Being a little anxious, is normal, it’s healthy, but having a high level of anxiety is reflected to being very external. Whereas someone with a high level of self-esteem is more internal. It’s like a seesaw effect. When one goes up the other goes down. Being more consciously aware of the use of your language can positively improve your mood and increase self-esteem.
