A young man steps out, approaches and enters through the front door. [...] He spits on the carpet. He's moving through the first floor, breaking and exciting things. He goes to the basement and stands at the top of the stairs. I'm angry at him so I slam the door and he falls down. We can feel his bones snapping.[...] We can feel him being ground up, dissolved and torn, splitting and shredding. I leave the door closed. I close my eyes and try to sleep. This is my favourite pasta recipe it’s from melissa clark’s dinner cookbook and it’s so delicious + easy. you can sub the burrata for another soft cheese (i use mascarpone) that is less wildly expensive also i suggest dicing your garlic and cooking the white parts of the green onion with the tomatoes but it’s a very forgiving recipe.

#sometimes i just use shallots instead of green onion and cook them with the tomato too 👍#also i add various seasonings as my heart desires and more chili flakes. i do not come from a ‘follow the recipe’ house.#but the recipe as is IS delicious. though i can’t recommend enough tossing in some good italian herb mix.#pic of the pasta is from when burrata was still occasionally affordable and also i only had access to a horrible little kitchen #why are you posting this now? well i just made it again. and it slaps #gabby.txt
