These aren’t necessarily the healthiest meals but you can’t just eat chicken and broccoli your whole life so here are some of my favorite things to eat when I have a cravings.🥗🥥🤍🫶🏻
Drinks. I am the kinda girl that I need a beverage in my hand I do drink a lot of water but I also like fun drinks.
Smoothies (wide variety of flavors and with the right protein powder they can taste like a milkshake.
Matcha (I drink this when I want caffeine but know too much won’t help)
Kombucha (acquired taste but very good if you have a stomachache)
Sparkling water (gives that soda feel)
Water flavorers ( I like the crystallite ones they are low calorie and very good)
Snacks and meals
Dark chocolate covered fruit
Greek yogurt fruit and maple syrup (depending on how much fruit and yogurt this can be a meal or a snack it also is high in protein)
Chia seed pudding (I do 2tbsp of chia seed to a half cup of milk then I add a splash of vanilla and maple syrup tastes amazing)
Sweet potato fries in an air fryer (I prefer sweet potato but you can use regular potatoes too)
Toast with avocado and eggs
Frozen fruit with honey for a cold summer treat.
Pickles ( I am a pickle girl I love them so much)
Hummus on veggies
Really dark chocolate ( like 80% and up eat a piece when you have a craving it takes that craving away immediately great for pms)

make sure that ur not consuming more than 1-2 tbsp of chia seeds a day but i put 2 tablespoons of chia seeds in my water every morning cuz its an amazing source of fiber, and they're rich in omega-3 fatty acids and other vitamins and minerals.
♡ if im experiencing inflammation i'll take some warm water, turmeric and some lemon
♡ chlorophyll water (bonus points if u add a lemon wedge)
chlorophyll is an internal deodorizer! it helps to detoxify the body by binding to and eliminating toxins, heavy metals, and harmful substances. it also helps with skin concerns like acne 💕
♡ dry brushing
dry brushing is something else that i do that has an impact on my health. dry brushing unclogs pores in the exfoliation process. it also helps detoxify your skin by increasing blood circulation and promoting lymph flow/drainage. so not only am i exfoliating for softer more princessy skin, im also promoting my lymph flow and increasing my blood circulation.
THE IMPORTANCE OF HYDRATION ;
i know everyone always talks about how important it is to drink water and its lowkey overdone but its TRUE. water is so SO important. if u have difficulty drinking enough water invest in a cute water bottle with a straw. i say with a straw cuz i feel like personally, im more inclined to drink water if its out of a straw.

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT ;
when ur eating, try focusing on how the food ur eating is making you feel. everyones body responds differently to different foods so by noticing how u feel after eating something, you can have a better idea of what u should continue eating and what u should steer clear of. with that being said, lets get into this section. 🗒️
something else that i wanted to yap about in this section is that there is a difference between restricting urself and self control. eating shouldn't be bringing u anxiety and ur allowed to let urself live. so eat to feel satiated and happy, dont eat to the point where you feel sick and like u can barely move.
something that has helped me be more conscious of what im choosing to fuel my body with is the 80-20 rule. choose the healthier option 80% of the time and the 20% of the time eat yummy pastries and cakes 💕
if ur someone who has difficulty eating vegetables, try cooking them in a different way and seasoning them adequately to make them yummy, masking them in different dishes. OR if that doesnt work for u get ur veggies in smoothies. cuz u gotta get in some fruits and vegetables.
im someone who loves to have a fun drink in the mornings and during the day so i've been super obsessed with making my own smoothies. my smoothie formula is super simple and it has never failed me.

the trick to this is using the stair master machine OR if u dont have one in ur gym, u can just go on the treadmill at an incline for like 30 minutes or however long u can, and putting ur hands up to ur head and keeping ur posture straight. aim for at least a 5-10% incline, but you can go higher depending on your fitness level…💬🎀
or ofc u can go on walks with ur pet or ✨hot girl walks✨ and walk while listening to a podcast, literally whatever u prefer.

