hello tumblr. long time no talk. life is a fuck. i had a gnarly week and gained three pounds and lost two friends. i am gutted and tired and heavy. but life goes on and doesn’t wait up

i’ve had two long runs since i last posted, one was 9.74 miles and the other one this past saturday was 8.05 miles. today i lifted weights twice.

i ate half a pack of oreos last night. shit happens. progress isn’t linear.

i got peed on at work today. kids are nast nast. it is what it is

my dog got stomped out by a deer. here’s a picture of his fentanyl patch because i thought it was funny

good fuckin yard.

I'd never heard the term "food noise" before listening to Rosie O'Donnell's interview on this podcast. It captures the chaos in someone's mind struggling with food addiction. She shares ignoring a Prediabetes diagnosis, living with Type 2 Diabetes, getting a gastric sleeve surgery (2013), having a heart attack (2012), ongoing weight issues, and how weight loss medications have changed her life. Timmy Turner had great mental fortitude beforehand, so this didn't bother him at all. If anything, he was absolutely fascinated with his new sight. Tooth Fairy helped him get through the more confusing parts, such as re-focusing his eyes to view in the fourth dimension instead of the seventh.

Headcanon time: Rosie has poor circulation and is cold all the time. The bigger Al gets, the more body heat he has. So she sleeps as close as possible to him, every chance she gets. If not flat out on top of him.
