Zosan except

Sanji's been out for a while. He's been around the block. He's 24, he's had lots of good sex with boys and girls, though he does favor men, he's had his heartbroken too many times. He's a lover, what can he say.

Zoro's freshly 21, he's never been interested in any girls, never really understanding what everyone got so bent out of shape about. He just assumed he'd die alone, which was perfectly fine with him. He's not gay. Or straight. He guessed. He hated everyone equally.

But then he saw Sanji behind the bar at a pub he likes and he's so.... blonde.

Zoro hates the weird feeling in his gut, hates the way his mouth goes cottony and his heart races and hammers against his chest. He hates Sanji because it doesn't happen around anyone else.

Sanji is delighted because Zoro is handsome and there's something that spiked that curious hunger that Sanji's always had an issue with. Something that was just begging for a chase.

Eventually Sanji catches him, drags him into a dirty kiss, assuming that's what Zoro wants. Zoro thought his first kiss with a guy would be more.... romantic. He still likes it.

Zoro knows lingerie really excites Sanji so the next time they are docked for a few days, he caves and puts a newly bought set on to surprise his boyfriend. He made an effort to make the crows nest look nice and pretty, a mix of unscented and scented candles, some rose petals, and a nicely made pallet to use as a bed.

Sanji comes up as planned. And he's speechless. Zoro is laying amongst the blankets and pillows, surrounded by rose petals, posing pretty awkwardly—he's stiff and clearly struggling to maintain that position, but he still looks cute. And Sanji does something completely unexpected. He laughs. He laughs until he's crying. Doubled over, losing his shit.

Zoro is more concerned than annoyed but the annoyance is there. He gets up, stomping over beat red which funnily enough does match the pretty sexy scarlet of the bra and panty lace set. He balls his fists and gently shoves Sanji, barking at him asking what's so funny.

Sanji shakes his head. He wipes a few stray tears away. Then, unexpectedly, he unbuttons and untucks his suit jacket and shirt, revealing the bottom of a light pink lacy corset.

"You said you liked corsets! So I wanted to surprise you!" Is what Sanji manages to finally say.

"But this was supposed to be your surprise!" Zoro tried to hold back his own laughter bubbling in his chest. "I wore this for you!"

"And I love it, mossy, I really do." Zoro shivers at the pale palm sliding up and down his biceps gingerly, manicured nails gently scraping against tan skin. "But red? Seriously? It's not exactly your color, babe."

Zoro looks away sheepishly. "So you don't like it..."

"No, no! I do! I love it, and I love the effort you went through to make me happy. But maybe next time try to go for a color that makes you look less.... Christmassy. Yeah?"

Zoro huffs, smiling a little as he takes his partner by the waist, hands under his shirt to feel the material underneath.
