Gonna start this up again to journal some thoughts and feelings I’m having as I struggle to put how I feel into words when speaking
On holiday at the moment and I’m able to clear my head a good bit. Enjoying all inclusive but gonna cut back again once I get back home, I’ve laid out some goals that I want to achieve but not gonna share them just yet
One I can share so far is that I ran a 10km run before my holidays so pretty pleased with that, but I look like a potato so gonna change that
I also suffered a back injury in the middle of august so I’ve been dealing with that for a bit but been to physio and I think I have it sorted so just need to get back into some more compound lifts like squats and deadlifts
