The Trump administration illegally deported a man who is a legal resident of this country to El Salvador.

This man fled persecution from El Salvador in 2011, and had a court order from 2019 that protected him from being deported there.

He was sent to a dangerous prison where the torture of prisoners is reported to be a regular occurrence. And now, despite admitting to their error, this administration is stating that they might not even be able to bring him home.

Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia is a productive member of society with a wife and a five-year-old special needs child. He needs to be brought home promptly and safely.

This is not the first time that they have removed legal citizens. They promised you that they would only remove undocumented folks. They lied. Speak out, please.
