutrition, that didn't do much to sway vil’s concern for one of pomefiore’s residents.
vil was not one to dwell, if he had a question then he would simply ask.

that moment came after he had not seen you at dinner once more, despite you being one of the four in charge of dinner duty that night. ─ he asked the three dorm residents who were on cooking duty with you, and they shrugged, commenting that you said you “just weren’t all that hungry”. a repeating response you often give around breakfast and dinner time. ─ and vil thought it to be a good time to voice his concern with your lack of eating, so he began his way to your room.
“housewarden?” you asked with a bit of surprise, blinking at the actor who had just knocked on your door. you narrowed your eyes with confusion, and a little bit of concern, wondering if you had done something wrong, or if you had forgotten something. “is everything alright?”
vil nodded, quickly cutting to the chase of his visit before you could ask any more questions, “i have a concern, so if you could answer me truthfully, it would be appreciated.”
you blinked at him again, confusion visible in your expression as you repeated his words, “a concern?” you scratched your cheek awkwardly, releasing the hold you had on your bedroom door after opening it to his knocking before. “okay, sure.”
“[name],” he said your name rather sternly, “have you been eating properly?”
you let out a noise that sounded almost like a huh. you half expected this concern to be about your grades or school conduct (not that either were a cause for concern. you think). but to hear him ask about eating habits ─ wait, did he learn about the late nights you would sneak into the kitchen to make you food? you thought you were being careful! did rook find out? that hat wearing vice housewarden did always seem to know everything but would he snitch on you if he discovered your secret? trey was always more lenient back in heartslabyul, even when he would stumble upon you casually cooking a grilled cheese in the dark. perhaps you shouldn't have assumed rook would be the same (but trey also said he'd probably stay quiet if he did find you.)
“what do you mean?” you asked, hoping you weren't about to get in trouble for your late night snacking (snacking would really be an understatement, sometimes you'd cook yourself a complete meal).
“you’ve only been here for two weeks and yet you've skipped every breakfast and dinner, always with the same excuse.” he explained, to which you pursed your lips. “you also don't eat lunch, to my knowledge, even when you sit with your old dormmates. so, i ask again, are you eating properly?”
you were surprised, effectively caught off guard by your new housewardens confrontation. ─ “ah, shit.” you gasped, covering your mouth after the slip of the tongue, “i’m so sorry, housewarden.”
but vil didn't seem to bat an eye at your words, “if you struggle with food─.”
“it’s not like that!” you quickly interrupted him, before scrambling to apologize for doing so, “i’m sorry, but that's not it all.” 
your words gained you a look from vil that clearly held the question “then what is it?”. you sighed and your shoulders slumped ─ you never quite liked explaining your odd eating habits (or lack-there-of), because no one ever understood and always told you, you needed to stop. but it's not your fault!
but vil showed a concern, and you didn't want your eating habits to be mistaken for something more. ─ so you broke into a ramble of an explanation. 
“i do eat! swear., i actually think i eat pretty well!” you looked at your housewarden with an almost awkward grin, hoping that would be the end of it. but when that didn't seem to be a satisfactory answer for vil, you sighed and crossed your arms, and found yourself continuing into a familiar explanation.
"i don’t have a problem with eating. I’m just not usually hungry in the mornings so i just don't eat. but i do make myself food to have between my classes. but then i’m not hungry by lunch so i don't eat. and about dinner, i know i skip it, but i eat, just well, when everyone is asleep.” you scratched your cheek again, almost smiling embarrassingly as you added, “and uhm, well, sometimes, y’know, i forget.”
vil was silent for a moment, nodding slowly, “i see. i’m relieved to know you do eat.” you nodded and smiled at your new housewarden, but that smile faded when he looked back at you with a stern glare, “but, we do need to talk about this. it isn't very healthy.”
you frowned, “we do?”

