Trying "Squat Jumps" out today. I feel like I should not be doing these because the literature reads as "Fat loss" and I'm trying to "loose" I'm trying to "Gain". I like to add in these light load single DB sets before the working set to get the blood flow going and muscle already somewhat fatigued.
