What gets me about Beomseok is that he was so obsessed with Suho, that he ultimately ignored Sieun. Sieun was RIGHT THERE, offering him concern, loyalty, and friendship, but Beomseok only valued some sort of validity and affirmation from Suho, on top of the obsession.

It's like over time, Suho became Beomseok's main focus, completely ignoring Sieun. I'm sure that feelings of friendship towards Sieun was there, but ultimately it didn't matter that much. The main thing that mattered was feeling valued, affirmed, and equal to Suho. Beomseok maybe even wanted to BECOME Suho. And even though Weak Hero isn't a BL, it wouldn't be a stretch to say that Beomseok had romantic feelings towards Suho, especially when Yeongi came into the picture.

It's so interesting. It's like Beomseok saw Yeongi as some sort of threat. But a threat to what? People like to bring up the whole Instagram thing, but what was underneath it all? Which is why I said there was probably obsession and romantic feelings involved.

But again, SIEUN WAS RIGHT THERE! And Beomseok ignored him once he turned against Suho.

And that breaks my heart for Sieun. To be friends with someone who doesn't value you or your friendship.

There's so much to unpack with Beomseok, especially when you consider the abuse from his guardian (I am NOT going to call that monster his adoptive father), and past bullying.
