This is about how 💧kaveh has Kaveh's memories and feelings so he starts missing Kaveh's loved ones and tries to conjure their images. But he only has copied memories to rely on 😢 (hence why I drew some details wrong or omit them). Memories can be unreliable, we’re remembering the last time we remembered the thing. Details are bound to be lost. And so what he conjures will never be the perfect images.

Especially when he’s never met these people before…

There was a knock on the door, Sirius still jumped every time the door went. It had been years since he'd left that blasted house and yet still a rap on the door left him in fight or flight. Remus was in the kitchen making dinner, something nice for Christmas. It was a few days early for Christmas dinner but Remus loved cooking and wanted to do something special before they left for the Potter's for the holidays. So Christmas dinner on the 21st it was, not that Sirius was going to complain.

Sirius got up and opened the door. He immediately did a double take. "Moony?" Sirius called down the hallway, not even sure how to react. He was a little scared and, in his pocket, wrapped his fingers around his wand. At the door was someone hidden under a sheet holding a horses skull. The thing had shiny plastic balls in its eye sockets, and Holly leaves and coloured streamers for a mane. There were two men on either side of the skull bearer who smiled broadly.

"May we come in" one of the two sang, why the fuck was he singing?

"Absolutely not" Sirius sang back in confusion, he glanced over his shoulder into the hallway again "Remus come here please" Sirius shouted, so confused and terrified.

"Oh but the cold cuts deep and your home is warm" the second man sang, creeping forewards a bit. Remus popped out from the kitchen and began to laugh.

"Shwmae Rhys, Mason," Remus said, leaning against the wall and clearly enjoying Sirius' confusion. "Ignore my husband. He doesn't know much Welsh Folklore. He's french, " Remus explained, gently budging Sirius out the way despite him trying to stand his ground.

"Mari canny come in," Remus said in a singsong voice, much to Sirius' further confusion. Why was Remus willingly talking to these creeps with a bedazzled taxidermy hobby horse.

"Just for a drink?" The person under the sheet sang in an unnaturally high voice, like someone trying to imitate a woman badly.

Remus just laughed and rolled his eyes. "Fine, is whiskey alright?" He offered, stepping aside and letting the trio into the house. Remus let the dead horse people into their home. Sirius may or may not have been reconsidering this marriage.

Remus dutifully gave all three people a tumbler of whiskey and a mince pie. They ate and drank in silence before singing in Welsh as they danced their way out the house again.

Once the door was firmly shut and locked Sirius spun on his heel to face Remus "What the actual fuck was that?" Sirius asked in exasperation, Remus just looked bemused. He shrugged "Mari lwyd" he answered, not even explaining before he returned to the kitchen to keep cooking. "Mary who?" Sirius asked, following Remus like a lost puppy.

"It's a Christmas thing here," Remus answered simply, tending to something on the stove. Sirius was never going to get used to living in Wales.

Why do you color Shadow's lighter parts darker than his canon self? As someone who's trapped in the "draw/color as accurate as possible" I'm curious on the reasoning behind it.

(My hope by asking other artists questions like this it'll help me to grow and develop myself and style or something like that.)

tbh, i don't really have a lot of reasoning behind it? it probably stems from the fact that I don't colorpick from my reference images (which is kinda funny bc i ALSO used to be part of the same "gotta make this as accurate as possible" mindset), so I just choose my colors based on what i know works best for my style already-- like, because i work with earthier tones, an off-white is gonna look more natural than a pure white? stuff like that. with shadow's coloring, something about the darker fur just looked more cohesive to me, so that's what i went with :] i think i subconsciously matched up the value of everyone's muzzles to the value of their fur ???? idk tbh i just draw until it looks right

ofc it's more intentional now bc i had people complain that i made him too dark and "blackwashed" him so i've kept that coloring out of pure spite LMAO

Heya, you ever miss those old creepypasta slendermansion vibes? Me too, thus why I made this ask blog!

I'm a Tobias/Toby fictkin and I thought it'd be fun to make a ask rp blog of him.

I will do my best to be in my version of the character. (Which isn't too different from how people majority portray him)

While he's still 80% the original version, I did change minor personality things. In this he's going to be 19 (because I'm 19). He still has his disorders (except Bipolar, I'm swapping that with Borderline personality disorder since I suffer from that as well as ADHD and can portray how I handle them) , I might portray him as paranoid depending on asks. I will have the slendermansion be mentioned, if you don't like it DNI I'll block and ignore hate. He is a proxy of slenderman, but in this AU Hoodie(Hoody) and Masky aren't in the mansion, but know Toby and he knows them. I changed my mind and just decided they don't live in the mansion but live in a abandoned cabin close to the mansion.

Ben (In this version he's 18), Jeff, Slenderman, Sally, ext... Are in the mansion though. You can ask about any of them, but it will be Toby answering about them, not the other characters.