vil was relieved to know you did eat ─ although you lacked a routine, you at least weren't unhealthy by going without food. but he certainly didn't enjoy finding out that there were moments eating simply crossed your mind, and you went without doing so. nor was he happy when he learned you would spend nights sneaking around the dorm to cook yourself something to eat or take something from the fridge to quickly snack on.
with the news of your rather not-so-ideal eating habits, he brought up helping you create a proper routine (and with it, a healthy, more steady diet), offering to create a process that would help you build one slowly, to your own rhythm. 
and you did agree, although, maybe with some hesitance. ─ you have tried giving yourself a routine, knowing that your habits weren't so ideal (especially forgetting to eat until the clock struck two and you were hit by the empty grumble of your stomach). but you ultimately, always failed. 
and so that's how you found yourself with a written schedule, one that explained your choice breakfast. a choice to eat between classes so that you will at least have energy to eat lunch, as well as dinner choices if you don't eat what was made. none of them were extreme, you noticed ─ vil had truly taken into account everything you told him. ─ your lack of appetite in the morning being one.
“good morning, [name].” you were greeted by the actor upon entering the dining room of pomefiore, many of your fellow dorm residents already sitting at the table. “will you be joining us? there's apples and other fruits on the table.” ─ and on the table there was a bowl of selections between fruits, something small but food nonetheless. 
“oh, sure!” you smiled, following your housewarden as he led you to the others. ─ a first small step to the beginning of a routine.
it was not easy to get used to a new routine, one that changed with your progress. ─ two weeks in, you did sit with your dormmates at breakfast, but always chose to eat a fruit or something else that was small (and vil approved). you still lack an appetite in the morning, and you doubted that would change. and then there was lunch ─ there were times you didn't eat, simply forgetting to grab a lunch as you greeted your friends. and then come dinner time, it was similar to lunch, forgetting and moving on to your room to study or entertain yourself until vil came to get you with a sigh.
but vil seemed to understand, even offering to remind you if it ever seemed like you were going to forget to eat again. 
this all inevitably led to more time spent with your housewarden ─ more than you had ever spent with riddle back in heartslabyul. and you learned about vil much like he learned about you.
vil schoenheit was a man who enjoyed routine in terms of skin and diets ─ he wanted the best for those around them. he was concerned for you and your eating habits (or perhaps rather, lack of), so he did his best to help you ─ to help you make a healthier, less worrying habit of diet. 
“housewarden!” 
vil paused, turning away from rook, who he was just conversing with to face the familiar voice. you waved and smiled at vil and and pomefiore’s vice housewarden as you approached, just before stopping in front of them. 
“hello, [name].” vil greeted.
“are you guys going to the cafeteria?” a nod from vil only kept your grin on your face, “mind if i join you guys?” 
vil looked back at his friend, who obviously held no objections to the new addition to their duo, smiling an all too familiar smile. he turned back to you with another nod, “not at all.”
“great!” you almost skipped alongside him as the three of you set out for the cafeteria, with you and rook breaking into easy conversation.
you eventually turned away from the hat wearing eccentric and towards your housewarden, humming, “say, have you heard what the ghosts will be be having today?” 
“a most favored sandwhich is on the menu!” rook answered for vil, and you turned to him, blinking. “but i fear we may be too late to get one of our own.”
“awe,” you sighed, “that’s too bad, i kinda wanted a sandwich for lunch today. maybe they'll have other choices.” 
vil looked at you after your comment, and smiled, “you’ll be eating lunch today, [name]?”
“yeah! a sandwich, probably. what do you think?” you looked at vil with a smile that didn't hide your own pride in yourself. you were happy to have found an appetite for lunch, (and remembered too!).
“that's good. i’m sure they'll have good choices to choose from. they often do.” vil nodded, and you lit up at the praise in his words ─ and vil was proud, glad you were finally going to eat something that wasn't just a smoothie and an apple. ─ you were making progress.
perhaps he'll have a sandwich as well.

