Realistic ways of staying clean as a disabled adult

See many posts share positivity and affirmation about different levels of hygiene and struggles with hygiene.
Want share realistic examples of how I keep clean as a disabled and autistic adult. (LSN (low support needs), physically disabled).
I've ordered these based on which is most energy and sensory intensive for me personally, but your own needs could make these vary.
1. Cleansing wipes/baby wipes/makeup wipes: All essentially the same product with different names. I use these during the day to keep fresh, especially areas that need cleaning more often. I keep a pack on my bathroom sink so they're visible and easily accessible. If it's particularly warm or it's been a few days without a more thorough bathing, I'll use these for my whole body in lou of that. I also do my best to remember to use these to wash my face daily.
2. Washing my hair in the sink: The biggest sensory struggle I have with being unclean is my hair and scalp. The least intensive way I have of washing my hair is doing so in the bathroom sink. I use a shower chair propped up to the height where I can comfortably lean my head into the basin. I then use the facet and a plastic jug to pour water over my hair. I have a towel over the from the the sink/vanity and sometimes my shoulders to catch any spilled water. Starting with shampoo and then conditioner, I lather and rinse my hair. I use shampoo first because it strips the oils from my hair, reducing some of the bad sensory. This was if I can only manage the shampoo and not the conditioner, my hair will stay clean for longer. This isn't the most healthy for your hair but it's what I do based on my needs.
3. Sponge bath: I fill the sink with water and use a flannel to wipe down my body. You could also use a sponge. I then lather a body/shower gel into the flannel and use it to clean myself. I then rinse out the flannel and using clean water, wipe off any soap on me.
4. Shallow bath: I fill a very shallow bath, so that it covers maybe half my legs when I sit down. Then using a plastic jug I bathe how I normally would. Sometimes this means just washing my hair, sometimes it includes part or all of my body. It depends on what is necessary and what you can tolerate. I keep a hand towel within reach so I can quickly dry off any areas that get wet that I don't want to be.
5. Regular bath: Same as above, only using a bath filled to whatever you consider a regular level, usually around torso level when sitting, or underwater when laying down.
6. Showering with a shower chair: Self explanatory. Shower how you usually would but with the aid of a shower chair. Chairs from medical supply stores are usually higher quality but much more expensive. I got mine from a big box hardware store.
General advice: - Warm water is much more likely to worsen or trigger issues with heart rate, blood pressure and temperature regulation. If these are issues for you consider bathing with lukewarm or cool water instead. - Be mindful of your sensory environment. Use dim lighting, choose soaps or shampoos with fragrances that appeal to you (or fragrance free versions), put on music or a youtube video. - You don't have to make bathing more difficult than it needs to be based on an abled standard. Use that shower chair, that sponge on a stick, that seseme street branded shampoo. - Consider a visual schedule if the steps involved with bathing are confusing or hard to remember.

