Painting requires the patience to tinker and question what you’ve done. Learning and solving the problems with each go. Mastery comes when you have made the mistakes and discoveries part of your toolkit, so you are able to fail and find your way out over and over. Each painting has a unique question that you search for an answer to… and those solutions become the platform you reach for the next question’s answer from. Higher and higher!