May 3rd
Luke was the son of Hermes. The god of messengers and travellers. The god of thieves. It made sense he couldn't help it. Sometimes, his hands just moved independently and suddenly he was carrying a gold bracelet in his pockets. Nonedobletly belongs to one of the aphorides kids. He's used to giving a few days and then pretending to find it in one of the fields. He watched his sibling bring many questionable things to the cabin, with even more questionable origins. That is was he not surprised by his friends' accusations.
“Give it back.” She said, one hand on her hip and the other palm up to him.
“I don't have it.” He argued back. His arms crossed over his chest. The girl just narrowed her eyes. 
“I don't have time for this. Give it back.” The girl said as if it would suddenly jog his memory if he took her bracelet with the scythe charm on it. So again, he shook his head, signalling he did not have it. The girl just sighed and let her hands hang around her body.
“I swear if this is another paintbrush situation, I will burn you on a stake Castellan.” Grin spread across his face as he watched her walk away. Possibly trying to retrace her steps, trying to see if she just lost it after all.
She didn't. The bracelet was burning hole in his pockets right now. Had she just searched him better, she would have noticed him moving it from pocket to pocket. He snatched it first thing in the morning, they made a bet during breakfast and shook on it. She did not even notice it. Luke thanks his chams for that.
In his defence, he had all the reasons to steal it. Well maybe not legal reasons, but reasons nonetheless. He turned around on his heel and walked back to his cabin.
May 10th
“Are you sure you don't have it?”  She said as she circled him, her sword lifted his way just a little bit. Luke couldn’t do anything but laugh. They were both sweaty from all the sparing, and the bright sun did not help. Her hair was messy from all the jumping and rolling around. He found her endearing like this. 
“It's been a week, If I did I would have given it back to you at this point.”  He turns his body to face her. It was the truth, had he taken it by accident, which wasn't the case. The girl just frowns at him before looking at him in the eyes.
“I feel like you're lying.” She says taking a few steps to him. Her sword taps his chest as she does. Luke could only smile. He knew the bracelet was placed safely in a box that was wedged between the wall and his mattress.
“ Maybe I am, maybe I'm not.” he teases her, placing his hand on the sword. Not worrying about any scratches. 
“Which one is it, Castellan?” Now it was his turn to take steps closer to her. They were almost chest-to-chest at this point. Looking at her doe eyes, a smirk spread on his face.
“ Do you consider telling half-truths a lie?” The girl just snickered at him before moving back. he would feel the sword moving and tap him on his biceps.
“Pull your sleeves down, it's distracting.” Luke flexed his mussels one more time before doing so.
May 17th
“Did you steal this too?” She says looking at the can of Diet Coke in her hand. Luke just rolls his eyes. He did.
“No, now shut up and enjoy the view.”  He took her can and set it aside alongside his. The Girl just shrugged and lay down, watching the stars. Luke followed suit.  Although it was his idea to go stargazing, he didn't pay much attention. sure, his eyes were very much watching the stars, but he was mentally screaming. Probably more than the younger campers he could hear in the background. They were so close that their hands were brushing against each other. 
His pinkie itched to wrap around hers, but his nerves only allowed him to twitch without actually moving it. The girl was babbling something about the stars but he really couldn't make out any words. Only focusing on the way her voice made him feel. All silly and like he was made pudding. 
His ears almost perked up when he heard her sigh. Turning his gaze from the stars in the night sky to look into those in her eyes, trying to figure out what was annoying her. It was like his heart stopped when she turned her whole body to face him.  They were so close he could almost feel her breath on his face. 
He mimicked her. Resting on his side next to her. To others, they may look comical, but Luke certainly did not care.
“Ya know,” Her eyes shift behind him. “ OH MY GOD, THAT ONE LOOKS LIKE A SCYTHE!” She yelped and pointed to something behind him. He could only turn his head before he let out a laugh. 
“You're still one that?” He turns to her with moon-crescent eyes. The girl had a look of disbelief on her face.
“Yes, I'm still on that! You stole it and won't admit it!” Her finger poked his chest. He could only grab her wrist and pull her on top of him, shaking them both in laughter.