If you don’t want to read all of this, I created a hierarchy of everything you need to do to glow up, right at the end!!! But I recommend reading everything first <3
I’ve been trying to ‘glow up’ like forever, but there was no actual content out there that helped me glow up. Most people sugarcoated, or their lifestyles of glowing up just weren't sustainable for me. So, I created this post for everyone planning to glow up or maximise their prettiness! 
DISCLAIMER – THIS POST IS NOT DETAILED. I wanted to do a simple outline to give you guys an idea of what to do to maximise your pretty. A little help to plan, especially as we enter 2024, but I’ll expand on these individual topics in the future. 
GRADE 1 – HEALTH
Being healthy can make you SO pretty. Being healthy is the foundation. There are other ways to be physically healthy, but after doing these 4 the rest usually fall in place.  Here are some simple ways to become healthier, and then eventually prettier!
HEALTHY EATING.
 I'm not going to go super deep into this, as no diet fits everyone + Please consult with your doctor before taking any extreme advice. Though, I'll tell you a bit of things that helped me !!
Stop drinking soda. Please, it's so unhealthy and it's full of so many sugars. Even the ones that are 0 cal, have weird chemicals that I don't trust. Many more alternatives taste just as good, like coconut water, herbal drinks, smoothies etc! Especially because nowadays most large calories and sugar intakes are from sugary drinks 
Stop restricting, moderate it. I am a big fan of dairy, yoghurt, milk, and cheese, I love it all. However I acknowledge that dairy isn’t the healthiest, so instead I always ensure I'm eating in moderation. E.g I put a tablespoon of shredded cheese in my omelettes instead of a handful. You will enjoy healthy eating so much, but only if you're not restricting. 
Have one serving of fruit, vegetables, or both with each meal. It provides so many good nutrients, makes you fuller and keeps you hydrated. Measure with your palm to ensure you’re eating enough. 
Know that just because one food has fewer calories than the other, does not mean it is the healthiest. I struggled so much with this, especially because many weight loss accounts will mention this, but it is so wrong. White bread has fewer calories than brown bread, but brown bread is higher in nutritional value. 
Plan snacks. Planning snacks for throughout the day, instead of spontaneously eating is so much better. I recommend this for anyone who gets hungry during the day but not enough for a meal (like me!)
Drink more water. Not 1L a day, because it is so much more ideal for you to have a glass of water with each meal + when you feel thirsty. 
Start educating yourself. This is as much as I can tell you, im not a nutritionist or a dietitian but if you plan to ensure that healthy eating becomes your lifestyle, educating yourself is essential!! 
EXERCISING.
Once again, I'm only going to go surface level with this because it is only based on my personal experience + Consult with your doctor before doing anything extreme. 
Start aiming for 5k+ steps. I see a lot of people advertise 10k+ steps as the standard, or what's active, but it's not sustainable If you're a busy person with a sedentary life or a beginner at exercise it is gonna be hard to sustain that. But walking is so good for you and simple too.
Join your local sports! Such a fun way to socialise while still exerting energy. 
If you can't do that for whatever reason, there are many ways to exercise at home. Research and pick a workout that you like and is sustainable. E.g. jump rope, pilates, home exercises, weightlifting, biking
Start standing more, it exerts energy. While very little, it still is very good. 
That's it, but remember to always start small with exercising, and RESEARCH!
BETTER SLEEP
To me, it doesn’t matter how much sleep a person is getting, but much more rather the quality of said sleep. So, here are some tricks and tips to get better at sleeping!!
Investing in a good quality pillow is so good for your sleep, the more comfortable you are, the better + it reduces the chances of poor posture or hump necks 
Research about different sleeping positions, as some positions at night promote back pain, difficulty breathing or poor posture. 
Start sleeping in complete darkness. Remove all sources of light or invest in good light-blocking curtains OR binders. Though, binders seem to be much more effective but are more pricey. If you cannot do either of that, buy a good sleeping mask. 
