she's not a dog, but she chews on everything. especially after a lollipop, when there's no more candy, she'll just chew on the stick.

she would've taken Abigail with her (when she left the mansion) in a heartbeat, if Abigail had asked. in fact, she almost regrets not taking her anyways.

she vibes on sad country music.

she enjoys driving and is a control freak about it. if it's her car, no one else can drive. it's hers, she loves it, therefore, she's driving. period.

she has major trust issues when it comes to romantic relationships. she'll flirt, she'll take a compliment, but the physical aspect of the relationship is where she slams on the breaks.

stepping back into Caleb's life as his mother was like second nature, once she'd "reunited" with him.

"Have Your Heart Again" (Parker McCollum), "Gotta Be A Way" (Chase Matthew), and "Whiskey Bent" (Cody Johnson) - are you fucking kidding me? these are extremely Joey-coded (Joey & Caleb, pre- and present movie, at least).

as much as she can't stand Frank, he was the one that first encouraged her to take Caleb back as her son and as his mother. she's thankful for that.

she's not a fan of animals, however horses are an exception.

she's a night owl. you'll likely never catch her asleep before midnight.

adding on to the one above, because she stays up late, she rarely ever gets up before 9:00 am. she's usually quiet in the mornings, regardless of what time she wakes up, but if she's woken up before she's ready, you can expect some attitude with that quietness.

she has reoccurring nightmares about Kristof Lazar.

Has anyone done a Hockey AU where Steve and Eddie are on rival teams and rag on each other constantly but they always pair up as brawl buddies?

Like whenever a fight breaks out they ignore everyone else and immediately go to find the other and spend however long just holding each other and chatting while the fighters cool off.

People use that as 'proof' that they're secretly friends, that the rivalry is faked for publicity, and they're half right. The only thing wrong is that they're not secretly friends, they're actually married.

owen carvour hcs because he’s in my brain always

he's very reservedly sentimental. the things in his life that mean a lot to him will always have a special place in his heart, but he'd never tell anyone that. his favourite childhood book, a lighter curt gifted him, old letters and photographs etc.

his favourite childhood book is the hobbit. when he was a kid he'd draw in the margins and go through and underline his favourite parts. his childhood pet was a fluffy cat called bilbo!!

left handed. constantly curses out his pens when he's writing and gets ink smudges all over his hand.

an only child, and was never really that close with his parents. his relationship with them grew strained once they found out he was gay.

would happily never interact with a dog for the rest of his life if he could help it. (too slobbery, loud, and boisterous for his liking.)

biiiiig smoker. his hands get twitchy if he hasn't had a cig in a while. he constantly spews some bs about the refined taste of tobacco.

similarly he's a big time wine snob. he gets offended if you suggest it tastes like vinegar and he'll try with all his might to convince you that the aromatics matter.

definitely has a sprinkling of road rage in him. in his opinion he is always in the right, and everyone else on the road needs their license taken from them.

'love' is a name he uses for pretty much everyone on accounts of him being british, but he's much more fond of using 'darling' and 'sweetheart' as pet names when it's just him and curt.

he LOVES the quiet moments between him and curt when they get to spend the night together. watching over him as he falls asleep and running his fingers through his hair are some of his favourite things to do.

he can be surprisingly bashful! talk sweet to him and he’ll blush like hell. pepper kisses over him and he’ll be squirming and giggling like there’s no tomorrow.

he's welsh but moved to london when he was a teenager. he taught himself to speak in an rp accent so he wouldn't be looked down on, and it just kind of stuck. not many people know that he's welsh, not necessarily because he doesn't tell anyone but no one’s ever asked because as far as everyone else is aware, he’s as english as you can get. when he's tired he can slip back into his old accent, and he uses the odd welsh word every now and then around people close to him (mostly curt.)

the first house he lived in in london got destroyed during the blitz, and luckily most of what few possessions he owned survived. he doesn't like to talk about his time during the war often.

after the fall, he gets tinnitus and his hearing is far from as good as it used to be. he lost his right eye, and the glass eye chimera got him has never quite been a perfect colour match. he has trouble with his knee, and has a decent amount of scarring over his body.

