Scary Sunset.

I'm concepting things way outta order in this story, but I'm sure you can piece things together. Context is for a storybeat where, after defeating and capturing Adagio (thus having all three sirens in her possession), Sunset enacts her revenge plot to release the sirens on Canterlot as Thea discovers she's been manipulated. In a confrontation, the two scuffle and fight over the siren orbs while Sunset struggles with her conflicting wants and emotions.

olympics coming up…… athlete aus on the mind….. satoru as a swimmer….. unreasonably large wingspan…. huge hands..... thinks “official” competitions and tournaments are boring because he can’t use the goofy purple googly eyes goggles he likes to practice in…… practices at ungodly hours solely because he likes when the pool is empty because that means you’ll dip your feet in at the edge and be there to greet him with a kiss when he’s finished his laps….. they bring up the stats board and it’s just his name ten times before the next fastest person and he could still lap them, and even tho he’ll always put so much pressure on himself to be the best, it’s worth it to have you hold his face and tell him you’re proud of him... he’s gotten so much merch from events and sponsorships and he used to think they just created clutter but that all changes when you start to wear his clothes (esp the ones with his name on it… he’s not proud to admit that does Something to him)…. always looks up to the stands when he finishes a race and if he knows you’re not there, he looks right at the camera, draws an infinity sign with his fingers, and blows a kiss (which, some commentators routinely call “unsportsmanlike conduct” but he doesn’t care, and always, publicly says he’ll pay the fees if it means blowing a kiss to his girl at home)

not sure if any of you have even been here long enough to remember but i did occasionally just outright rp as john egbert on this blog in 2012. and everyone played along! it was genuinely very fun and social, with replies and asks and other blogs all rping as characters. occasionally we would even go play games on other websites or host massive chats on MSPARP. i'd share links to games and it would crash websites from how many people would join to rp. lowkey miss it but also you'll never catch my grown ass rping publicly again. talk about embarrassing LMFAO

my sibling is starting to write fic and it's so. like they've been drawing for forever and never seem insecure about art. but writing is still new to them! so the fic isn't working how they want it to. i got to point at their pile of like, 20 something filled full size sketchbooks and go, look, you've made all this art, practiced all this time to be good. and how many things have you written? 3? you keep going! you keep doing it and it will be countless one day!

every time I watch a war related movie and they play the reveille i get spooked i HATE that melody

#im not hurridly putting on my uniform and running out of a tent at 5 in the morning to go run 2 miles #boy scout camp? more like BOOT CAMP #also i was the troop leader so i had to get everyone else out of the tent and make sure they were presentable #and god forbid it took more than 5 minutes #we were six people in one of those old ass orange tents #its a two people tent !!#i do miss being a boy scout tho it was fun whenever it didnt feel like the military #i used to do scout competitions #got me a mational champion trophy in boy scout (lie we did not win #we totally fucked up the first aid test)#won knot tying tho 💪#ok im just talking now so if you're still reading this won't be short #we had to get a person as high up as possible #and all we got was like 4 long ass tree trunks?? like skinny long round tree things (i hate the english language idk)#and rope #and because i was the shortest i had to hold onto the top of one of the trunks #while the others pulled me like 8 meters into the air #scary as fuck considering i was like 5' back then #won tho 💪💪#i really loved being a scout #we were called boy scouts but it was gender neutral #we hated the girl scouts™ tho #all they did was bake cake and make friendship bracelets while we had to shit in the forest #also they were just really mean like wow #nobody knows how to insult like a girl scout #i loved being troop leader #i liked helping people and being a problem solver and having my troop come to me w problems was SO awesome #until this one time when a girl woke me up in the middle of the night crying #*scene set: like 3am in a tent in the forest*#“😢 i dreamt the scout leader stabbed your eyes out with a cheese cutter 😭😭😭😭” HELLO???
