Make It So Friday

A lot of Star Trek serieses can sorta be read in any order, and at anytime. And, while that’s sort of true of the Double Helix series also. On the other hand, if it’s read all at the ‘same time’ (i.e. over a few days or weeks or months) it’s such an amazingly awesome and epic story that really holds together well.

It starts with a plague on a planet where there’s also quite a lot of civil strife too. The Enterprise-D and Beverly Crusher are on the case though. It seems simple enough, but, it’s not actually simple at all. We then get four more books that are set mostly in ‘present’ time with all sorts of awesome characters like Montgomery Scott, Gul Dukat, Pulaski, Kira, more Beverly, and of course Bones from TOS. Then there’s the final book, which, actually goes all the way to the beginning with Jean-Luc Picard on the Stargazer and why the rest of the books and the through storyline actually happened to begin with.

It was set up so well. A slow burn as for who was doing this behind the scenes, and why it was happening too. Each book stood on its own merits, but, also had this really interesting and awesome through line. And then the final book was just…. Amazing. Although, to be fair, I’m a sucker for a good Stargazer story (that series is on my list to read too).

Echoes of Wisdom Trailer Analysis: Part 1

I'll tell you what, a new Zelda game, especially one this year, was NOT what I was expecting. I was hoping for a teaser a la "the sequel to BotW is now in development," but to have a full on main-series game come out? That caught me completely off guard.

But I've got my bearings. And I like what I see. So let's break down what we DID see, shall we?

Our opening shot has Link in some ruins, looking over at what appears to be Soldiers (as in the enemy, a lesser version of Darknuts), which are a staple for Fallen Timeline games.

However, they usually aren't this color, restricted to red, blue, and green. And they usually have swords or tridents, not axes.

The axes are a new development, as are the black armor and white capes. Maybe they've taken on the red -> blue -> green -> black -> silver difficulty pattern that BotW and TotK had?

Moving on.

Link here has a dark blue cape with teal geometric patterns on the back. Tempting as it is to connect this to the Zonai with the recent game-

-I'm going to abstain for now, because Zelda games like their teal geometry.

Looking around, the ruins Link finds himself in are unique.

We have eye patterns on the walls and double helixes framing the door. We haven't seen any pattern like this before, to my knowledge.

Link rushes in, sword drawn. The floor is plain square patterns on cracked tile.

We get our first glimpse of the Hylian Shield

As well as a clear shot of his sword. Oddly enough, it's not the Master Sword, or anything like it—it looks too plain to be something final, like the Four Sword or Phantom Sword:

And yet, it still very distinctly matches Link's current aesthetic, with the teal geometry.

Honestly, it looks more akin to a beginning sword that needs to change, like the Goddess Sword of Skyward Sword:

It's basic, it's easy to look at, but it's distinct and memorable.

Immedaitely after the cinematic run, the camera snaps to an overhead view, in which Link attacks. So there's at least a little gameplay as Link.

We see Princess Zelda in her crystal prison. Nothing unusual so far, but she definitely has a new look to her, even if her dress is distinctly Toon/Oracles/AlttP style remade.

Then we pan down to Ganon. Fallen Timeline's beast Gan, as we're used to seeing him. So far, he seems to look the most like his ALBW iteration, with the spiked cuffs around his wrists.

Link enters the scene. Purple mist is there for ambiance.

The pattern on the ground feels...ornamental. It doesn't stick out much or have enough detail on it to be the usual big-bad-evil-ritual.

Link throws his cape away dramatically.

Again, we get a camera-snapped view in which Link's attacks seem very much in the player's control.

And blocking Link off from escape, we have a magical barrier, though this one is emitting particles.

It's almost like Ganon's torn the ground open for this.

Defeated, ready for phase two, Ganon dissipates into purple sparks, only to reappear and start his tennis volley.

And here's where we get our proper view of him head-on.

ALBW's Ganon is a bit easy to miss in-game, because Yuga takes him over moments after he arrives. But he looks like this:

This is not our Gan's design.

He has the bracers, yes, but his forehead gem isn't spiked, his eyes are red, not white, his armor is gold with red edges and has chest plates that look a lot like really old art of ALttP Gan:

But most interestingly, his necklace is different.