How to be attractive to men and my goals

A few things that every women within the community seemed to be content with were:
1. You are never finished with glowing or leveling up. Never stop learning. Never stop trying to better yourself.
2. Pretty privilege is real.
I agree that pretty privilege is very real. I mean, I get affected by pretty people like everybody else, even if I don’t do it on purpose. It’s just something that is ingrained in our brains and I need to learn how to take this to my advantage.
I think I have a decent starting base, because I’m a skinny white woman in her twenties with long blonde hair. I am not really tall – even short men are at least 5-7cms taller than me – but I’m also not extremely short.
I have a petite frame but my body-shape is something between an hourglass and a peach. My face is average – I don’t really have striking features or am a natural beauty model – but my features also aren’t hideous. It’s really just something you can look at without thinking too much.
On a scale, I would rate myself a 5,5-6/10 on an average day and I guess that’s great!
But how can I make myself look better on a daily basis? I really took hours to research how I could make myself more attractive to wealthy and high value men.
Obviously, no man is like the other and every man prefers something different. One man might like tattoos and piercings while another man with the same social status thinks they are hideous. I don’t want to completely change who I am and I don’t want to spend thousands of dollars for it.
However, I really like this whole clean girl and old money aesthetic that is going viral on Tiktok right now – and I think those two aesthetics could fit me and my personality really well.
Most wealthy men seem to like this traits in women:
1. great skin without obvious pimples or enlarged pores
2. long and healthy hair in a natural color
3. straight white teeth
4. clean nails on both hands and feet
5. hairless legs, armpits and at least trimmed pubic hair
6. wearing clean and wrinkle free clothes without any holes
7. wearing a nice smell that is fitting to your overall appearance
I think those are the basics and they can be achieved by almost anyone. If you can’t afford braces make sure that your teeth are always perfectly brushed and that you’re keeping up with your dental hygiene in general.
In fact – if you have problems affording certain beauty procedures, research how to get as close as possible to them with DIYs.
For years, I always wanted to be the mysterious woman in the room. The woman with a dark aura, the woman that doesn’t speak much and remains most of her life a secret.
Well, I am not this woman even if I’m trying very hard. It would be an act that I would put on and I am sure that everyone in the room would notice.
I am naturally very bubbly and I love having conversations with people in general. I would also say that I have a broad knowledge on different topics and that I’m able to talk to almost everyone.
I am also very welcoming and I enjoy making people laugh and have fun in my presence. I tend to have strong opinions and I’m not afraid to take on a discussion.
With everything that I know about myself now, I made some points that I need to tackle in order to level up:
1. stop oversharing. Being bubbly is great but not everyone needs to know everything about my business. Sometimes it’s just better to be silent and to listen.
2. start with exercise again. I am happy with my weight but I am extremely weak and I have almost zero muscle mass. My breath is getting heavy if I have to take the stairs and my legs start to hurt after roughly 15 minutes of walking. I plan on going for a walk every day and doing pilates 3x a week.
3. start doing my hair and makeup again. My hair is long and blonde – so it is an eyecatcher. It’s also very healthy but I usually just throw it up in a bun or in a clawclip, so no one is really seeing it. I have multiple styling tools at home and I need to start using them. The same applies to makeup. I have so much great stuff that looks really beautiful and natural but I am just too lazy to use it. I plan on taking 20 minutes every day to do my makeup and to suck it up – because I usually always do a double cleanse at night, so it’s not really a struggle to take it off in the evening. It’s just inconvenient in the morning.
4. taking better care of my skin and of my dental health. I have high quality skincare and I love doing my skincare but sometimes I’m just too lazy. Let me just say that it doesn’t happen often – but still too much for my liking. Also my dental health – I need to make a dentist appointment asap. I think the last time I went was around 3 years ago!
5. buying better fitting clothes. I don’t like shopping for clothes but it is what it is. Right now I only have cute lounge sets for being at home but when I go out I usually only wear jeans with a basic top and sneakers. I want to look more polished and feminine. I want to stop wearing jeans and focus more on pants, skirts and dresses. Also literally any other shoes than sneakers.
6. go out more. I’m your typical homebody. Movie night? Reading a book? Ordering food? Count me in! I always have fun when I go out but I’m still mostly at home and I want to change that. I want to have a group of like minded friends that want to hang out with me. Maybe even at home. Lol.
I really thought hard about those six points but I think those are the first things that I need to tackle down.
In the end – I was asking myself: what could I do to feel the most comfortable with spontaneous outgoings and meeting new people?
It came down to wanting to look my best. Obviously. I want to make a good first impression and maybe even profit off of pretty privilege.
I’m sure we all know those times when we’re dressed like slobs and suddenly an opportunity to go out arises and we decline because it would take hours to get ready.
That’s the reason why I want to get ready in the morning – so I would only need to touch up if anything came up.

