i love spock with cats just like everyone and i don’t know how much y’all know about cat body language but i felt this would be important to share

this cat is extremely happy (understandable), she’s slow blinking (sign that she’s content/comfortable) and even making biscuits a little bit (the way she clenched her paws like she’s kneading, another sign of comfort/that she trusts the person she’s with)

and i can’t find any other clips but you can tell the whole episode that the cat actor is just so excited to be there

anyways that wasn’t really important i just think it’s nice

i never know how to phrase it but something about the way beatles biographers and people in general view paul's reflexive placating persona and determination to smooth things over as manipulative or duplicitous and john's reflexive barbed persona and habit of lashing out as brave and subversive despite both being equally defensive mechanisms to shield themselves from the world that resulted in them saying things that weren't true says more about how we culturally view kindness or friendliness as inherently untrustworthy or flimsy and anger and carelessness as more believable as someone's true nature than it says about either of them in actuality

Honestly, I do love Dick as Nightwing and Bruce and Dick's complicated relationship, but sometimes I like the old days when things were sweet and simple you know? When it was just them and Alfred and they all had fun with each other. Like when they blew off boring parties to go on patrol by using Dick's bedtime as an excuse. When Bruce let Dick go off on his own and said he was allowed "a little escapade" and ruffled his hair. When Alfred always brought coffee and "turkey sandwiches with Swiss cheese" to the Batcave while Dick and Bruce happily talked about their nightlife escapades. When Dick would make Bruce laugh regularly.

When they discussed Hamlet while riding in the Batmobile. When Alfred picked Dick up from school and dropped him off on dates and helped him go behind Bruce's back on cases. When Dick and Bruce would play fight with each other. When Dick made Batman's meetings with Gordon "more optimistic." When Bruce was being a helicopter parent and wanting to know why Dick would want to go to a public school. When Dick would sneak off with Clark when Bruce wanted him to stay back to finish his homework, and Clark did it for him before Bruce noticed. When Bruce teased Dick about his failed date, and they talked about it and their love lives. When Bruce apparently told stories about Joker to Dick during rides in the Batmobile. When Dick was actually the one who named the aforementioned Batmobile. When they would banter even in between a serious case. When Dick would cling onto Bruce to annoy him. When Dick was contemplating how alone he felt, and Bruce just showed up to catch him and do a routine on the trapeze with him. When Bruce would call Dick "kiddo." When Dick even called him stuff like "Bruce-ter." When Bruce used to call Dick "chum." I miss those days.

Yeah a lot of these are from Robin: Year One but that's just because it's the one I remember most. But there's a lot of them just having a good time and it doesn't feel like we see a lot of that anymore.

honestly i have no qualms against going yeah, totally (because, well. 23rd century, after all.) but then again variety is the spice of life and there is just something about underboob and a glimpse of that abdomen that hits SO hard. so i guess f!kirk utilizes this particular... diplomatic strategy constantly loll

I was deep in the trollhunters fandom a couple years back but couldn’t draw humans so I never contributed. Now I can! Anyway have some doodles of a character that fundamentally changed me as a person. But in casual clothing because I really wanted to see him without the armor and we never got it :(

some notes about my take on his design as well as some headcanon under cut if you’re curious.

Tail! I give him a tail because I said so. I think it suits him.

I make his coloration more turquoise so he resembles Blinky a bit more. For obvious reasons *sobs*

His feet are more like paws and both have four toes. Only his left hand has the extra digit.

Also his left hands skin is a bit softer not super noticeable but it gets cuts easier.

Emotes with his ears I wish we had more of that in the show.

Puts him in normal clothes because why did he have to stay in armor the whole time???

The director of Sonic the Hedgehog 3 saying the reason Gerald was alive is because it was a waste of comedic talent to have Jim play two characters and them never interact (which like— why would you be looking at comedic talent when referring to one of the franchise’s darkest and most vengeful characters, but okay it’s a choice?) as well as the fact that these movies have a constant theme of finding family, so they wanted to explore what would happen if Robotnik found family…

But what if— now hear me out everyone..

What if in the movie that is introducing Shadow and his backstory and has been marketed as a SHADOW movie in the year of SHADOW… they focused on Shadow and let him find family?!

Just a thought.