In every version of Ganon that looks like this, he's either had a skull at his neck

Or a gem

But our Gan has something new. Something that, given the eyes in the corridor, feels deliberate:

There's a menace in this branch of Hyrule's history that's known for three things: a horned eye, purple magic, and possession.

The original DMT (Divisor Matrix Table) reveals ALL natural numbers and their divisors.

The truncated DMT -- tDMT -- is based on the original DMT, only filtered to reveal just those ODDs in Column 1 that are the Running Sums (∑) of the Row 1, i.e. 1-3-7-15-31-...

The EVEN DMT -- EDMT -- replaces the ODDs in Column 1 of the tDMT with the BF1 series -- exactly the same as Row 1-- the Butterfly Fractal 1 (BF1) -- and this sibling matrix version of the tDMT has much to offer -- especially when one takes the Running Sums (∑) along each Row!

Let's talk "containers" for a second: "containers" are a special subset of all natural whole numbers identified as being those that are formed from the simple doubling of numbers -- that it double 1-->2, 2-->4, 4-->8,... these are based on the Exponential Power of 2 (2⁰ =1, 2¹=2, 2²=4, 2³=8,... a.k.a the Butterfly Fractal 1.

Within the "containers" we find a sub-sub-subset: the Mersenne Prime-Perfect Number pairings.

The "containers" are themselves of two sub-subsets: one sub-set or STRAND (let's call it STRAND 1) contains the sub-sub-subset Mp-PNs (as well as other non-Mp-PNs. The other sub-subset -- STRAND 2 -- does NOT. There are other differences for later discussion.

STRAND 1 (contains Mp-PN)

STRAND 2 (does NOT contain Mp-PN)

The two strands alternate positions in the EDMT above -- acting like two double-helical strands wrapping around each other, connected by a common number. This common number is a bond between the two sub-subset STRANDS. It plays one role in the geometry of the lower number STRAND, another role in the geometry of the next higher number STRAND.

Following the BLUE OUTLINES in the above image and the Running Sums shown in the smaller BLACk numbers within, we can see that:

PN 6 x 2 = 12 and 12 is the Complement Rectangle (CR) of the next "container" STRAND PN 28

PN 28 x 2 = 56 and 56 is the CR of the next "container" STRAND holding 120

120 x 2 = 240 and 240 is the CR of the next "container" STRAND holding PN 496 and so on.

Although the first PN 6 is an exception to the rule in that it is in STRAND 2, if we were to COLOR DARK each STRAND 1 and COLOR LIGHT each STRAND 2, we would see them fall nicely into light and dark color alternating color band Columns. The Mp-PNs would ALL (except for PN 6) be in the COLOR DARK Columns as STRAND 1.

Although the alternating geometry of the STRANDS held together by the CR is suggestive of the DNA Double-helix, it's not quite the same as this pattern forms a cone-like expanding spiral-helix as the numbers grow with doubling, and all starting from quantity 1.

Classic Comic Villains: The Unnatural Selector

Pinup scan from TyrannoMax #21, Cocytus Comics, 1977

Born in a lost corner of the cosmos, the cosmic demigod known as the Unnatural Selector has but one driving concern: life and its propagation. For millions of years he has wandered the cosmos, transplanting populations and terraforming worlds to seed life in new corners of space and in his time-accelerated Genesis Engines, where he can study evolution in all its forms.

Part of this study is the "Tournament of Life," a cruel experiment where champions of a given world face a series of deadly trials and battles against disasters and the Selector's prized monstrosities. The biospheres of those that fail are scoured in a mass extinction event.

The Unnatural Selector was a regular foe of TyrannoMax, and showed up in several Cocytus Comics titles including Johannes Factotum: Professor of Practically Everything, True Life Tales of Science Fiction, and Barton's Mix-Ups!

A little sneak peek of a panel from an upcoming multi-page TyrannoMax comic I'm working on, reworked into a pinup. Bonus points if you can guess what the Selector is an anthro of (its not an animal, exactly.)

The Selector is a heavy edit, the main components of which are here.

As with most of my Tyrannomax stuff, the images are first composited, then reverted back to B&W lines, edited and inked, before being recolored from scratch.

