Today marks two weeks of using my OSEA Gua Sha tool. I have been changing my habits to become healthier during this time and they are all things I have done before, so I know what results I usually get without Gua Sha.
Here are the results I've seen with Gua Sha, but not without:
Glowing skin (it looks bright even when I get little sleep, which usually dulls my skin)
Removed dark circles and puffiness under the eyes (I didn't notice this myself, but when my bf brought it up I was pleasantly surprised)
Clear sinuses (I was often congested)
Reduced puffiness/water retention/inflammatin in the face and neck (the back of my neck is an area I focus on and I cannot believe the difference it makes)
Improved Premenstrual Syndrome (no symptoms at all)
A raise in my energy levels
More restful sleep
Improved chest acne (my chest is clear at the moment)
Improved mood (immediately following a Gua Sha session I feel very relaxed and my mood is positive)
Smooth lymph nodes (they were quite bumpy before, probably due to congestion)
I want to drink every drop of water around me (my blood sugars are fine, but for some reason I really want to hydrate)
Note: I do a PMS routine every 3 days and a daily face, neck, chest routine.

No one talks about the emotional toll surgery does on you mentally. I thought I was in the clear but it really hit me today. I’m walking around looking 7 months pregnant with a hunchback. I have to sit a certain way or else I’ll develop a pocket of fluid, (which last when after I took off my faja I discovered a pocket of fluid over my butt crack) and I quit sugar and coffee cold turkey so I think it finally caught up with me today. The only good thing is that at least it’s winter and nothing fun is going on outside. It snowed.
Tomorrow I get to change into my smaller faja, no more 360 foam but I’ll still wear my little square foams I got off of Amazon.
Get. Your. Massages. This week I have three massages scheduled with three different practitioners. I wonder which one will like the best and what packages they have. I already paid for one package that was 10 massages for $1000 but there are cheaper ones out there.
If you aren’t genetically blessed then it really is a roller coaster trying to get your dream body. Even if I worked out everyday for the past 10 years I still wouldn’t be able to develop hips. I keep telling myself as long as I can be abstinent from sweets for 90 days then it’ll be a real habit and I won’t crave it anymore. I’ll only indulge on birthdays and holidays (real holidays, not Presidents’ Day or whatever.)
I’m going to bed at 8:30pm tonight so I can wake up tomorrow well rested.