Sleep in the cold. Your body easily falls asleep if your environment is cold, and you’re less likely to wake up in the middle of the night. 
It is ideal for you to stop using devices an hour or two before bed, but if it is not sustainable for you, wear red blue-light-blocking glasses instead of clear ones. Red ones are more effective. 
Avoid large physical or mental tasks before bed, use that time to unwind and tell your body it's time to go to sleep. 
Avoid napping for longer than 30 minutes, or it can disrupt the sleep you have at night. 
Go to sleep at similar times every day. If you go to sleep earlier or later than this, you will ruin your sleep schedule and feel groggy. 
I expand more here. 
ORAL HEALTH
This is a step many people will neglect, but the most important in my opinion. Your teeth are the only body part that fails to regenerate after a certain age. Here's how I take care of mine!
Brush your teeth for longer. Brushing your teeth should not be a sped-up process, put actual thought into it. 
Start flossing. Floss removes plaque, and reduces the chances of your teeth yellowing! Do this ideally after each meal.
Brush your teeth before you eat. Brushing my teeth is the first thing I do when I wake up because brushing your teeth is supposed to protect your teeth from the food, not wash away your food. 
If you have the means, buy an electric toothbrush, as this gets in the little nooks and crannies that a regular one cannot. 
Use a tongue scraper or your toothbrush to get rid of any bacteria on your tongue. 
Use straws to drink coffee or any heavily coloured drinks. This avoids the premature yellowing of teeth. Make sure you put the straw on the side of your mouth to avoid your teeth. 
Use good mouthwash. A total game-changer, makes your breath fresher and your gums healthier. 
If need be, definitely use a purple teeth serum as a whitening treatment.
GRADE 2: STYLE 
I do not mean literal clothes and style, that's in grade 3. This is all about basic grooming and such. This is 2nd most important, especially if you're somebody who’s never been invested in beauty.
SKINCARE 
Get a basic skincare routine, cleanser and moisturiser.
If you have other skincare concerns e.g. dry skin, hyperpigmentation, acne, or blemishes, invest in a serum. 
Avoid touching your face frequently.
Wash makeup brushes & pillowcases often.
Dermaplaning to help skincare absorb better. 
Use sunscreen!
HAIRCARE
 Invest in a good shampoo and conditioner for your hair type.
Use a good hair oil, it doesn’t have to be for growth, but just for nourishing your scalp
Sleep with a good quality bonnet on.
Find which type of hairbrush works the best on you!
Use warm water to remove product build up and dirt, but use cool water to rinse.
Buy spray suncsreen to put on your scalp during hot weather.
Once again, research. Hair is just too much of a broad topic for me to thoroughly talk about.
EYEBROW & LASHES
Trim your eyebrows regularly to avoid too many stray hairs
Tint your eyebrows and lashes. If you already have dark eyelashes and brows, try a lighter look. I seem to prefer a dark brown look to a black 
Invest in a good lash & brow serum or use any oil
Don't use Vaseline on your eyelashes.
 Limit how much you wear mascara. 
I talk more about this here. 
BODY & HANDS 
Have a daily shower routine which consists of washing, exfoliating and moisturising your skin. 
Using scented products is such a game changer, smelling good is like being a magnet 
Doing manicures, my routine is a cuticle scrub, file, buff, polish, paint then cuticle oil. 
Shave on the areas you want to. Having smooth skin is nice, but to ensure your shave lasts longer, watch a video.

LIPS
Invest in a good, portable lip balm. I prefer the ones that burn your lips to give it a more fuller effect
Make your lip scrub. Sugar, honey and turmeric are my go-to. Helps remove dead skin.
If you have hyperpigmentation around the lips, use glycolic acid, only a little.
GRADE 3 – FASHION
My favourite grade, because it is so fun and focuses more on the aesthetic side of things. However, they're not essential, which makes it all the more fun!
CLOTHES 
 I have a post about wardrobe essentials here. 
Find out about what season colours you are. This helps with using colours in fashion to enhance. ( if you don't like your colours it is okay, it doesn’t change much if you do not wear them) 
Figuring out your undertone colours for jewellery. 
