#he’s just so innocent and fun

This is for a role play that ended a bit ago but my character Peanut and Coconut still feel like they need some kind of closure so here it is:

Peanut’s epilogue

It had been a while since the last bit of trouble with Team Destiny. Everyone had been dealt with and could finally live in some assemblance of peace. Laurence had disappeared but Peanut knew how weird that guy was, anything could happen! The rest of the team met whenever they could and played board games (although Coconut was still undefeated in twister).

Peanut couldn’t say he missed it really, it just felt a little lonely being back to how it was before. That’s the thing though, Coconut was living in an apartment in Nimbasa and Peanut split his time between Unova and Hoenn, with friends the whole way. He convinced everyone he knew to go on a caving trip, tour the region and watch at least the pilot of Hoenn Rangers Coexistence Force. Yet on some days he would sit at the edge of a cliff and stare at the sunset and think about how Ingo probably was too. Ingo, safe and sound, not passed out on the floor of a collapsed tunnel. On those days Swampert would cuddle closer.

Peanut was happy with where things were now but regardless, change comes and time passes, like the waves that he loves so much. In his time off of work, both in Unova and doing tours in Hoenn, he would write letters through a penpal program. The person he wrote to was just as hard working as him although had a much more normal past. It was nice to know that no matter what happened in the past it was okay now, stuff like that always seemed to amaze Coconut.

Peanut sat at his desk in Coconut’s apartment as he wrote and contemplated the next sentence. The story of these past few quiet months sketched out in front of him, he sighed. Maybe he would take the train to Emmet and Ingo and ask if someone wanted to play Dungeons and Druddigons? Whatever he did he felt like an adventure! As Peanut ran out into the world Coconut laughed and smiled, just so glad that they could be so happy.

redemption haulted by murder of villain

dan was actually starting to enjoy life again. he'd been let out the theromos and forced into therapy and was now making a name for himself. he was bonding and making amends with his family, he had a steady job, he hadn't killed anyone in 3 three months! the after life was finally looking up.

until he killed a villain in gotham.

in his defence, the man had pointed a gun at his baby sister.

dani was the breath of fresh air dan needed during his mandatory redemption. she was spunky and wild, she was someone that head never existed in dan's timeline so she was free of all the baggage of everyone else dan knew. and she was family so being around her satisfied his obsession for the first time since he fused with vlad.

so maybe dan was a teensy tiny bit over protective when it came to her. maybe he had a bit of an overreaction because he had some form of ptsd for people like the man the pointed the gun.

now if he had killed a major villain like the jocker he doesn't think anyone would mind. except it wasn't the a major villain. it was the most minor and harmless villain in gotham.

dan had just killed condiment man for pointing ketchup at his sister.

now what was he supposed to do?!

okay so I know that sasuke is madara's favorite, but there's no way obito isn't at least 2nd place. I mean, I love seeing them mess with each other as much as everyone else, but i'd also lowkey like to see madara caring for obito, even if he does bother him, yknow?

I was reminiscing on some anime vampires, and now that I think about it Alucard Hellsing gets so much funnier, and pathetic when I realized that this mighty as Fuck all powerful bullet hell back to back vampire will ALWAYS be salty that neither Mina nor Jonathan wanted to be in his little polycule.

He can wave the guns, and monologue all he wants but we know the truth, and the fact (at least considering the novel) that if Mina came back to life as a plot point she would have killed him point blank.

Also the bar is in the fucking ground for adaptations when this ever loving edgy trash thing managed to respect both Mina, and Jonathan's romance in a single fucking flashback panel in the manga than the majority of them.

It says something that a manga absolutely drowning in aggro blood and guts, overpowered Dracula antics, another ~Van Helsing (sorry, Hellsing) is the extra special magic-cool archenemy~ rewrite, mountains of hetero cheesecake and just plain looney tunes treatment of demonic/divine supernatural shoot-em-up madness…

…also features one of the few renditions of a Dracula with something like believable sympathetic character development. Not into an antihero or even an antivillain, but just a tired monster who looks back in bloody tears on a past where he did battle with worthy enemies—heroes—and neither stole them to his side or got to be allowed euthanasia by them.

He’s fun as hell and I love to see him eat some Nazis, but he’s also up there with one of the most depressing versions of Dracula who I can actually buy as being a (developed!) Dracula