Manifestation and Mental Heath
As I started the challenge I'm currently doing, it made me think about the importance of mental health when it came to manifesting.
While I personally manifested many things and managed to keep them up, I openly admit I struggle with my main manifestation which is my SP. I am diagnosed with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADD and CPTSD so sometimes it is difficult for me to not let intrusive thoughts inside my head and even sometimes spiral. Because of that, I did overconsume but for a good reason which is mostly find methods to help me deal with my mental issues when manifesting.
One of the things I've learned came from "Letters from a Stardust Soul" which is the importance of keeping a healthy vagus nerve to help you manifest. At first, I was pretty skeptic because one thing I've seen when it came to people that teach LoAss for money or offer services with a cost, is that they use all these fancy words and such to prey on people by looking kinda smart. Still, I decided to give it a try by checking videos on how to keep a healthy vagus nerve and I must say, I am very pleased with the results. I've tried both stretching for somatic trauma release and massages for vagus nerve stimulation and they do work quite.
What is the "vagus nerve" tho? The vagus nerve is responsible for the regulation of internal organ functions, such as digestion, heart rate, and respiratory rate, as well as vasomotor activity, and certain reflex actions, such as coughing, sneezing, swallowing, and vomiting.
That nerve is also associated with anxiety or other problems when it comes to mental health. The more I discovered about this, the more many things made sense, including why my gastroparesis and POTS were worse when my anxiety was skyrocketing. As soon as I began doing vagus nerve massages and somatic exercises, I could have a better mental diet because my anxiety lowered a lot. Plus my physical health also improved. Some of the vagus nerve massages use a tool and I realized I can do those massages with either the jade roller or my gua sha stone.
Here are some of my favorites:
Vagus Nerve Massage for Better Sleep (I do this one with a jade roller)
Jade Roller for Lympathic Drainage (Also stimulates areas that are good for vagus nerve stimulation)
Gua Sha for headaches (Really soothing)
All of the shorts of this channel are really good somatic exercises
You can even do affirmations or visualization while doing these! Highly recommended.
Another thing I read about stimulating the vagus nerve, is cold. That reminded me of the Wim Hof method but I don't recommend having very cold showers or baths suddenly because chronically ill people or people with blood pressure problems can go into shock. Trust me, I went there. But, I started washing my face with cold water and also putting my sheet masks in the fridge for my skin care and trust me guys, it is a game changer for me because I feel more awake and energized. Also, applying a cold cloth at the back of my neck is really good.
So, I really recommend the "Wim Hof method breathing exercises" (forever grateful to @pearlygrace for this recommendation) with a round of skin care with cold water and a cold sheet mask. It is a good combo. And if you're like me and need a hot bath even in the summer for joint and back pain, do the Wim Hof breathing exercises while at the bath tub then proceed with the skincare.
I do short affirmations along with my breathing with the Wim Hof method. For example, when breathing in and breathing out I say these for example:
SP loves me, SP wants me I don't chase, I attract I want it, I got it I am God, I am the Law
This is a way to affirm and do the law while relaxing to the Wim Hof method. You might feel light and tingly afterwards, so if you're doing it while in the bathtub, be careful. I also do this before bed to help me with SATS or if I had a very bad day and I need to calm my anxiety before revising or writing in my wish book (scripting).
Also, there was a post in "He's already yours" that mentioned something when it comes to mental diet and living in the end. When you're anxious and always try to be in control, it's not easy to let go of your desire, especially people with ADD/ADHD tend to accidentally end up waiting and desiring instead of actually living like it is already done. Trust, I've been there and I still fall into my own trap sometimes.
But one of the posts from this insta gave me a nice tip which is making a list of 11 things that are non-negotiables in your day by day. Basically, 11 things you have to do every day for YOUR OWN satisfaction and well-being, things that you enjoy and love because above all you have to love yourself since self-concept is what is the most important in this journey.
From my personal experience, having this list also helps me with dealing with the unwanted effects of the purge/transition period and try to state in my God/Sabbath state. They can be things like skincare, watching shows, etc... You know what you like and what can calm you, so write down that list and look at it every day to remind you of what you like and that you're the most important thing in your reality so your happiness is above everything. That is the key of manifesting at least for me.
But if your anxiety is really bad, make yourself an anxiety box. I had one even before I got into law of assumption and it is a game changer in mental health. I have things like lavender scented things like massage oils and such, a head massager, emergency chocolate, instant noodles, fidget toys, etc... Anything that can help to ease a very big anxiety attack is welcomed, especially to soothe yourself during a spiral. Note what foods you like, what shows or books calm you... Stop for a moment, don't check your phone or anything, just think about what YOU really like and what makes YOU happy and calm. Once you stop, things will come easily.
In a cloudy sky, you cannot see the stars. -Satella's grandfather, every day damn day until his passing
Always allow yourself to feel and release, nothing bad is going to manifest from that especially if you affirm that what you feel at that moment won't affect your manifestation and doesn't define you. Your feelings don't define you, but don't give up. Release them now then continue being the God you are. You can have anything you want even if you cry to sleep one whole night, but don't forget that you're the most important thing in your reality so please take care of yourself and don't give up on your journey.
You are blessed and gifted after all.
Happy journey!