post fall there's a part of him that still loves curt, and desperately misses what used to be. it's mostly overpowered by the hatred within him, but the love rears its head out every now and again and catches him off guard.

he likes to cook, but he's kinda shit at it. he doesn't get much practice on accounts of being a spy, so whenever he does cook, something inevitably goes wrong.

once, he'd moved into a new flat and had curt round as his first guest and tried to cook him dinner. it ended up burning and there were full on flames in the frying pan. (curt still takes the piss out of him for this years later.)

he's a bit of a loner, but enjoys his own company for the most part. outside of curt he doesn't really have any close friends, and he isn't in contact with his family.

he has an angry streak in him. he’s easily riled up and the first emotion he goes to is barely concealed rage. he yells more often than he’d like to.

he hates using the term 'boyfriend' to describe curt. he thinks it makes him sound juvenile and he prefers 'partner' way more. plus, he can get away with introducing curt without giving away the fact that they’re together. (he also loves calling curt his 'best friend' in the most romantic sense possible.)

this! bitch! loves! musicals! the wizard of oz is a favourite of his, and he has a soft spot for disney’s cinderella. he has an extra fondness for the term ‘friend of dorothy’ because of this too.

tea over coffee always. two sugars and a splash of milk, not too weak but not too strong.

Audrey and the Ink Demom never had or will have a sibling relationship and believing(in canon, couldn't give a damn if you hc this or not) that Joey for a second considered the Ink Demon his own is very weird, he barely considers him Bendy.

People got delusional after Joey in "The Illusion of Living" said he loves Bendy as his own, yeah, he did, the cartoon, not the "abomination" that came out of the machine.

Again, couldn't be bothered to care if you HC Audrey and the Ink Demon as siblings. But believing it is canon is just stupid in my opinion. Their relationship is also like, prey and predator, she just befriended the benevolant side of Ink Bendy and that's it.

Sammy often licks/grooms Joey as a sign of respect for she sees her as the alpha female.

On a good day, they’ll play like puppies with each other.

Sammy can’t take a hint. When Joey’s in a bad mood, Sammy will try to play with her by nipping at her ear or trying to encourage her to chase her. Joey will growl or snap at her but she keeps coming back.

Joey likes to get into things she shouldn’t, especially things she can chew on. Sammy will find her and join her rather than stopping her.

They will sleep next to each other, so close their fur may brush if they’re not pressing against each other.

Sammy will automatically go into a submissive position when playing with Joey.

Joey paws Sammy a lot when they play, often looking like she’s trying to push her to the ground.

They both chase anything that moves, so they’ll accidentally crash into each other.

hear me out guys, a love island au with heroes!! just imagine it! the drama, the coupling, the twists!!

playboy hanta comes in as a new arrival and just steals one of the girls already in a couple. izuku and ochako couple up, resulting with them being the power couple through out the whole show and on the last day ochako asks izuku to be her boyfriend because izuku's too nervous. hitoshi and denki have a really strong bromance that's kind of flirty. they're supposed to be paired up with pony and kyouka but they're more interested in each other than the girls. hawks being one of the older contestants on the show but like actually finding love which threw everyone through a loop because they all thought he wouldn't be completely loyal to whoever he was coupled up with and not closed off but he was closed off and didn't entertain the idea of getting to know the other girls in a romantic way.

I realised I never shared this here, but this is my headcanon for the Joey Richter family tree.

There are a few things I need to explain, though:

> Owen's children: Curt having a bunch of children he doesn't know about is a headcanon Curt Mega (the actor) has shared before and I believe the same thing to be true for Owen. The Spankoffski mother is a special case, though: She was a child born from an affair Owen had during his time as DMA and he learned about her when her mother died a few years later. Since she didn't have anyone else, Owen took her in and raised her together with Curt.

> Ezekiel: Ezekiel used to be a human with the touch of the gift who was killed by Hatchetmen and planted in Witchwood Forest, binding his soul to a tree. When that tree was cut down for Perky's farm, his soul was released and instead went into the weed grown there. When the nighthawks ate the weed, they also absorbed the souls of those planted in that part of Witchwood, so the human souls, identities and memories got all mixed up with those of the birds.