Figure out what works for your figure. Experiment with necklines, bottom length etc. 
Find out your general style too, what you feel confident in and more assured. 
MAKEUP
Research and only watch tutorials of women who look like you (trust me). 
Dear Peachie has a bunch of videos of how makeup works, for beginners to more advanced artists!
Then make your signature look for every using your knowledge. 
FRAGRANCE 
Invest in a good eau de parfum and eau de toilette. Cheap fragrances suck. 
Invest in a good-scented lotion. My favourite brand is Vaseline.
Using a good nice fabric softener for laundry makes you feel and smell fresh
Using an expensive scented body wash doesn’t matter, invest in a good body lotion. 
HAIR STYLING 
Hairstyles that enhance your face shape, not shield it. 
Having a simple signature look for everyday
Experimenting with your hair is ideal, but if you can't for whatever reason once again research.
GRADE 4 – PERSONALITY
The way you seem to others can make you so much prettier. Fake it till you make it as always~
POSTURE
Having good posture makes you stand out, makes you look prettier and is generally good for your health
Chin is parallel to the floor, shoulders are down and relaxed, rib cage is elevated, pelvis is tucked in, your knees straight and flexed, and the weight on your feet should be in the center.
You can stretch for good posture, there are many videos on this on YouTube.
Ensure your sleeping position is promoting good posture, not poor. 
Buy a back brace to reinforce good posture.
BODY LANGUAGE
Learn how to move your body during conversations to seem more self-respected and confident.
Train your facial expressions for different situations, but especially for taking photos.
There are tons of books and videos on this, won’t expand because this is all about how you want others to perceive you. 
ELOQUENCE
Improve the way you communicate with others. Be fluent and clear to understand 
Expand your vocabulary, know how to substitute words on the spot and make sentences. 
Knowing what to say in like any and every conversation makes people like you more, and the best way to be more eloquent is just practice. 
There are so many good books about this.. read.
GRADE 5 – MIND
Personally, having a good mindset does boost your self-perception of your prettiness + being happier in general makes you more inclined to take care of yourself = being more pretty!!!
MENTAL HEALTH
Start journaling as a way to organise your thoughts and to truly analyse your emotions. There are a lot of journaling prompts on Pinterest and such!
Meditation as a way to clear the mind when needed is so good. There are a bunch more meditations for other purposes though like body image, productivity, focus or just general relaxation.
Go to therapy, or just have at least one person you can talk to when life becomes tough.
Cut back on social media. There's misinformation, trolls and a lot of content that isn't nourishing your mind. 
Get some sun! Simple and doable, but has a huge effect on the body. It can improve the current mood. Wear sunscreen. 
Start learning how to process situations, instead of bypassing the emotions that come with them. 
Start surrounding yourself with like-minded people. Seriously, being around people who are just too different is draining. 
MINDSET
Embrace growth and reject all forms of comfort. Being uncomfortable with something is growth. 
Don’t do things because you ‘have’ to do this, do them because they benefit you and see it in that way. E.g ‘I’m going to clean my room because I deserve a clean place to rest and work’ instead of ‘I have to clean my room’
Become detached. Stop letting everything that happens in your life affect you, start observing instead of consuming. 
Self validates yourself. Tam Kaur did a wonderful video on this that I think everyone should watch.
Stop believing that everything and everyone is out to get you. Your subconscious mind believes this, do not feed it, starve it.
There's a lot to say about mindset, but I recommend watching some mindset YouTubers who explain everything in depth.

some pro-tips on food since that comment on my post about veggies really fucking annoyed me!!! (experience from learning a lot about food and health in college and still learning to this day!):
Carbs and fat are GOOOD they are GOOD for you your body NEEDS THEM. THEY ARE ONLY BAD IN MODERATION
There are very few things that are "Bad" for you or your body in terms of nutrition. I'd say the closest thing to just genuinely being "bad" that shows up commonly is maaaaybe cholesterol.