How to apply the Pyramid in your personal glow up journey
The ground principal is working yourself up. Also the Levels work together to archive your glow up, If you did everything in Level 4 well but did not do everything in Level 2 good the glow up isn't as strong as when you worked your way up.
The first Level - Basic Health
This is the foundation of your glow up. You should not slack off in this tier, because they don't give you fast results like a facial for example because if you e.g want to try cool sculpting and you don't have a good diet and a fitness plan and you may not even reached your weight goal if you are overweight so the benefits are 0 and you've thrown your money out of the window.
The first step is it to access every point on a scale from 1 to 10. Be real in the rating. Maybe you are a 10 in oral heath but just a 4 in your mindset and so on. From there I would create a priority list with the things you have to focus the most. If you have many holes in this are I would try to just focus on these ones specifically but not let the other points out of your mind and sight.
Personally I would start with cleaning and organising your environment. A clean environment uplifts your spirit and also motivates you to accomplished your tasks.
If you think that you master the first level you can go to the second level
I advise you to really level up if you get a score of 7/10 but in the first Level you can already incorporate things from Level two but I would use discernment and be realistic.
The second Level - Basic grooming
Like in the first Level I would access every point on a scale from 1 to 10 and create a priority list and use the strategy like in the first level
you have to experiment with your makeup and make a data collection about things that work for you in this tier. These could be skin type, hair type and make up techniques that work for you and everything related to the points in the second level.
Example:
Hair type - oily ( On my Hair so und so Practices work do not work)
Hair porosity - normal … explanation
skin type - (Things that work on my skin)
Shaving doesn't work on my skin
etc.
If you can archive a score of a minimum of 7/10 you can Level up.
Final Thoughts on the Basic Levels
The first two levels are the foundation of attractiveness
You've already levelled a lot if you are in 8/10 in the first two levels as a whole.
Not maintaining the first two levels can negatively impact your attractiveness
The third Tier Professional grooming
These actions are like the icing on a cake to elevate your appearance to the next level.
In this tier you should pick 2-3 things which you think can 100% bring to the next Level. For example manis and Lash-extension.
The actions in this Tier can help to lessen the burden in the lower levels.
For Example if you do a Laser Hair Removal you don't have to spend as much time with Shaving/Waxing anymore.
I would also data collect treatments that work facials that work for you.
Disclaimer
The thing you can do in this Level and higher have a lot to do with your income and time but you have to remember that the first two Level alone can glow up from a dishevelled 4 to a confident 7 and these are just the icing on the cake
The fourth Level Non Invasive Treatment (NRI)
The vibe of this Tier is: 'you look Incredible but I do not know what to do'
It's about subtle changes and no drastic ones

I'd like something to sit with after a long day and go on walks with, those sorts of things! but also a Pokémon that would know when I'm working and would be ok with watching some Pokévision for an hour or two while I'm working on a big order! I work as a baker, so I'm very hesitant to adopt a Pokémon that may cause customers to get sick, like poison types and grass types with poisonous spores, but I don't think it'd be too much of a problem if we found a way to keep it under control! I have been attacked by Pokémon a few times and it wasn't fun, so I'd like a Pokémon that wouldn't get mad easily, and wouldn't try to scare me or pretend to attack, but may still be able to stop new trainers from raiding my shop when I'm out getting berries.

Next up is this Swadloon. Her mother passed during the Shadow Sky last year, forcing her to evolve too soon in order to protect her siblings. She's stayed here a while to catch up on lost time, and is now ready for a permanent home. She's small for a Swadloon, but with time she should grow, and should she decide to evolve again later on she may grow to balance out. She is also a little shy, but very protective of those that she cares about.

Finally I have this very cute Litwick! They're a lavender variant, and very timid about their flame. They will do well in a bakery environment with their steady, cool-headed nature, able to feed off of and lower your stress during busy times. Their last partner unfortunately developed an allergy to lavender and was forced to put them up for adoption."

