8 mile run today + got my tongue re-pierced!!! i missed this thing 😭

i think it’s super important to always be transparent in the fitness community because no one is ever perfect and not everyday is the same. i started my period this morning so i only ran 8 miles when my goal was 9, and i walked a lot of the last 1.5 miles so that i could focus on enjoying the spring sun because i knew it would make me feel better.

worry about the consistency of showing up. remember that 1/3 will suck, 1/3 will be okay, 1/3 will be awesome.
