He spills the truth, freaks out, everyone freaks out with him and later, when he no longer wears them, maybe his family tries to ask about it. Try to find out more, comfort him or even apologise and it only makes them freak out further because Stan does not react to it how he was with the truth teeth.

No, Stan shrugs, gives a vague answer like his gaze isn't distant and in that time and waves them off

"That's it?" "What else ya want? A kiss on the cheek?"

It just makes them realise just how much Stanley has been pretending. Been lying. Been scamming...

Also him wearing the truth teeth making him unable to mask :3 so he's just showing his traits, the ones he got yelled at for so much and was embarrassed by, out in the open and he gets so scared because now they're going to hate him too and yell at him (he even tells them that)