I accidentally saved over the unedited background image, and Dall-E 3 is bad at archival.

I probably won't be going into this kind of detail on my process for the full pages, because this here is just one panel.

The Selector is a character concept I've had for awhile, this is just the first time I solidified a visual concept. A mysterious space god with a taste for trials and tournaments is a classic comic villain archetype, after all, and the evolution-obsessed villain fits nicely with dinosaur characters.

Might do a whole Coctyus Character Catalogue entry for him if the druthers hit me.

I went to a (Relatively) local comic shop to pick up a few comics I had ordered, and saw they had a whole box of old star trek novels for $1 ($2 for Spock's World) and I bought it!

Yellow: TOS books

Red: TNG books

Blue: DS9 Books

Green: Voyager Book

Purple: I need to look at them more bc I don't think they actually are related to main show lines. (I did look in one and it starts with the enterprise, but doesn't focus on the enterprise in the main story)

There are at least 3 series I identified that i only have parts of... Gateways: I'm missing 2 or 3. "A Time To": I think I'm missing like 5 or 6, although one of the books looked like it had two stories in one (this series is set after Nemesis). And Double Helix I'm missing 3 of the books...

What does the pHzero stand for in Helix's chatname? I'm sure it's obvious but I'm just missing it 😅

Hello there!! So, just to start off, I cannot claim credit for the genius behind that chatname- that is all @themonopolyhat in their INSANE how to bring him home companion piece To draw up the flesh off of the frame, which everyone should go read IMMEDIATELY. I borrowed it with permission for the main series, and the following explanation is all theirs- the idea, at least, if not the exact wording.

The reasoning behind the chatname is two-fold. First, strong acids have a pH of zero, and Helix likes to think he is a caustic, acidic bastard. That one I picked up on, but I completely missed the second layer and had to be enlightened by the creator, specifically:

"because Helix… as in double helix… and DNA is deoxyribonucleic ACID???"

Thanks for this ask, because now I'm giggling all over again at the brilliance behind this!

(Also, thank you for Cody McCody, this is gonna live in my head rent-free forever and a crackfic is already spawning, like I didn't ALREADY HAVE ENOUGH-)

Samus Aran Redesign AU Idea

Suit: Named Chozo-Bio-Armor Suit. It looks like Dread's Gravity Suit, but with orange and blue instead of purple and more purple, referencing the Varia and Power Suits. The dark blue components the Gravity and Varia Suits have are purple. Samus' lower left arm(including hand), is from the Metroid Suit, colors and all. The arm cannon, meanwhile, is red like the Omega Cannon.

Human: dimensionally; i dunno. I'm an ideas lesbian, not a fitness expert. There are Chozo feathers on her cheeks, her left arm sports Metroid-like mutations, including green and red veins and sharpened black nails, almost like mandibles. Samus' eyes are red like that of Metroids, but one has a black sclera and light blue pupil, a scar from the Phazon crisis.

Zero Suit: Unsure. Either canon Zero Suit, the more realistic outfit from that one fan animatic, or base it on the blue parts of the Fusion Suit.

Abilities: Power Beam, Charge Shot, Wave Beam(double helix), Plasma Beam(triple beam), Grapple Beam, Missiles, Super-Missiles, Ice Missiles, Slide, Speed Booster, Shine-Spark, Screw Attack, Double Jump, Morph Ball, Jumping Ball, Morph Bomb, Power Bomb, Melee Counter, Lightning Ball(functioning like the Phazon Ball), Lightning Armor, Map Sense, Metroid-draining ability.

She also has the Scan Visor(and others) from the Prime series, but ADAM is the one doing the scanning and explaining, not an automated system. That being said, Samus is also extremely perceptive.In times of severe crisis, Samus can use the Metroid Suit and Hyper Beam along with it.Without her armor, Samus can still syphon like a Metroid and even expel an overloading amount of electricity as a contact attack, kind of similar to Phazon or Lightning Ball.

Durability: Samus is OP, able to tank crash landings, train collisions, etc. Just makes her enemies like Ridley that much more dangerous in comparison.

