Indulge in a guilt-free, gluten-free dessert with this delicious Chocolate Chia Pudding recipe. It's paleo and vegan-friendly, making it suitable for a variety of dietary preferences.
Ingredients: 1/4 cup chia seeds. 1 cup almond milk. 2 tablespoons cocoa powder. 2 tablespoons maple syrup. 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt. Fresh berries and shredded coconut for garnish.
Instructions: Put chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl and mix them together. Put in the vanilla extract, maple syrup, and almond milk. Mix well. Put the bowl in the fridge with the lid on for at least two hours, or overnight for the best results. After 30 minutes, stir the mixture to keep it from getting lumpy. Serve the pudding in cups or jars for each person once it has thickened. Add fresh berries and shredded coconut on top. If you don't have gluten, enjoy your Chocolate Chia Pudding!

Dessert recipe with 4 ingredients
Today I want to share with you a dessert recipe that does not require the use of an oven, flour, gelatin, or starch. This dessert turns out to be very tender and delicious, and most importantly, easy to prepare even for a novice in the kitchen
ingredients :
270 gr – Chocolate chips 500 gr – Cottage cheese 220 gr – Cream 200 gr – Condensed milk
Method :
Break the chocolate chips into a bowl and grind with a blender until smooth
Transfer the prepared mass into a portioned ring with a diameter of 18 cm and level it with a spatula. Place it in the refrigerator for 15 minutes
Add condensed milk to the cheese and beat with a mixer until smooth. Then add the zest of one lemon and mix well using a spoon
Beat 33% cream until stiff peaks. Add whipped cream to the curd mass and mix with a spoon until smooth
Place the prepared mass in the mold and level it with a spatula
Place the dessert in the refrigerator for 3 hours, and one hour before serving, place it in the freezer
Remove the finished cake without baking from the pan and sprinkle with lemon peel if desired
Thus, we get a very delicious dessert, which is perfect for both the festive and everyday table

Ingredients: 1 cup raw hazelnuts. 1 cup dates, pitted. 1/2 cup raw cacao powder. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 2 cups raw cashews, soaked overnight. 1/2 cup coconut milk. 1/4 cup agave syrup. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup hazelnut butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Pinch of salt.
Instructions: In a food processor, blend hazelnuts until finely ground. Add dates, cacao powder, maple syrup, and coconut oil. Process until mixture forms a sticky dough. Press dough into the bottom of a lined cake pan to form the crust. Place in the freezer to set. In a blender, combine soaked cashews, coconut milk, agave syrup, cocoa powder, hazelnut butter, vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the cake pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. Place the cheesecake in the freezer for at least 4 hours, or until set. Once set, remove from the freezer and let it sit at room temperature for a few minutes before slicing. Serve chilled, garnished with chopped hazelnuts or a drizzle of melted vegan chocolate if desired.

Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/2 cup coconut flour. 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 4 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 teaspoon baking soda. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1 cup fresh raspberries.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 175C 350F. Line the bottom of a 9-inch 23 cm round cake pan with parchment paper and grease with coconut oil. Mix together almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl. Mix honey or maple syrup, eggs, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract thoroughly in a separate bowl. Once a smooth batter forms, pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir. Mix the fresh raspberries into the batter gently. After the cake pan is ready, pour the batter into it and spread it evenly. A toothpick inserted in the center should come out clean after baking for 25 to 30 minutes in a preheated oven. After taking the cake out of the oven, allow it to cool in the pan for ten or so minutes before moving it to a wire rack to finish cooling. After the cake cools, you can choose to garnish it with extra raspberries or drizzle it with honey. Enjoy your delicious grain-free raspberry cake after slicing and serving!