US nutritional knowledge has been greatly warped by capitalism (surprise surprise)!!! While the food pyramid is and always has been flawed, wrong, and stupid, the impact of "Diet Culture" has done so much damage to health, way more than any actual food impact.
BREAD IS GOOD. Bread fills you up. It's a simple carb, so you won't be full for long, but that's also a good thing (simple carb means that your body knows what to do with it easily! complex carbs exist in nuts/fruit/veggies but bread is mostly carbs and fat so it's good)
If you're worried about "what i should eat to be healthy" - EATING AT ALL IS THE HEALTHIEST. Unless you have a serious health issue like a glucose intolerance, Being alive and not starving will always be more important that eating too many simple carbs or fatty foods.
Your body needs everything - fruits and veggies are diverse in what they provide, but usually they're good for natural sugar, fiber, and complex carbs. dairy products are great for fat and cholesterol, meat and meat-adjacent products are great for protein and fat, nuts are great for protein, and bread/noodles/rice/etc are great for simple carbs.
Eat things you like that taste good. There are very few reasons you'd be unhealthy because of something you eat, and if you are, your body will let you know about it. Obviously doctors are important for checking on vitals, etc but somebody online telling you you need to eat XYZ is usually wrong UNLESS they're telling you to just eat.
If you're genuinely worried about what food to eat - think about how much goes into producing the food! For example - fruits, veggies, meat, etc are all very simple: they are created by plants/animals, and generally can be sold or consumed without much work beyond cooking. "Bad" things are overly processed, but even then unless they're just pure sugar like candy, or insanely over-processed garbage, you should be fine to eat it. Again, it's more important that you're alive and full than it is adhering to some bullshit diet

He got the painkillers he saw in the bathroom, then went to the kitchen for a glass of water, deciding to take a detour through your living room. Your place wasn’t too messy, but it wasn’t nearly clean enough for his liking.
He also got a flicker of excitement in his chest when he saw the bookcase full of books, but the feeling faded when he walked over to examine them. Jonathan reminded himself that you were your own person, of course you wouldn’t have the same taste in books as him, but he was still disappointed at all of the fantasy and romance covers he saw. He’ll have to encourage you to branch out, start reading more educated books— maybe he should get you some for when he sees you next.
He finally made his way to the kitchen and frowned when he opened the fridge and freezer— not a single fruit or vegetable in sight. This was absolutely unacceptable. You seemed like you were in pretty decent shape, especially when you were running, but maybe it was just the adrenaline. He can’t have a prey who lives off of frozen meals, you’ll barely survive the next chase. The pantry was worse; so many chips and snacks, all of them unhealthy.
Were his eating habits much better before he turned? No… But he had an excuse. He ordered takeout all the time because he was busy working a real job and doing experiments, not reading silly books. He’ll just have to find a way to help you change this part of your lifestyle as well.
Finally, he got a glass of water and a snack he found in the pantry that looked like the ‘healthiest’ option in there… When he placed them on the nightstand and saw you again, he faltered. You looked so uncomfortable, it was only right that he changed you into some pajamas.
So he walked over to your dresser and started with the top drawers. Lots of socks and plain underwear, then he found the lace. So many bodysuits, matching sets… he couldn’t wait to see you wear these for him. He went through the rest of your dresser, inspecting all of your clothes before pulling out some sweatpants and a shirt.
Changing your clothes was easy with his enhanced strength and when he finished, he took a step back, but something was missing… Socks. He walked back over to the dresser for a pair of fuzzy socks that he saw, then slipped them on your feet.
As a finishing touch, he took out the bullet from his pocket and set it on your nightstand next to the water. He desperately wanted to stay longer, maybe fuck you again, but he reluctantly left, already imagining how the next hunt might go.

A Moral Dilemma! Question!
Let's say there is a trucker. An average man. Kind enough, did okay in school, loves his wife and misses her like you wouldn't believe every time he has to go. Misses his little girl even more. HATES he's missing the early years of her life. First day to school, getting her up and brushing her hair into pigtails, making pancakes like his Pa used to make. The works.