Tony’s thumb gently rubbed over the small double helix segment that was now embedded in Y/N’s skin. The same one that matched his that had shown up out of nowhere in the last several hours. One that he had tried to remove from his skin several times before finding its twin on her wrist.

Each time his thumb moved over the marking, he hoped in some way it would vanish. But after several minutes of trying, it was evident that both marks wouldn’t be leaving any time soon. And as disbelief vanished and reality set in, Tony knew that this had everything to do with the component.

It was proof that the component had altered both of their DNA without needing to look at the results of the bloodwork. Proof that the both of them currently had something they had no understanding of running through their veins.

“What did we get ourselves into?” The words were more to himself than to Y/N. He was sure that Y/N couldn’t hear him with her current sedation.

He closed both of his hands around Y/N’s, holding her hand tightly within them. Even with holding her hand for the few minutes that he had been, her hand was still cold in comparison to his. How differently her hand felt in comparison to the week beforehand.

Tony may have been grabbing her hand to stop her in her haste to get started on deconstructing the gun, but her hand was warm. Now, her circulation was poor enough that her extremities were growing colder by the minute.

After another moment, Tony opened his mouth to say something else before closing it rather quickly. He didn't know how to do this. He didn't know how to sit beside someone in a hospital bed and not just simply stare at the person. He didn't know how to speak to Y/N without it feeling off in a way.

Tony believed his words would go unheard if he spoke to her. With that belief it felt pointless to try to tell her anything. To tell her how guilty he felt. To tell her how sorry he'd been about the whole situation.

"I-" A sigh passed his lips. How could he easily talk to her, insult her, give her nicknames and work with her, but not get the words out now? "I know I'm not your favorite person to be around. But I need you to wake up. Wake up and kick me out of the room. Anything is better than seeing you like this." His eyes flickered to the monitor above her bed. A thought crossed his mind and he couldn't stop the words from spilling. "Or don't because I can sit here and talk your ear off with…useless ramblings since there's no definite way to prove you are listening. I can spill all my darkest secrets and wouldn't be able to tell a soul."

His head bowed down, his eyes moving from their hands down to the marbled floor beneath them. "Please wake up sleeping beauty." The words had barely been a whisper.

“Blood analysis is back.” Natasha said walking into the room a moment later

Tony hadn’t moved to remove his hands or even lean back away from Y/N. He simply lifted his forehead and looked over at Natasha. “Let me guess. Anomalies throughout both of them. All of them similar to the readings JARVIS had taken?”

Natasha’s eyebrow raised. “If you already knew, why have the analysis done?”

“Validating theories.” He gave a slight nod of his head before looking towards Y/N. “Was it similar to what Hydra had for the two hostages?”

Natasha walked further into the room, coming to a stop beside the bed. Just as she had done every time she came in to spend time with Y/N, she took in every detail of her to see if there were any noticeable changes. But every time she did, there were hardly any.

More discolored bruises as her body attempted to heal. The endless beeping and noises from the machines around them. And the monitors showing everything she was hooked up to was keeping her stable.

“Eerily similar.” She noted as she took a hold of Y/N’s left hand. “However Y/N’s samples aren’t anywhere close to being as fatal as the woman's was at this time frame. Hours after the blast, they declined at the same rate.”

“Shows that there are differences in our cases.” His hands had subconsciously squeezed in comfort.

"Based on Day 8 notes, which is where we're currently at, she's holding steady. Her scans from this morning are showing progress from her bones healing to her blood pressure rising in the right direction." Natasha's thumb gently ran over the back of Y/N's hand. "As long as she stays here, she's slowly getting better. Trying to move her anywhere seems like taking several hundred steps back."

"Then we don't move her until she's stable enough to not trigger a decline." He gave a nod of his head.

There was hope building within him. Hope that was trying to snuff out the guilt that had filled him since waking up and seeing Y/N in her bed. Hope that maybe she would survive what the component had done to her.

“You, on the other hand,” She looked over at him. “have healed at a slower rate than the man. But given the proximity that you two had been in, it makes sense.”

A huff of a chuckle passed his lips. “Not surprised by that either. Though it doesn’t explain why one of us is currently up and about and the other…”

He still couldn’t bring himself to say that Y/N was struggling to survive. He couldn’t allow himself to even begin to think that she wouldn’t make it another week. But if her levels were a lot steadier than the information they were currently working with, all the more reason not to say it at all.

