Here's a snippet of the start of a new WIP I started just last night, inspired by this wonderful art by @arstyrannus

It's still very bare bones, so bare with me on this one guys! 😅 It's already proven plenty of fun to plan out though, and I know it'll be just as fun to full write heheh 🤭

Loki sits atop the cool cream countertop of Mobius’ bathroom. His shirt hangs open, messily untucked from his trousers as he holds a cold compress to his ribs, loosely wrapped in a small hand towel. He stares down intently as Mobius runs an antiseptic wipe over the small cuts that litter the palm of his other hand. Beside him sits an open first aid kit, its contents strewn over the rest of the countertop, thoroughly picked apart.  “I still think you should go to the infirmary,” Mobius mutters, deeming the hand sufficiently clean and reaching into the kit for a bandage. Loki rolls his eyes slightly, but doesn’t stop him when he starts to gently wrap the hand.  “I’m already humoring you with all of this, I don’t need the infirmary for some cuts and bruises Mobius.” Loki huffs, shifting the ice pack against his ribs slightly and wincing. He tosses it into the nearby sink in annoyance, turning his attention back to Mobius’ hands on his. Mobius doesn’t respond, shaking his head gently as he continues, an amused smile on his face.

Ohhhh the irony of how Sylvie mocked how Mobius uses pie to lighten the stressed mood and accused him of not caring about the branches....vs Loki using pie to calm him down and make him feel better about his outburst because Loki understands him and his coping mechanisms

I don't know what's funnier here, the way Loki reacts almost offended when Mobius asks him if they have candy on Asgard or the way Mobius reacts to the answer.

It's so funny to me how season one Lokius shippers went: Oh I love how an all powerful god has a crush on just this guy. This random man.

And then some people were like NO! Mobius is going to be a watcher or a he who remains variant or x,y,z important person.

And season two rolls around: Oh look at them, just a human man and a diety.

And AGAIN people go: NO! Mobius is going to be thor or odin or balder.

But in the end...He did end up being just a guy. A random SINGLE dad selling jetskies.