But the economy is shit. Him and his wife have to work. Make ends meet. They're DESPERATE to get out of Gotham. Move somewhere boring. Safe.
But... well, places like that cost money. Kids cost money. And he did OKAY in school. Not a lot of jobs out there for "Okay" guys from Gotham.
His cousin finds him a route though. A solid job. Really pulled through when push came to shove and things were looking bad. Like he might have to take up that offer to Goon. Now he's a trucker.
And his route? Well the half way point is Amity Park. He stops to stay the night every time. Never really STAYS, has heard they got themselves a Cape and such, but? It is what it is. He's from Gotham. He minds his business. Parks on the outskirts of town to avoid getting hit.
Doesn't realize, he's getting SOAKED in Ectoplasm every time he's in town.
And this trucker? Not the healthiest man. He wishes he could be. But life on the road is not exactly conducive to fresh fruit and leafy greens. He eats more grease and sugar then his doctor would EVER recommend. In fact, has specifically warned him not too.
But some days you just need a warm meal. You miss your kid, your wife, your bed. And you know it'll be days before you can see any of them. But at least there is pancakes.
You can pretend you're eating with your family. Or at least, let the coffee be warm enough for the two of you. God, but the poor man is tired.
And as he gets close to Gotham?
Breaking News!
The Joker. AGAIN. The trucker cringes, horror filling him. What poor soul has that mad man hurt NOW? When will it end? Him and his wife are so close to getting the hell out. Thinking Kansas. His wife has been joking about pie baking competit-
No.
Oh God No.
There, on the screen, tears streaming down her beautiful face? Is the love of his life. His best friend. His EVERYTHING. And in her arms, trying so, so hard to be quiet. To muffle her terror born sobs... is his little girl. One pigtail torn from its srunchie, blood on her tiny face.
The trucker knows how this story ends.
Batman will try. He ALWAYS tries. And sometimes... sometimes that's enough. But he knows the odds here. His family are in front. Stars of this sick show. The trucker can't breathe. His heart is pounding, too hard for a man of his health.
He's not young. Should be on blood pressure meds he simply cant afford. Is panicked by a terror few should ever suffer. And? What runs in his family, strikes true. It feels so far away, the pain in his chest. He... No, he can't.
He can't.
His family.
He can't die. Leave them. They're in danger! They can't die like this. So close to freedom. Happiness. They... the..y.. ca..n..t...

So! Here in comes the QUESTION! As you sit, watching this terrified child call for her father, ripped from her begging mothers arms, you see a green opaque man full body tackle the Joker.
You watch his eyes visible glow and change color, fight a visible STRUGGLE, like jeckle and Hyde, for control of his body. Between the monster known as Joker and what seems to be? The little girl's newly Meta father.
The Father wins.
You watch the Bat arrive with the police. Thank the man and say he can release Joker into custody. See the EXACT moment the Meta realizes something. Turns to look at his daughter, then his wife. Looks back at the commissioner.
Says "No".
Is he right to do this? To Possess the Joker, as a life sentence, to insure the safety of others? He is perfectly will to sit that life in a jail cell. Knows he will never be allowed to roam free again. But! The Joker is contained.
Is this Right? Or merely emotionally satisfying?

Bit of help needed:
To make a long story short, we're struggling to buy food. Right now I am trying to see if I qualify for disability or not due to chronic migraines and several other long-term health issues, and right now we're in a real tight budget my mom and I. I closed my bank account because it got to zero, so I can't ask for donations, I am selling stuff locally trying to save to open a new one, but as you can imagine, sometimes it is not enough and I have to buy food. If I don't eat my migraines get worse and everything is downhill from there.
So, I am asking that if you are able (if you don't, don't worry, take care of yourself first), could you get me something from my Food Emergency wishlist? All the prices are in Mexican pesos. And while I know the food listed is not the healthiest, it will keep me full and when I sell something, I do purchase fruits and veggies alongside protein.