After a moment, Tony shook his head, getting rid of the thoughts in his head. “She shouldn’t be in this bed.”

Natasha watched as Tony’s eyes scanned Y/N for the hundredth time since she stepped into the room. She noted how at times his eyes would glass over for a moment before he’d blink back the emotions that were building up within him. She also hadn’t missed the way Tony hadn’t let go of Y/N’s hand or the way every few moments his hold would tighten before loosening up.

She knew how much Tony and Y/N bickered every time they needed to work together. When they weren’t fighting, they were like two kids in a candy store, but with science and tech. She’d seen several times while coming to visit Y/N where she’d stun even Tony with her ideas or details that worked better than Tony’s. Natasha had also known the pair to have the briefest moments between them where they laughed and enjoyed their time together.

And much like everyone else in the place, Natasha witnessed the way they threw a past event in each other’s face. It was surprising that the two never actually said what the event was. But the tension and the hurt in their voices afterwards proved time and time again that before becoming an Avenger or even an Agent of S.H.I.E.L.D., the two had been more than acquaintances that fight whenever they are forced to work together.

But this, how she currently saw Tony, was something Natasha believed she had never seen before. Natasha would have thought Tony would be down in the lab already scouring for a way to help Y/N. He would be neck deep in the research of the component to find the answers to the questions he had asked several hours ago. Yet he hadn’t left the med bay since he had woken up.

He hadn’t eaten or cleaned himself up. He had still been in the set of med bay scrubs he’d been wearing while recovering and his beard hadn’t been touched up to its normal shape. Any other time Tony would have been up, out of the med bay, and in his normal attire and cleanliness. He may have looked healthy, but Natasha could see how this was haunting him.

“It’s not your fault Tony.” Natasha said as she gave Y/N’s hand a gentle squeeze before bring it down to rest on her stomach. Her fingers slowly moved out from beneath Y/N’’s fingers as she moved her eyes towards the monitor beside her bed. “You didn’t do this to her.”

Tony scoffed. “No but I was too busy arguing with her to notice what was going on right under our noses. If I hadn’t-” His mind instantly went to the conversation before the blast. The things he had been saying to her were nothing she hadn’t heard before. But it was the one insult he was about to toss at her that weighed the most and the words didn’t even fully leave his lips. “Before the component went off, I practically told her that she was no better than Hydra.”

Tony leaned in closer to Y/N, placing his elbows onto the bed beside her, his hands never letting her hand go. His eyes moved over her face again, hoping that Y/N would give him some kind of sign that she’d make it through this. That she’d wake up and beat the current odds they were faced with.

“It was the heat of the moment, Tony.” Natasha’s eyes hadn’t moved from the monitor. Her eyes may have been taking in the information from the monitors, but she hadn’t missed the guilt that Tony’s words carried. “For as many times as I’ve heard you throw rocks at her, she continuously stood her ground against it.” Her eyes moved towards Tony. “She even threw a few of her own.” The slightest smile pulled at the corner of her lips. “She’ll wake up and throw bricks this time.”

Her words caused them both to chuckle. Tony shook his head before resting his chin on his and Y/N’s hands. Against his skin he could feel the warmth his hands had helped to warm hers up. But they were still colder in comparison to normal.

“I expect those bricks to hurt like a bitch when she does.” He looked over at Natasha.

“As long as I get to watch when she does.” She gave a slight shrug of her shoulders. In return, Tony rolled his eyes before turning his attention back towards Y/N. Again, she watched as Tony took in Y/N’s appearance. “I usually would wait and try to pry it out of her, but seeing as she isn’t currently talking, what happened between you two?”

An exaggerated sigh passed Tony’s lips before blowing a raspberry. “The better question to ask is what didn’t I do? You got a few more hours to spend visiting? There’s quite a list.”

“Summarize. It would make it so we’re not in here for another six hours.” She said with a tilt of her head.

“In a few sentences?” He took a moment to think of the simplest way to explain his long lists of acts against Y/N throughout their past. “I all but ripped out her heart and stepped on it before handing it back.”

