I was so disappointed that no one from the fire fam was commenting on/joking about Eddie’s moustache in the premiere episode of season 8, but I was just rewatching one of the clips (when they’re talking up on the roof about getting Gerrard fired) and I finally paid more attention when Chimney said this after Hen told told Buck they did get Gerrard fired but he came back:

“Like Michael Myers with a push-broom moustache. [looks over to Eddie] No offense, Magnum.”

and I finally realized that THIS is what he meant:

Sometimes I think that the notable decline of media literacy must be a mistake, or an exaggeration... and then I remember that someone said that The Hobbit: Battle of the Five Armies film is badly written because "Thorin would never threaten to kill Dwalin, this is so out of character."

As if that's not the exact fucking point.

kamitsubaki trying to frame rime as the "responsible one" is so funny to me. thats a kid playing house. she couldnt keep the others in line for one moment and ran to haru about it. ill admit shes a little above what they portray coko as but like shes kind of on par with all the others. which is to say they all collectively have one responsibility brain cell and pass it back & forth

Man i really want to get into new tf media but its really difficult when the new shows just put me off in different ways

Cyberverse has good art direction but is a victim to its limited timeframe and as such suffers from choppy af pacing issues and Earthspark has great animation but just an uncanny valley almost plastic-y aspect to it that i cannot bypass long enough to watch (the faces creep me out in a ways as well i just dont care for the large chin design choice why)

((The Netflix series just straight up sucks im sorry i CANNOT with the VA choice for BW Megatron))

Its hard enough they constantly use characters that im just not interested in (or kill off the ones i am interested in mere seconds after they debut BLURR) so...yeah
