But two factors enter in the form of the school heartthrob, and an old friend who the friended her at her lowest point.

The story itself has been adapted into many forms, including a great K drama And its novelization with its Webtoon source material.

This year we got a Korean anime adaptation featuring a theme by someone who is famous for covering Taylor Swift over in Seoul.

Jo Yuri after going viral with her cover of Cruel Summer unexpectedly gives a catchy opening theme that actually rivals some of the anime best from this year.

Catchy beats and definitely wants to know Jugeyons mindset as she adapts to truly finding out what is love.

SUPERMODEL SMOKEY EYE: FAITH’S GUIDE

OVERVIEW

BASE

Apply primer all over your face (including your eyelids) and work it into your skin

#faithtip Apply baby powder all over your face with a powder brush for a long-lasting oil-proof base

Apply tinted moisturiser or foundation to skin

Blend well with a damp beauty blender

#faithtip: dampen your beauty blender with setting spray for easier blending and a longer lasting matte base

Now, because the focus is on the eyeshadow and the lashes, apply a concealer that is only slightly lighter than your skin tone to not draw attention away from the smokey eye

Apply concealer to the inner corner of your under-eye

Place concealer to the end of your under-eyes and be sure to follow the natural shape of your eyes

Blend it in well with a beauty blender

Take a powder brush and some pressed powder and apply all over your face

Now, using a powder puff or a beauty blender, apply loose powder to your under eyes following your eye shape.

Place a line of loose powder under your cheeks

Let the loose powder sit whilst you focus on another part of your face

BROWS

For this look, dark brows are included but the brows will not be as dark as my other tutorials

Brush through your brows with brow gel and then use pomade and a brow brush to fill in small gaps

Place a bit of concealer on the arch of your brow and blend it in with a beauty blender

Then apply setting powder to the arch of your brow

EYESHADOW

Apply concealer to your eyelids (all over underneath your brows)

Blend with a beauty blender

Then apply loose powder to your eyelids and the transition area

Use a powder brush to apply pressed powder to your eyelids

Now, take a gel eyeliner and apply it to your eyelids

Make it look smoother by using an eyeshadow brush

Apply a medium brown coloured eyeshadow to your crease/transition area

Use an eyeshadow brush to work a dark brown eyeshadow into your crease/transition area

Now apply black eyeshadow on your eyelids and work it in with a brush

Go back with the dark brown to smooth out the colour in your crease/transition area

Use a black eye pencil to line the inner corner of your eyes

Then use the pencil on your bottom lash line and lightly smooth it out with an eyeshadow brush

LASHES

STRIP LASHES

For this step apply glue to strip lashes

Wave the lashes around for a bit so the glue dries a tiny bit and feels a little bit sticky

Place them on the lash line and adjust where needed (using tweezers or fingers)

CLUSTER LASHES

Strip lashes can also be cut into smaller pieces or use cluster lashes

Dip them into glue and wipe off the excess

Use tweezers to hold the lashes

Pull the top of your eyelid upwards so you can see underneath your eyelashes

#faithtip Wipe the glue on the part you are applying to then you can dip the lash in glue again before actually placing it underneath your lash

This make the lashes more firm and secure

Make sure it is not too close to your eye as this can be irritating

Fan your eyes if you can still feel wet glue

BACK TO BASE

Brush the setting powder away with a powder brush

You will need to make sure you do this properly because the powder won't move easily, because of how long it has been sat on your face

Apply highlighter to your brow bone using a small brush

Make sure to keep the highlight application light and smooth it out with a small eyeshadow brush, the focus is on the eyeshadow!

Spray setting spray all over your face

LIPS

Apply some lip balm to your lips before applying clear lip gloss

Lando stood in the doorway, his eyes wide with fascination as you meticulously applied your makeup. The morning sun streamed through the window, casting a warm glow that made the whole process feel even more intimate. The Brit had been standing there for a good five minutes, observing you while you were pulling your hair into a high ponytail, without saying a single word. 

