Bw 74.3 One of my big challenges is to conquer asymmetry. I bet everyone has seen uneven bar path when bench pressing. Say left hand has locked out while right hand is still pressing. That say the right hand is weaker. Many years I believed that. Now I’m trying to vindicate the unjustly accused the right hand and find out the real culprit.
