i love spock with cats just like everyone and i don’t know how much y’all know about cat body language but i felt this would be important to share

this cat is extremely happy (understandable), she’s slow blinking (sign that she’s content/comfortable) and even making biscuits a little bit (the way she clenched her paws like she’s kneading, another sign of comfort/that she trusts the person she’s with)

and i can’t find any other clips but you can tell the whole episode that the cat actor is just so excited to be there

anyways that wasn’t really important i just think it’s nice

i talk abt biting toji all the time but i think that after some time he'd pick up the silly little habit of yours without even realizing it... like you're laying in bed with him, laughing at a stupid cat video or smth and he just kinda chomps down on your shoulder. it obviously doesn't hurt but it just catches you so off guard bc he doesn't... do that? he's never done that before????? so you kinda freeze up for a second before slowly turning to him and the second your eyes meet his, he's pulling away and plopping back down onto the bed as if nothing happened. there are teethmarks in your skin and you feel.. proud? happy, that he's getting so comfortable with you that he can fuck around just like you do. oh, and he's definitely a little red in the face when you finally actually look at him lmao he's trying to convince you to pay attention to your phone again because his heart is beating a little too fast right now and he needs you to not look at him for like an hour.