As you had moved on to doing your makeup for the day he just kept watching, mesmerized, as you skillfully blended foundation and brushed on eyeshadow with precise movements.

“Wow,” he said, leaning in closer, his voice tinged with awe. “I never realized how much goes into this. What’s that brush for?”

You watched as he picked up the little tool and looked at it wide-eyed, bopping its soft bristles with his index finger before bringing it up to his eyes and inspecting it closely.

You glanced up to your boyfriend. “This is a blending brush. It helps smooth out the eyeshadow so there are no harsh lines in between the colors.”

Lando nodded, clearly enthralled by the whole situation. “Can I try? I mean, I probably won’t get it right, but it looks like fun.”

You smiled at him, amused by his enthusiasm. “Sure, give it a go. Just be gentle and please don’t poke my eye out, I kind of still need it.”

“Shut up, you muppet, as if I was that clumsy…” he gave you a sour look and you chuckled, remembering some moments he definitely had been that clumsy.

As he carefully tried his hand at blending the different powders on your eyelid he asked, “Does it always take this long? I feel like I’m messing it up.”

“Practice makes perfect,” you reassured him, watching as his concentration intensified, his tongue now poking out of his mouth making him way more adorable than should be allowed. “It takes time to get the hang of it. And don’t worry, you’re doing fine,” you ensured him after a quick glance into the mirror.

He looked at the result and grinned, a mixture of pride and humor in his expression. “This is really cool. I had no idea it was such an art form. How did you learn all this?”

You laughed softly, appreciating his genuine interest which is something you never would have expected. But then again, this was Lando and he always was full of surprises. “A lot of trial and error, plus some tutorials online. It’s like anything else, practice and patience.”

Lando’s eyes twinkled with enthusiasm. “Maybe I should start learning more. Who knows, I might end up being a makeup artist on the side.”

You chuckled at the boy next to you. “You never know. It could be a fun skill to have. But don’t quit your day job just yet.”

He grinned, returning to his spot by the door, crossing his arms in front of his chest and leaning against the frame. “Fair enough. But if you ever need an assistant, I’m your guy,” Lando announced proudly, pointing at himself with his two thumbs.

“Thanks, Lan. I might just take you up on that offer someday. You know,” you said, applying a bit of highlighter with a deft hand, “makeup can be a lot like racing in a way. It’s all about precision, timing, and a bit of creativity.”

Lando raised an eyebrow, intrigued. “Really? I never thought of it that way.”

“Yeah,” you explained, smiling as you looked at him. “Just like in racing, you need to have good technique and an eye for detail. And there’s always room to experiment and improve.”

He nodded thoughtfully, clearly processing the comparison. “I guess it makes sense. And I suppose the same principles apply, practice makes perfect.”

“Exactly,” you agreed. “And it’s all about having fun with it, too.”

Lando’s grin widened. “Well, I definitely had fun. Thanks for letting me try it out. Maybe next time we can swap skills, I'll give you a few racing tips if you show me more about makeup.”

“Deal,” you said, laughing. “Looking forward to it. But how about a cup of coffee first?”

“That can be arranged,” Lando smiled and gave you a quick kiss before he headed out into the direction of the kitchen. 

As the door clicked shut behind him, you tidied up the bathroom counter, feeling a small bit of excitement about what had just happened. It was one of those small moments that made you appreciate Lando just that much more and perhaps you soon would learn something new about his world too!

Touring with Lestat De Lioncourt was not the easiest, at least not at first. The number of makeup artists and stylists who accepted the job, before quitting was ridiculous. Everyone was terrified of him, or of making him angry, walking on eggshells around him.

You were a well-known makeup influencer, starting with tutorials, but with your renowned success, you began working with celebrities, doing makeup, or simply styling them. When you were contacted by his manager, offering twice as much as others, explaining he couldn't keep a stylist or makeup artist, you accepted. You had dealt with plenty of other celebrities in the past, with even more diva tendencies, so you weren't going to let some rockstar ruin your coins.

