5-Ingredient No-Bake Chocolate Covered Brownies Ingredients: 200g Medjool dates 120ml tahini 5 tbsp cocoa powder 1/4 tsp salt 150g dark chocolate Directions: Blend the dates and tahini: In a food processor, add the pitted Medjool dates and tahini. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and even. Add cocoa powder and salt: Add the cocoa powder and salt to the date-tahini mixture and blend again until everything is well combined. Shape the mixture: Line a 22x12 cm loaf tin (or any small cake tin) with baking paper. Press the brownie mixture into the lined tin, smoothing it out evenly. Freeze for 30 minutes to firm up. Slice the brownies: After freezing, remove the mixture from the tin and slice into 8 squares (or smaller bite-sized pieces if preferred). Dip in chocolate: Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave or using a double boiler. Dip each brownie square into the melted chocolate, ensuring all sides are coated. Place the chocolate-covered brownies on a baking paper-lined chopping board. Chill and set: Refrigerate the brownies until the chocolate is set. You can enjoy these tasty brownies without feeling bad about it because they are made with avocado and almond flour. If you want chocolate but don't want to feel guilty about it, these are the perfect treat.
Ingredients: 1 ripe avocado, mashed. 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup. 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce. 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1/4 cup almond flour. 2 eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder. 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips optional.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C and grease a baking dish. In a bowl, mix together mashed avocado, honey or maple syrup, and applesauce. Add cocoa powder, almond flour, eggs, vanilla extract, salt, and baking powder. Mix until well combined. Fold in dark chocolate chips if using. Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool before slicing into squares. Enjoy!

These brownies are full of healthy trail mix and are great for a quick and easy treat.
Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix. 1/2 cup trail mix.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Follow the directions on the brownie mix package to make it. Add the trail mix and mix it in until it's spread out evenly in the batter. Put batter into a baking dish that has been greased. Put it in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. Let it cool down before cutting it into squares.

Cook Time: 25 minutes