May 24th
“I have no idea what you're talking about,” he says over his food. The girl pointed her fork at him.
“Yes, you do. this is like the paintbrushes and the bracelet. Where is my book.” She says. Luke just rolls his eyes as he has nothing to say. For once, this wasn't his fault. Yes he borrowed her paintbrushes once and forgot to give them back, and yes he's currently in possession of her bracelet, but he would never take her books. He's not a monster.
He leans over and takes a bite from her fork. The girl just huffs.
“I wasn't even near your room.” He defences himself. She has nothing to prove him wrong.
“I just have this feeling it was you. It's like my 6th sense.” She says again and looks into the distance. Intentionally avoiding eye contact. 
“Well, I don't know what to tell you. What would I even do with your book.”
“Read it.” He raises his eyebrows at her. 
“ Medical books?” He questions her. She just nods, as if any of this makes sense.
“Yeah, maybe you wanna steal my job too. Who knows.” She shrugs and returns to her food.
“I do not want-”
“Yes! Sorry for bothering you guys, but I found this book outside by the beach. And you're the only one I know that actually reads stuff like this.” The small Apollo kid places the book on the table and skips away.
The girl's gaze fixated on the book. Her tongue poking her cheek. Luke smirks before chuckling to himself.
“looks like your 6th sense is broken, sweetheart.”
“Oh shut up.”
May 31st
Luke was nervous, and he did not like it. He was used to making people nervous, not the other way around. So why was he fidgeting with his fingers? The little box in his pockets burned more and more every minute.
He was standing in the little clearing in the woods. Enough trees for them to have privacy but clear enough for them to stargaze again. He could hear the snap of a twig, making him turn around to the sound.
There she stood in front of him. In his eyes, she looked as much as any goddess could. he was seen if he ever met Aphrodite, she would resemble his dearest friend.
A smile spread across his face and she mimicked him.
“Grover told me to meet you here. He said it was an emergency. You don't look very emergent.” She joked and made her way to him. He let out a huff, but let her to the little blanket that was laid out on the floor.  They took their shoes off and sat down.
They both took half of a sandwich he stole from the kitchen today and looked at the stars again. Luke already learned that stargazing gives him time to gaze at her without her noticing much. Today he wasn't so careful.
“Why are you looking at me like that?” she says, swallowing the last bite of her food, her eyes not moving from the stars.
“Like what?” he cocks his head at her.
“Like I stole something from you.” 
“Because you did.” An offended gasp left her as she whipped her head from the stars to him. He just giggled at her expression.
“Excuse you?? I did not. That’s your speciality and we both know that!” She argued back. “There is nothing I could steal without you noticing.”
“But you did.” He says again, moving closer to her. She glares at him while she moves to sit in his lap. Frowning her eyes, she takes a breath to speak again, but Luke stops her by shaking his head.
“You, my little star, have stolen my heart.” He says, looking her straight in the eyes. Again before she can speak he interrupts her. “Also, I have something for you.”
He reaches into his pocket to pull out the little box. Her eyes were glued to it. He turned it around and opened it. Inside was absolutely nothing. Luke's eyes widened in shock and fear. Little whispers of no’s and panicked patting of his pockets. 
“What's wrong? Looking for something?” She says flashing her wrist at him. Luke didn't pay it much attention. He started to apologise and grabbed her arm. His palm lands on something cold. he stops and turns her wrist to his vision. 
There sat a bracelet with a scythe charm on it. the one that was supposed to be in his pocket. Frozen he stared at it before shifting his eyes at her. She just smiled at him.
“How?” He breathed out. She just laughed.
“I snatched it from you like a week ago. Surprised you didn't notice.” She says it with such ease, knowing she beat him in his own game. He can just shake his head.
His arm sneaked up to her neck as he pulled her to a kiss. She may have stolen his heart and her bracelet back, but from now on, he's gonna steal all the kisses he can.