Meeting him, you immediately realized two things, one, he was even more handsome off-screen, and two, he acted as if everyone was insufferable, like he was gracing their presence, doing them a favor.

“Can we get some makeup on him,” the director told you, picking up the pallet and brush, moving to his cheek, he scoffed.

“Does it look like I need makeup?” he asked you, while you rolled your eyes.

“Actually, yes, you could use some lipgloss and highlight,” you said, matching his tone. Everyone grew quiet, watching the interaction. He turned his head, looking at you, before smirking.

“You may,” he said, letting you lift his head, and apply the highlight, before taking a thinner brush and dabbing the tinted lipgloss onto his lips.

“Better?” he asked you.

“Much better,” you grinned, walking away.

“I like her,” he said, adjusting in the chair.

Instantly after, you were offered a contract, the first in nearly twenty artists to be able to lift a brush to his skin, they needed you. As the tour began, he continued with the shenanigans seducing the audience, while managing to keep them terrified.

“Sit still, I hope you don't frown at your fans like that,” you told him, as you clamped the necklace around his neck.

“And who did your hair?”

“He did,” his assistant mumbled.

“I can tell”

“Is something wrong with my hair?” he stared at you through the mirror.

“Nope, it fits you, wild and untamed,” you snickered, as you moved in front of him, using a brush to apply glitter to his face. Using your finger, you rubbed a bit on his chest.

“You know I enjoy when you touch me there, ma chérie,” he said.

“Whatever,” you laughed, finishing his look.

Over the last few months, Lestat became increasingly bold with his flirtation with you. Hell, besides his manager, you're the only person on his team that he talked to, with eye contact.

“They're ready for you,” His assistant said, reading a text from her phone. Standing, Lestat kept his eyes set on you.

“Come, we haven't finished our conversation,” he held out his hand, stopping you as you were about to put away the makeup.

Taking his hand, he led you out of the trailer, his arm going around your neck to pull you closer.

“What is it?” you asked him, biting back your smile.

“Have you thought about my offer?”

After touring the States, he was set to go on a world tour, and he insisted that you renew your contract to come along.

“I don't know, that's a long time, Les,” you said lowly, intertwining your fingers with the hand over your shoulder.

“I’ll need my makeup done and only the best clothing”

“I thought you didn't need makeup?”

“I don't, but only you could do the task so beautifully, I wouldn't dare let one of those amateurs near me,” he frowned.

“Oh my god, there he goes,” a fan screamed, causing an uproar. Lestat remained unfazed, his arm still around you, his eyes unmoving from your face.

“Is that his girlfriend?”

“He has a girlfriend? I thought he was gay”

“No girl, he's bi”

“Then I still have a chance!”

“They're so cute together”

“You’re going to have us in blogs in the morning,” you told him.

“All publicity is good publicity,” he shrugged.

“We’ll talk more later,” you told him, rubbing your lips together, when you realized he was staring at them.

“Hopefully about you staying with me, and not wanting to go home”

“You need to focus on your concert right now, and we can talk later,” you laughed.

“Fine, make sure to scream extra loud for me, ma chérie,” he said, blowing a kiss to you, before walking up the steps, the loud music starting up.

Crossing your arms, you watched as he performed, his aura exuding sex appeal. After all these months of working with him, you could see why he acted as if he was gracing people with his presence. He was more handsome than most, the attention falling on him wherever he went, and here he was, openly desiring you.

Late nights, after he'd come back from doing whatever, he'd come to your hotel rooms. You eventually realized that on the inside of this beautiful man, was a lonely soul. He craved companionship and being around him, you didn't know how much more you could take before you gave into temptation.

I was wondering if you have any tips for colouring your artwork?

