🤔 HOW FAST WAS THE REP⁉️ - 500lb from the other day back after a few weeks. It took less than a second to go up. - You’ll think I could get this for 16 reps plus ⁉️ Most ever was 15 reps w/ a belt a year and a half ago. Now to even gain 1 rep on any exercise it’s so difficult to do it naturally. It really does take a while because you aren’t always at your strongest. Keep in mind it’s not healthy to be maxing out all the time. Your nervous system needs time to reset. That’s exactly the reason I like RPE. ( Rate if Perceived Exertion ) Because it’s not really predicated on weight.