How smoochable is Stretch? It's for science I swear
Stretch gets a very safe rating of 11. He’s chill and tends to think things through before acting, so there’s a very low chance of him ever doing anything on impulse and accidentally hurting someone. Lord knows he’d never hurt anyone intentionally
1) How dangerous is his mouth? I’d say his mouth is pretty safe and not dangerous at all, due to him having flat teeth rather than anything sharp or jagged. 2 points for mouth safety
2) Would Stretch bite? For the life of me, I just cannot see him ever biting anyone. He seems way too laidback and docile to do something like that, to me. Is he aggressive? Really only if the situation calls for it, I think. He loafs around most of the time, teleporting here and there, and we can probably assume (since he’s Papyrus with classic Sans’ personality) that he actually does more behind the scenes than we get to see ourselves. The only time he’d really be aggressive with anyone would be during a genocide route, I think, assuming it follows the same general structure as it does in classic Undertale. Since I can’t imagine him being aggressive outside of those very specific circumstances, I’d say he gets another 2 points for being chill and not being a biter
3) Are there any health hazards to the smoocher? Frankly… no, there don’t appear to be. He doesn’t regularly carry a weapon around that the smoocher could accidentally get hurt by, he’s not leaking any gross fluids or anything, and aside from basic hygiene (as we don’t know how well he takes care of himself) being questionable and there being a potential stink, the only thing that may happen is the smoocher tasting cigarettes and honey when kissing him. Yes, he is very skilled with magic and has a lot of it at his disposal, but because he’s so skilled, it’s not likely that he’d somehow manage to lose control of it or anything. That being said, I’m giving 2 more points for him not being a hazard
4) Does he have a sympathetic backstory? Again, assuming his backstory is basically the same as Sans Classic’s (raising his brother, potentially working multiple odd jobs to financially support both of them, having the burden of being the only one who knows about resets, and having the responsibility of being the last one standing to guard judgement hall and keep the player from reaching Toriel), then yeah, I could see it being somewhat sympathetic. He’d definitely be going through a lot and could be somewhat stressed out with all those responsibilities adding up over time, but with Sans Classic’s personality, he probably copes with that at least decently well. Due to everything he’s likely experienced, I could see him also coping with having depression and anxiety, and whatever other issues he may have from the repeated resets. Headcanons and things aside, we don’t know much about his mental and emotional state, except that he’s a bit apathetic and sluggish (hints at depression, maybe, but I’m not sure what else could be going on in his head, and I’m not a psychologist, so-). Following the same general idea as in Undertale, Stretch also would’ve agreed to look after Chara, so he also had that responsibility, too. Since he’s basically Sans Classic in a Papyrus body, I’ll give him 1 point here just like I did with Sans
5) Does he deserve a smooch? With everything he does and deals with regularly, yeah, I’d say he’s pretty deserving. There’s another very easily earned 2 points for him
6) Is he cute or cool? I’m not sure if I’d say he’s a cutesy character, necessarily, but he does have a cool sort of personality. He’s very laidback and level headed, he’s smart as hell, as he’s incredibly strong and proficient with magic, then to top it off, he has a simple design that’s still unique enough to him to make him recognizable. 2 points for his cool personality and his strengths as a character
In total, Stretch gets a rating of 11. He’s a very safe bet to smooch, if you had to kiss a skeleton and preferred Papyrus types over Sanses. He won’t do anything that could hurt you, and there’s nothing about him that could result in you being ill or dying. At worst, he’d calmly ask you not to smooch him again, and at best, he’s get flustered and blushy, and need a minute to collect himself so he can find his words and speak again

Price adjustment negotiations between consumer goods manufacturers and retailers have progressed in recent days and are expected to resume promptly after year-end holidays, with implementations slated for January. This trend is likely to result in further declines in sales volumes at supermarkets, hypermarkets, and cash-and-carry stores, which have been decreasing since August.
Earlier this month, Valor had already forecasted initial discussions for price adjustments ranging from 5% to 10%. According to two industry executives consulted on Friday (20), food, beverage, hygiene, beauty, and cleaning product manufacturers plan to send new pricing tables between the first and second weeks of January.
The need to replenish stock sold during year-end holidays is prompting retailers to accept these adjustments, according to various retail chains consulted. Both retailers and suppliers have been maintaining low inventory levels for several months due to rising interest rates, which increase the cost of capital.
A retail group with seven supermarket brands decided this month to revise its 2025 budget projections due to this new wave of price adjustments, Valor has learned.
