Continuity errors in Doctor Who

I'm curious, what continuity errors do you notice in Doctor Who? Someone asked me the other day "What movie mistake is so glaringly obvious that you're surprised it made it into the final cut?", and my response was "Not sure about films, but I can name about 20 different continuity errors from Doctor Who alone".

headcanon that after he escaped the utopians, andrea requested that frank take care of russell for a bit, at least before he gets granted aid to study/lands a part-time job to sustain himself. this is around the time the knight family is still complete, but both laura and daisy are still pretty young.

he wouldn't exactly grow too close with the family, but i do think he does get along when they're stuck in the same room together. i feel like he'd have a more amicable relationship with karen compared to frank (especially since i think it's karen who had the idea of helping russell in the first place).

i also think karen and russell have the same amt of cuntiness lol. she would often have late night talks w him at their porch, especially since russell is still coming to terms with his trauma/mother's death.

and speaking of, frank's 100% the one who helped russell sneak in to see his mom's funeral, despite the fact that they don't get along. i think the catfight bitchy nature these two have is mutual and definitely started here. also, i think 16-year-old russell would have psychoanalyzed frank so much that he would have HATED it.

"but ame, frank didn't know russell was a utopian!" ok and i'm fixing that! i feel like frank respects russell's privacy and wouldn't reveal to the player immediately that russell's a utopian. moreover, since we are also going for my hc that russell is autistic and trans, i also think frank knows but also doesn't really tell people. it's russell's story to tell, not his.

i also think russell would have definitely assisted frank during laura's loss and his divorce. not anything too deep, but he would've definitely checked on the guy to make sure he isn't doing anything stupid. if frank finds himself safe and home after a long night of drinking, you just have to assume that it's russell's doing.
