ford did seem to think that he is destined to be in gravity falls, destined to be part of greater things, and bill also thought he was "destined for so much more"

i think at some point bill really thought ford was the one that UNDERSTOOD him (well, ford did think "why did rudolph not simply kill the other reindeer? he shouldve burned his workshop to the ground"). some of his henchmaniacs didnt seem to actually like bill at all

quick edit for something ive found:

this is from "dreamscaperers", and apparently ford had been dreaming about the cipher wheel for weeks before he even found the cave. enough times that he was even able to perfectly draw the wheel on the journal. bill didnt even know about ford yet.

Mabel has been learning some beauty hacks. She knows how to do nails, lashes, brows- you name it!

She had been so excited to try all her makeover powers on her friends that she packed everything when going to Gravity Falls...only they wouldn't be there this summer.

Dipper had enough of her putting makeup on him and grunkle Ford seemed hesitant, always excusing himself. Soos and Melody where always busy with the baby, Wendy wasn't too keen on these type of things and despite her efforts to allow Mabel to practice on her, it was clear she would rather be doing anything else.

That's when her sweet angel, her muse, appeared. All glory and beauty in a stained tank top and boxers.

"On one condition" His grunkle Stan demands "make me look fabulous"

Mabel will be damned if she stops at simple make up. She's giving her grunkle the makeover he deserves, complete with shopping sprees, spa days and full MAKEOVER

Jerk Ford AU: "Quality" Time

Jerk Ford returns home slightly earlier than in canon, sometime between the episodes "The Love God" and "Northwest Mansion Mystery".

Compared to Canon Ford, despite being rude and unpleasant to everybody, Jerk Ford spends much more time with the family! And also his former lab assistant; Retired Tech Billionaire, Old Man McGucket. This is because he and Stan are not fighting, so Stan doesn't try to keep Ford away from everybody. He encourages it, actually.

Results may vary.

Jerk Ford with Stanley:

*exactly 10 minutes after Jerk Ford dispatches the gov't agents*

"Stanley, I'm so glad to finally be home. You wouldn't believe how much I missed you. I knew I'd come back eventually, but I'm sorry it took so long and you had to save me from my mistakes again. I can't wait for us to move on with the rest of our lives."

"Me too, bro. Now-" *hands him a pamphlet*

"What's this?"

"A catalogue of therapists. Pick one."

"...Wha-."

"If you don't pick a therapist in the next five minutes I am going to drag you by the hair to the nearest shrinks office you emotionally constipated, underfed f**k."

Jerk Ford with his Niblings:

Wendy: I've been having these nightmares about Northwest Manor...

Soos: No sweat, dude. We can go there, and see that whatever you're scared of is just a part of your imagination.

Jerk Ford: You're going to need my help. I'm going with you.

Soos: Hold your horses, dawg. No one asked for more help. This whole trip might just prove the girl-dude shouldn't be sleeping with her nightlight off.

Jerk Ford: Lava lamp.

Wendy: How did you...? What, did you break into my house?

Jerk Ford: *scoffs* Please.

Jerk Ford:

Jerk Ford: I break into everyones house.

Fiddleford: It's an entire dimension of sentient robots?

Jerk Ford: Mhmm.

Fiddleford: And they have the ability to take the form of normal Earth vehicles should they choose?

Jerk Ford: Yes.

Fiddleford: And there's been a civil war raging between two factions of them for a thousand years?

Jerk Ford: What about it?

Fiddleford: Ford, you're talking about The Transformers.

Stan being insecure about getting chubbier and not being as athletic anymore, so he seeks the comfort of his partner. Of course, at first he tries to bottle it up and keep it inside, as he always does. However, that never works, so he does eventually tell them, although it's through a tearful embrace after a breakdown at around 1 am. His partner starts by just comforting him and telling him that they love him and that he is perfect the way he is, but that doesn't seem to work for him, no matter how much they mean it. Then, they offer to let him teach them how to box. He immediately agrees and starts getting his boxing gear together. Obviously, it's been a while since he's been in the ring, but he's as eager as ever to teach them. They start sparring after he explains the basic rules, and of course, he wins. After a while, they're both panting and sweaty, Stan pinning his partner to the ground. His chest rises and falls softly, and his cheeks flush slightly as he realizes the implications of the position. His legs are thrown over either side of his partner's hips, his hands in the boxing gloves resting on their chest. He mumbles something about how great it was to practice again before climbing off of them, clearly turned on and shy about it.
