Why is it so hard to learn to love yourself.
It's a stupid pattern that once you get stuck, life just tediously repeats itself....
With the same self loathing and hatred everyday.
I don't care about myself, why bother doing something healthy or productive.
I could honestly never leave my bed.
Fuck Life!

In the last Workout Nutrition DIY post, I ran through how magnesium and creatine help with sleep deprivation. I think it’s safe enough to say as a general statement there’s a good percentage of people who workout that use creatine, and more concretely, there’s an abundance of peer-reviewed research on it, which brings me to my point – creatine isn’t just for the gym. Creatine is the Sonny to your…

Stopping yourself mid-conflict to change your perspective is allowed! It’s okay and normal to be mid argument with someone and realize you disagree with your own stance. Often I find myself and others caught up in trying to win the argument (not the point of arguments!) or too embarrassed to back down and be wrong. I promise there is so much more pride in going “Stop! I’m wrong. I hear you and I see how I wasn’t in the right and I want to amend my view” than digging your heels in.

One in seven Indians faces mental health issues, and men often battle silently due to stigma. Let's shatter the silence and foster a supportive environment. Here's how: 1️⃣ Educate: Early mental health education is crucial to dispel fears and encourage open conversations. 2️⃣ Role Models: Men embracing mental health self-care set a powerful example for the younger generation. 3️⃣ Workplace Understanding: Organizations, let's integrate mental health support into policies and practices. Recognize the signs: mood swings, sleep changes, persistent sadness. Speak up, seek help. Together, we can make a difference. 💪 #MentalHealthMatters #BreakTheSilence #InternationalMensDay #SupportEachOther 🌈 For more information, visit: https://www.raphacure.com For professional support and essential tools, don't forget to download our mobile app: 📲 Android: http://bit.ly/3JACQOb 🍏 Apple: https://apple.co/3I0QKbe 🌟🤩 men's mental health, mental health, breaking the silence, mental health awareness, men's health, men's mental health month, mental health tips, men's mental wellness, mens mental health, let's talk mental health month, men's mental health awareness month, how to improve mental health, men's mental health awareness, men's mental health depression, mental health challenges, seeking mental health support, men's mental health channel 5,mental health awareness month

HOW TO STAY UNBOTHERED!
1. Never say more than necessary.
2. Don't allow your emotions to overpower your intelligence.
3. Lower your expectations from others.
4. Let your success do the talking.
5. 10 people 10 different opinions. Stop pleasing.
6. Remember your haters are your fans.
7. Don't be afraid to say "NO".
8. Know your truth and be okay with someone else not believing you.
9. Stop taking things personally.
• Let go of control: You can't control others' actions or words, just your reactions.
• Humor: Learn to laugh things off when appropriate.
• Set boundaries: Limit contact with negativity and prioritize supportive people.
• Communicate clearly: Ask for clarification Instead of assuming negativity
• Shift your perspective: Consider the source and if their comment reflects on them more than you.
• Focus on what you can control: Improve your own communication and self-care.
• Thicken your skin: Build strong self-worth and know your value.
10. Healthy detachment.
• Let people be who they want to be, then decide if you want them in your life.
• Trust that rejection is always redirection to something bigger and better.
• Some people are only meant to help you grow, not be in your life forever.
• What if everything is falling apart to come together in a way you can't guess?
• Focus only on what you can control.

Our society tends to chase the sensational and when it comes to transformational events, we are fed the lie that big outbursts of emotions are healing releases. In this video, I cover how this perception can be dangerous, what transformation looks like, and how it happens.

The intensity of the experience does not equate to the level of healing that occurs. Cracking open can be a traumatic experience and can send individuals back in their healing journey instead of assisting them through an integration process that leads to sustainable transformation.
On your healing journey, it's important to be aware of certain transformational trends that may appear appealing at first glance but can actually be harmful to your overall well-being. These trends often promise quick fixes or dramatic transformations but fail to address the root causes of your pain and struggles. By recognizing these dangerous trends, you can avoid falling into their traps and instead focus on more sustainable and authentic paths to healing.
One such trend is the "overnight transformation" mindset, which promotes the idea that you can completely transform your life and heal all your wounds in a short period. While it's natural to desire quick results, true healing is a gradual and ongoing process that requires time, patience, and consistent effort. Beware of any approaches that claim to offer instant solutions without addressing the underlying issues.
Another dangerous trend is the "toxic positivity" movement, which encourages suppressing or denying negative emotions in favor of constant positivity. While maintaining a positive outlook can be beneficial, it's essential to acknowledge and process your emotions, including the difficult ones. Ignoring or repressing negative emotions can lead to further distress and prevent genuine healing from taking place.
Beware of trends that promote dependency on external sources for healing. While seeking guidance and support from others is valuable, be cautious of approaches that encourage reliance solely on gurus, healers, or self-help programs without fostering your own inner strength and self-empowerment. True healing comes from within, and it's essential to cultivate your own inner resources along the way.
Remember, your healing journey is a deeply personal and unique process. It's important to approach it with discernment, self-compassion, and a commitment to your long-term well-being. By avoiding dangerous transformational trends and embracing a holistic and sustainable approach to healing, you can cultivate lasting growth, resilience, and inner peace.

i think one of the coolest things about dan howell is the example he sets of how your life isn’t over at 25, and one person won’t fix your life but you still can. dan met his actual soulmate at 18 and is only now, in his 30s, finding true and genuine happiness and fulfillment. meeting phil didn’t automatically solve all his problems, although he was clearly a significant part of the motivation to bother doing the work at all. but dan still put in the work himself for YEARS to improve himself and his life and it WORKED. your life isn’t over if you aren’t completely happy and fulfilled and the person you wish you could be in your 20s. putting in the work takes time but it is WORTH IT.

I cannot begin to explain how peaceful it is to be in a "let them" era. An old wound keeps stinging now and then when you least expect it? Let it, feel it, it'll fade soon. Doing certain things still feels uncomfortable even though it's for your growth? Let it, sit with it, you'll soon adapt. A job you're interested in refuses to compensate you accordingly? Let them, and find better. An ex won't give you closure? Let them, and give it to yourself. Release all the ridiculous, painful amount of resistance. Release and flow with the current. Trust in it. It will always lead you the right way.