You've been dating Tenya for a while, but even before that he had noticed the way you struggle to pay attention, stay still, concentrate, study and how you get sudden waves of energy throughout the day, ending tired and even grumpy!
When you opened to him and told him how you have ADHD his mind clicked, understanding most of your actions!
‌Tenya would be so understanding. The moment you tell him about your problems concentrating, the way your brain sends random waves of energy over just to end up tired and how it impacts your everyday life he is quick to learn as much as he can about it, asking people around him if they have similar experiences and how they regulate themselves (Denki is his principal source aside from you).
You take medications?
‌If you take medication, he would made sure to draw you a schedule for them, adding water intake and multiple breaks for you to be properly active throughout the day. He would totally do it in black and white for you to paint it! He heard that it can help you memorize it!
Troubles eating?
‌He would check the food you eat, making sure the levels of sugar are not too high, to evade artificial food, too processed, if they have dangerous food colorings, chemicals, etc. You name it, he already checked! He would only force you to eat things if they're healthy and you are extra picky, disguising them with spices and more!
Chores? Boring!
‌He would treat chores as games! Setting timers to receive stickers and such. He read about it online and does it with Denki too, making chores far more fun to finish and maintaining everything in order.
Studying with Tenya
‌Study dates would be in calm spaces with little to no distractions, fringing fidget toys to keep you stimulated and low sugar snacks to not get distracted my hunger. Small breaks in between assignments are a must and he knows it! Giving you a shoulder pat or a kiss (depending to how private the space is) as a reward for how good you're doing. He's rigid, but who is he to deny a little kiss in return for your intelligence?
Zoomies!
‌Oh no, zoomies time! You suddenly want to dance? Go outside? Run? The beach? The park? He's up for it! Using those moments to help you workout. You want to dance? Aerobics it is. Go outside? Hiking seems perfect to build strength! Run? You know he's up for it. The beach? Some laps on the sand to build resistance! Park? You'll be climbing trees and jumping! He knows how to make everything healthy.
Hobbies? Handcrafting
‌If you suddenly want to do handcrafted things he's willing to test you! Building things out of wood, let's test how you put crafting and building classes to work, you have to measure and cut precisely after all. Building with Legos is a big activity for him! He makes sure to put physics to the test, building giant places with you, bridges, houses, towers and more! This sweet boy gives the healthiest activities always.
Post-zoomies tiredness
‌He knows how tired you get after those moments of full energy and he has ways to help calm down during those, but he won't mind hugging you and cuddling to sleep afterwards, you get so tired! He'll encourage afternoon naps, his investigations led to realize that allowing you 20 minutes of sleep afterwards you wake up renewed so he makes sure you fall asleep and tracks your sleep for any sort of weird movements (he knows how anxious you can get too and is sure to wake you up and comfort you).
‌He'll make sure you have something to eat as soon as you wake up, yogurt with fruits are his go to! But granola bars and cookies or crackers work too if they're low in sugar. He'll have you working after that!
Hiperfixations!
‌You've got hiperfixations? Don't even worry about it, he'll encourage you to explore them safely and make sure that you won't do something bad such as isolate yourself just to indulge in it or spend huge amounts of money, they don't last enough and you always end up thinking "what have I done?" So he scolds you if you suddenly have a wall full with certain hiperfixation that is based in buying things, economical responsibility will be teached to you whether you like it or not.
Meltdowns? Breakdowns?
He understands when you get overwhelmed, there's so much going in your head at the same time that he can't even reprimand you for crying and suddenly getting angry at everyone. He'll try and get you to calm down in his arms, if it's needed he'll give you a calming tea or some light sleeping pills. As soon as your eyes get teary or your voice raises in that particular way, he holds your hand and takes you to a more private space, allowing you to let everything out and wind down, not an ounce of judging. At first it was overwhelming for him to try and calm you down with logic, now he understands that emotions are mostly not logical. He'll whisper sweet words and reassurance while you slowly calm down, he won't even judge you if you subconsciously regress when you're having a meltdown, he knows you seek the comfort of a home when you're crying or angry with the world and your self, caressing your back and calling you his little baby.