It-Girl Check: Carina Zavline
Hey girlies,
todays topic is a German It-Girl named Carina Zavline. For those who are not familiar with her at all – she’s a German It-Girl, Model and influencer.
Tumblr media
As you can see – she has almost 1 million followers on instagram and posts frequently about her vacations, model jobs and various beauty treatments. In fact, I first heard about lympathic drainage in one of her instagram stories and been a fan of this treatment ever since!
Her career started 2017 when she was a contestant in the German casting show Germany’s Next Topmodel.
While she got the best job (the Opel campagne) of the season and was handled as the shows favorite she had to leave the show right before the semifinal.
However, her career had just started. She landed a job as one of Guess ambassadors and did cooperations with many companies, mostly over her instagram profile.
Tumblr media
But who is Carina and what makes her so succesful?
Carina is the daughter of a Russian father and an Ukrainian mother. She was born in Dortmund, Germany and grew up in Hamburg before she moved to Munich to study there. After she finished her studies in Germany she moved to Paris and went to university there. She also studied acting at the Strasberg institute in LA.
Carina is fluent in six languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Ukrainian and Russian.
Before she started her career as an influencer/model she was a succesful dancer and competed international.
In conclusion: she’s not only beautiful but also smart, well spoken and knows how to move her body.
These attributes helped her to land maybe the most important deal of her life: Kilian Hennessy.
Tumblr media
Kilian Hennessy is a french billionaire and maybe you already guessed it – yes, his family business is the cognac brand Henessy.
He’s also the founder of the luxurious perfume brand Kilian.
There is not much about the two as a couple on the internet but they made it official relatively recently, in 2022, when he and Carina walked together over the red carpet at the Cannes film festivals.
What can we learn from Carina?
Well, one thing would be: make friends on your way up and keep them. Nourish your friendships and make sure you don’t betray your friends or throw them under the bus for a man because maybe, they introduce you to your future husband.
Carina frequently posts pictures with one of her girlfriends, Hofit Golan – an israeli model, producer and entrepreneur.
Tumblr media
Hofit once was called Israels Paris Hilton and she seems to have the same lavish lifestyle as the American It-Girl.
Private jets, dinners in fancy restaurants and of course expensive clothes seem to be Carinas new normal.
Carinas personal style is very sexy but never too much. She’s often spotted wearing luxurious brands like LV, Hermès and Guess.
Her favorite accessoires seem to bee her Van Cleef & Arpels jewellry and her Hermès bags.
She always looks elegant, mix and matching different colors and materials. Look at her instagram for outfit inspirations!
Her makeup and hairstyles are rather simple. She’s sporting a basic nude face with winged eyeliner and wears her long hair down and with soft natural waves.
For nails, she mostly wears them short and with a soft pinkish color.
Tumblr media
I do understand the hype about her and I really do think that she’s a great role model in terms of levelling up and hypergamy.
She shows that you should not only look good but also need to be intelligent in order to bag a high value man.
Beauty can open doors, yes – but if you’re dumb and can’t hold a basic conversation even the most beautiful face won’t help you.
Most of those high value men are smart and want a partner they can talk to, a partner who’s able to discuss literature, politics or even art.
Work on yourself, not only on your appearence but also on your inside. Be gentle, generous, friendly and curious. Just never stop learning.

First day home. Had a rough sleep. I just couldn’t get comfortable sleeping on my stomach but at least I was in my own bed with my own pillow. I was able to get a 2 miles walk in so I’m very happy about that.
I’m eating healthy and getting my water in. Still no coffee or sweets in my system. I wonder how long I can hold out lol I contacted about 5 different places that advertised lympathic drainage massages but one of them only had the sleeve (no), and the other didn’t do post op massages. So idk. My plan of getting one done before Tuesday probably won’t work out but at least I found one person. I was told to try to get massages does 2-3x a week, not sure if that’s possible where I live lol
Watched damsel and it was a cute movie. Millie needs to stop with the surgeries though. She’s looking like a yassified version of a princess.

Accidentally took the oxycodone on a relatively empty stomach…do not make that mistake. I became extremely nauseous at the office and was prescribed zofran. Still haven’t seen my surgeon. The hyperbaric oxygen chamber has been my favorite part of aftercare. I will definitely be continuing that when I get home.
I already have 10 scheduled lymphatic massages when I get home. I’m still searching to find other providers because I’m not sure how this one will mesh with me. It was recommended that I get 2-3 massages a week for 3 months after surgery. After care is hefty. A lot of people don’t account that to the total cost of surgery but this has to be a total lifestyle change.
Lympathic drainage massages
Wearing a faja 23/7 for 6 months
Eating a high protein low salt no sugar diet
After 4 weeks I can workout again
I can see myself doing long walks and Pilates but probably won’t start a personal trainer until month 3
I walked around Beverly Hills a bit today. I’m sorry but Beverly Hills is so fucking boring. Idk if it’s all the big gates around the houses or the lack of actual people on the streets but no one could make me hate NYC when compared to LA.