Thanks so much for the extra support! I’ll go into rendering a face with a reference pic below (because I think that’s what people practice/look at the most) with an absolutely quick and dirty breakdown

I already incorporate the heaviest shadows into my lineart a lot of the time, but I still have to think about shading where the light hits when coloring happens

Since this is coming from top right, the left half of his face will also be heavily shadowed. Understanding 3d planes and how it affects a shadow assists with getting lighting down correctly. I’ve outlined the obvious quadrants that I’ll typically shade with the darkest color. But before that you have to lay down a flat, a color I grabbed from the front of Gortie’s cheek- I think this is a very mid tone. Using a mid tone first is how I think most everyone colors/shades. I can’t say this is how I always do it, sometimes I like to work dark to light, sometimes I start coloring from the top or bottom or side, it depends on what feels good and I get distracted very easily. If I rewatch my timelapses I can see where I got bored of an area for a while and jump somewhere else/come back later

If I know I want to fully render something I don’t bother with cell shading. Not saying this is a good practice, in fact don’t do this until you have lighting practice under your belt.

Colors- go with the reference picture and grab colors from the areas of the face that you’re shading, but increase or decrease the saturation as needed

Forehead- I darken the hairline and add shadows for the loose strands of hair. This is something simple I’ve found elevates the 3d aspect

Eyes- look at eye makeup tutorials, no joke. It’ll show you where to add highlights to make the eyes pop. This is a stylistic choice, but I like my characters looking like they walked out of Sephora. I’ll give them eyeshadow and add a highlight to the upper lid and the inner tear trough. For the actual iris I shade really simply just making the lower part brighter than the top

Nose- bring the bridge forward with the lightest color, add a shine to the tip, darken the side and carry that to the cheek

Lips- upper lip dark, lower lip not, add a shine, I dunno what else to say about this sorry 💧

Chin- shade under the lip and bring the shadow down in a crescent shape

Everything else is sticking to the personal character’s features, like shading his cheekbone and laugh line. I also add a blush tone over the cheeks and nose (again stylistic)

You were so so excited for the festival you had started planning your outfit and your hair and makeup weeks prior, basically the moment that sweetheart of your boyfriend Hyunjin surprised you with tickets.

Some of your favorite artists where headlining and the weather forecast promised sunshine and mild, breezy temperatures which was just ideal considering you were going to be dancing and jumping and walking around all day and well into nightime, everything was just so great and promising.

Except you had woken up with an extensive breakout right across your cheeks. Hormonal acne was nothing new to you, you had been struggling with it on and off ever since you were a teenager and though a good skin care regime and being on the pill had over all helped improving the condition, sometimes your hormones just decided to be annoying and cause your skin to break out at the most random and most inappropriate times, today, the very early morning of the festival being one of those more inconvenient times.

You had taken your time waking up extra early and busying yourself with doing your hair and putting on your outfit first, trying to remain positive and looking up makeup tutorials on how to minimize skin texture and redness while you were spritzing leave in conditioner on the ends of your beachy waves. But eventually you had to start putting on your makeup and that's when all the positivity and good spirits flew out the window.

No matter how many layers of powder you had put underneath your foundation or how carefully you had tried to spot conceal, those pesky little zits were still very visible and very obvious on your face, and you just hated how they disrupted the appearance of your blush and highlighter, you looked rough and cakey and looking at your face  in the mirror so up close for a prolonged amount of time had started making you feel miserable.

You frown at the your very last attempt at covering up the irritated skin with green concealer layered underneath a peachy colored one and sigh frustratedly when it results in just a muddy smudgy mess that only enhances the texture of your pores, "I can't. I give up, I freaking can't", you bark, throwing your brush accross your vanity table only to watch it roll down the surface and fall to the floor.

"Darling have you seen my Versace black and gold cap?", Hyunjin pads quietly into your shared room, looking around rather confusedly, searching for his cap all around the place and stopping abruptly when he sees you crumpled on your chair with a sad look in your eyes and your mascara tears stained cheeks glowing with shimmering highlighter, "what happened?", he asks calmly, bending down on his knees so he's eye level with you.