He'll bring you something warm to drink, a stuffed animal of your choice or a warm weighted blanket to ground you, he'll drop anything he's doing to comfort you during a breakdown.
Non-verbal or silent treatment?
He understands if you can't talk afterwards or simply don't want to, such strong emotions much leave you so tired that it's hard to communicate. If you go non-verbal he'll find ways to still communicate, even teaching himself and you simple sign language or reading your expressions to keep you comfortable and give you a way to communicate yourself without words.
If you do use silent treatment he'll feel hurt, why would you just ignore him like that? The first few times he'll excuse you but then he'll sit you down and talk about how much your silence hurts him, how you do not even looking at him. Both of you will find ways to bring you out of that state, slowly helping you stop that bad habit.

WIBTA for continuing to scare my wife?
Hello, my wife (51F) and I (53F) semi-recently saved enough money to buy a new house. This has been like a dream for us, the place is lovely and has enough outdoor space for things like vegetables, fruit and flowers gardens.
This means that I have been doing lots of yard work. It is fun, good to connect with nature, and we get to enjoy eating the food or admiring the flowers when I’m done. However, I will often lie down in the grass after or during my work outside, which worries my wife when she looks out the window and sees me.
I do partially understand her concerns as I am not the healthiest individual, and we are starting to get older, but I also think she is maybe being a bit dramatic? It is sweet that she worries, but I am OK.
She says that when she looks out the window she gets worried I have passed out, or had a seizure or a stroke, etc. These are scary things to think, but I have told her she can just call out to me if she’s worried and I will reply so she knows I’m not in danger.
However, it would probably be kinder to not lie down at all, so she doesn’t have to feel worried at all. I do feel a little bad about this, and I am mostly lying down for selfish reasons, partly to rest but mostly just because I like lying down in the grass. It’s fun and relaxing in some strange way.
So, would I be an asshole to continue doing that, even though I could stop?

I’d love to hear everyone’s internal monologue whenever Bastard!Reader refuses to eat
I feel like her eating would be kind of a lifelong problem, she just feels so guilty seeing the splendor in front of her and knowing that many people are starving out there. She’s constantly thinking: Why should she get all this? She feels like she is not worthy, She feels like she’s part of the problem
Yes!!! Because imagine coming from a simple lifestyle, often eating plain foods, or sometimes nothing at all. She watches her mother sacrifice her own chances to eat so that her brothers and her can eat instead, it sticks with you.
Then suddenly she's in this very privileged position where food is plentiful and safe to eat. Meats, honey, exotic fruits. She'd never even touched those foods before, let alone eat them herself. Her family are still at home with barely anything, and here she is very everything :/ it doesn't feel fair, whatsoever.
I think it'd be a mix of internal dialogue concerning the rest of the family. remember, they've never had to experience what she's experienced- never tasted hunger before, everything has always been there for them. They may struggle/not understand her perspective, but depending on who.
Daemon would be slack and absolutely done whilst sitting at the table. Watching his daughter refuse to eat is both annoying, and troublesome. He takes things as they are. A peasant gets scraps, and a princess gets cake. Why can't you just accept that as it is? He's giving you everything, why is it making you sad?
Rhaenyra and Alicent are worried. Considering your background, you're probably not the healthiest/plump child, so seeing you refuse to eat makes their anxiety worsen. I think they'd be much more sensitive to your feelings and perspective, and perhaps have plain foods made for you.
(vegetables, fruits, cheese, bread, maybe a bit of meat they can sneak in). Anything that's not going to turn you away or seem too extravagant. They still recall the look on your face when they tried serving you swan.
I think something as simple as food can have such a complex meaning in their story. They're quite literally rejecting the finer privileged things their kidnapper family is trying to serve them. They're rejecting them.
