(Some) possible explanations for why the the marshals never seem to call Peter when Neal goes to his and El's house after that first time despite it being outside his radius:
Radius restriction automatically goes away or expands for Work Hours and Neal just... goes when it's down after that first time
At some point they just decided to expand the radius to El and Peter's house (who is 'they', you ask? Up to interpretation)
Writers conveniently forgot that detail for easier-writing purposes (understandable, mood)
Writers actually forgot the detail and somehow nobody caught it until it had been long enough they decided to just not address it (unlikely, but also a mood)
Wildly incorrect but objectively funnier explanations:
Neal actually calls Peter every time now so he can get the alert deactivated, but they're both committed to the bit so Peter just pretends to have not known he was coming and be exasperated, and Neal does his thing, anyway
It happens so often that when the marshals get the alert they just fully wait a good 5-10 minutes (aka until a scene cuts off) before even bothering to call Peter
It happens so often that when they get the alert they pull up his tracking data and if he's at the house and staying there they don't even call they just go 'Oh he's there again it's fine' and ignore it
Radius got expanded to be the two miles, and also El and Peter's house --- but just the house, so Neal has to Heckin' Zoom to cover the distance between the house and the edge of his radius (yeah I know the warning before an actual alert goes out, like he gets in Bottlenecked, wouldn't last that long but shhh)

So, something I learnt the other day. So, you know how dinosaurs supposedly can't see you if you stand still? Well that myth is based on real-life lizards/etc and how eyes in general work. So, once my dad starts infodumping, here comes some other cool information. We, humans, can in fact, also not see something unless it's moving. We fixed this by having our eyes constantly shake. And then our brain compensates for us, so we don't have to have shaky vision.
What if aliens don't have this? Like. What if they find out when one of us was looking at something in the distance, and they walk around this thing that's in front of them, and the alien is confused so they bob their head and oh, there's a thing there, but how did the human know that, and then we explain and they're like, horrified.
Humans are apex predators. They can hunt in packs. They can hunt in pairs. They can hunt on their own. They're persistance predators, which is unheard of. They get stronger when they're mad or scared. They have this thing called 'body language' which acts like a type of hivemind, even if they'll claim it isn't. And. They can see you. When you're not moving. They can still see you. If you ever find yourself in a fight against a human, for whatever reason? Run. Run as fast as you can. And hope, pray if you have a religion, that they won't follow.