"I can't go out looking like this, Jinnie", you mumble and he tilts his head to the side, his signature sweet smile gracing his lips when he hears your cute disgruntled voice, "you can't? I thought Euphoria style make up looks were all the rage! Aren't grungy glittery tears trendy these days?", you force yourself to smile just because he's clearly trying his best to make you feel better in the first place but still gently shake your head no," I meant that I can't show my face all covered in acne like this. I feel hienous", you confess, already feeling your eyes swelling up with big, watery teardrops as you cover your mouth with your hand, a loud sob managing to escape the barrier anyway.

Hyunjin sits on the bed before you, he pats your head repeatedly, letting you cry it all out while he subtly, silently tries to comfort you, his heart feeling increasingly heavy with your every sob.

In a split second he just scrambles from the bed and decides he can't take it anymore so he just envelopes you in his arms, "it's okay y/n, it's okay",he mumbles again and again and you can tell his sensitive soul is breaking for you, you can hear it in his shaky voice and the way his palms open wide and flat on your back, the way he holds you and rests his chin above your head, sniffling ever so lightly so you don't notice too much.

You two stay like that until you fully calm down, your face now a reddened blotchy mess, your eyes intensely shiny and a little swollen, Hyunjin carefully brushes your hair back and then uses his fingertips to dab away the fresh tears pooling at the corners of your eyes, his thumbs and pointer fingers tapping your cheeks until they're dry and mostly make up free, "I'm sorry you can't see what I see, but I think you're beautiful, I don't care about your little spots, I don't see them as a problem, honestly", he says earnestly, squinting his pretty eyes at you in that soft, endearing way you absolutely adore him for.

You quietly thank him and squeeze his hand, still sniffling a little bit, "I'm not... I'm not usually too bothered. This is all so silly, It's just - it's just that I wanted everything to be perfect, I wanted to feel free and happy and just enjoy our time at the festival without worrying about a thing but now I'm afraid everyone will look at me and make fun of my face".

"Screw them. Screw them, jagi. If they make fun of you for the way you look it only means they have very empty, miserable lives", Hyunjin grabs a few tissues and make up wipes and gently swipes them accross your face, not even flinching when he sees the angry skin finally poking through the layers upon layers of makeup, "we are going to the festival and you're going to feel so good, so so good I promise, acne is going to be the last thing on your mind. I'm not letting you miss out on all the fun just because you got a few spots overnight",he adds then.

He then pulls your chair forward and inserts your legs in between his so he can keep you still while he gently reapplies foundation on your cheeks and then dabs it with a make up sponge. You relax underneath his touch, him being a skilled artist makes you instantly trust his eye as his excitedly swatches a few of your blushes on the back of your hand so he can choose the best one.

You quietly sit there, smiling every once in a while when you see his concentrated expression up close while he patiently reapplies your make up for you. "Do you have any glitter? Any color, but I'd prefer if it was silvery or golden", he asks after a little while, rummaging through your vanity drawers, "I think I might have something in my beauty bag. Here", you hand him a little purse with a limited collection of colorful makeup and he takes out a little tub of silver loose chunky glitter.

"I have to put on so much makeup for work, cause I have to cover up all the signs of tiredness and exhaustion but sometimes it really does make me feel pretty, I think it helps me feel free", Hyunjin comments in a low, whspery voice, "my makeup artist once told me that makeup can't make miracles happen but it can be wonderful, and sometimes where it cannot conceal, it can make soemthing unwanted ... into something purposeful",he finishes, and with that he also puts down the brush he's been tapping on your cheeks, you see little speckles of silver floating in the air for a second.

And then Hyunjin turns your chair around so you're now facing the mirror: your reflection staring back at you barely looks real. Your cheeks are painted with vibrant cherry blossom pink that fades into a paler, toned down baby pink and white, highlited in white iridescent shimmer and dotted in a bunch of silver glitter that either covers your spots or sits right above them, the colorful sparkly blush and highlighter mix climbing up your cheekbones and fading into the crease of your eyelids sprinkled with the same glitter as well so that it looks cohesive.

You look stunning. You look like the art he paints.

Your first instinct is to physically throw yourself at him, engulfing him in the biggest hug as he giggles loudly and helps you settle onto his lap, "you like it?", he asks, smiling shyly, "like it!? JINNIE I LOVE It", you  scream excitedly, "you made me look like art, like one of your beautiful paintings", you whisper, and he smiles adorably, a little dimple creasing his cheek as he cups your face, "yeah that was the point! Now you see yourself like I see you!", he says softly and the look in his eyes his so tender you feel your insides quickly turning to putty,.

"Hyunjin you are an all rounder artist. You dance, you sing, you rap, you write songs, you paint, you draw, you take pictures, you play the piano, you even do makeup! Beautifully at that too! Is there anything you can't do?", you tease, lacing your arm around his neck, your fingers immediately tangling in his luscious dark locks as he pouts," I could improve at teaching you how to feel more confident", he replies nonchalantly, playing with one of the framing pieces of hair around your face, "but that's okay, we've got time. We've got all the time", he adds in a even gentler, tone, almost speaking under his breath as his eyes go dreamy just picturing you as his forever person.

Updated: How I edit my sims 4 screenshots (night-time edition)

A more detailed editing tut so you can understand my process as it may help you, i edited this relatively quickly and usually spend about 1-2hrs editing something...so let's goo.....

Before taking screenshots:

Help yourself as much as you can in-game, I always make sure there is some sort of light source in my pictures or something interesting that I can add to enhance something already there

Understand good/bad composition and add variety by using different angles

I take LOTS of photos just to end up with 1 or 2 good ones

I'll just be using photoshop for this, but i also like to use the procreate app as i'm more confident w it.

step1: I check if there are any major glitches or hard areas e.g, fingers elbows etc.. that have sharp points and pull them in liquify so they are smooth. Then use curves to change the contrast.

step2: *duplicates image* using the dodge and burn tools (keyboard shortcut: o ) i'll add emphasis to highlights and shadows (be careful with these as the dodge tool can ruin the image if used in excess) *merges image* (i duplicate and merge as i go, utilise using lots of layers so you can go back if you mess up/ want to change the opacity of an effect.)

step3: making light sources POP. *new layer* change blending mode to overlay or soft light and choose a colour you like.

step4: *new layer* draw hair strands. i just use a basic round brush in photoshop and change the hardness or i'll use a sharp caligraphy type brush depending on my sims hair type. (i try not to overdo it as i like maxis hair and don't want it to look too realistic)

step5: i would then add a new layer and set the blending mode to multiply to add more shadows, but i don't feel like i need to at this point.

step6: *duplicates image* go to filter > camera raw filter, i change the "light" and "curve" panels, i like green tints in my screenshots especially the night ones. (this is where all the magic happens really so just adjust all the channels to your liking, lightroom is also really good to use)

step7: *create new layer* blending mode: screen or linear dodge (add) / makeup and finishing touches! - for this look i'll get stars and glitter pngs off google or unsplash same for the smoke, though if i'm using procreate they have free brushes for that :')

step8: add light leaks as they add some fun dynamic lighting and textures to your screenshots. (i also flip my image horizantally [image > image rotation > flip canvas horizontally] whilst editing as it's like a "fresh pair of eyes" when you've been editing for a while so you can see what looks off)

final step: merge all the layers (though i do merge along the way once i'm happy with something) go to filter > sharpen > smart sharpen. I leave it as the default setting.

extra step if u want: for party pics i might add chromic abberation here is a 60 second tutorial on youtube it makes the pic look cool and trippy.