“Sounds like you ran away from something.” She noted.

His hand once again tightened around Y/N’s for a moment. “Ran and hid behind a wall when all she wanted was to be there for me. I don’t blame her for hating me.”

A huff of a laugh passed her lips. “Something tells me she doesn’t hate you. Not in the way you may think. That wall you put up-” Her eyebrow raised slightly, catching Tony’s attention.

“What is it?”

“Did you see that?” She asked as her eyes stayed locked on the way Y/N’s hand rested on her stomach.

“No.” He said with a shake of his head as he looked down at the hand in question. Just as he had, Tony caught exactly what Natasha had noticed moments before.

At first both of them didn’t believe their eyes as they watched her hand. But a moment later, they watched as Y/N raised her pointer finger slightly before it fell back against the blanket beneath it.

For the first time in a week, Y/N moved her body on her own.

Greylock Tapes: Mutation?

Spoiler warning for Greylock Tapes.

I have another bizarre theory about Greylock Tapes! After rewatching Tape 012, I think the surreal content of the TF-2 program is hinting at a prior theme in the series.

In Section 02: Priming, the participant shown five lists of words and asked to select the word that doesn't fit with the others. At first, I assumed that the sets of words were meant to put mental images of viscera, violence, and mutation into the subject's head, so as to trigger the fear necessary for thoughtform cognitogenesis. After reflecting on the outlier words -- Rope-Blood-Visible-Improve-You -- I came up with another theory.

These words are code for genetic mutation.

The DNA double helix resembles a braided rope. DNA exists in every cell in the body, but is most often extracted through a blood sample. "Rope Blood Visible" means that someone or something can perceive this DNA. "Improve You" refers to mutations inflicted on humans by the entity inhabiting Mount Greylock.

Section 05: Activation shows the subject a series of hallucinatory images, including this dazzling image of spiraling, dancing lights. I think I know now what it's depicting: a stylized DNA double helix.

Will genetic mutation play an important role in future episodes of Greylock Tapes? Were the mutated miners from Tape 006 and Tape 008 harbingers of things yet to come?

LoZ - Fierce Deity's True Form

I named him Sheikaku.

I get the idea that, physical attribute-wise, his true form likely had a similar appearance to Sesshōmaru from Inuyasha, but with the Fierce Deity facial markings from Linked Universe. However, the mark on his head has one similar to the one on Wolf Link's forehead inside it. Also has 4 eyes like the Bargainers & darker, more tanned skin resembling Impa's from Skyward Sword. Hair long & silvery-white pulled into a fishtail braid that regularly hangs over his shoulder, pronounced canines, & slitted pupils. Muscular & masculine, but in a lean & quiet way.

His markings are also not just on his face, but are all over.

Like this, but more tan & with an extra pair of eyes beneath the ones he already has. (I do not own.)

And something more along the lines of these markings, but not the mark on the forehead that fills the one already there. Replace that with the mark on Wolf Link's forehead.

Originally, his eyes were ice blue, but upon mastering the Mind's Eye, they turned a glowing silver. Such is expected of moon deities.

When mortals master the Mind's Eye, their eyes turn ruby red. However, when deities do so, they turn silver or gold & glow like the moon.

I also think that he was, at least physically, more similar to TP Link in that he actually had some damn muscles on him & was specifically a hunk, not a twink nor even a twunk. A hunk. Not, like, Ganondorf levels of hunk though, rather being more slim or compact in build, but still very muscular.

The Mind's Eye (心の目, Kokoro no Me) allows one to be able to see the truth as well as spirits. This includes allowing one to see past illusions. A rare few may even be gifted with a special ability such as getting visions of the past or a possible future. Or being able to perceive the most miniscule of twitches & ticks on a person, thus allowing one to see past not only the lies that people tell others, but also those that they tell themselves. So, imagine it as a mix of the Magatama & the Percieve ability, both from the Phoenix Wright game series.

Being a god, the Fierce Deity's Mind's Eye went even further & allowed him all these abilities. It also gave him superior intuition. This allowed him to be an especially effective judge.

It is from him that the Sheikah originally learned the way to open their Mind's Eye. But this fact has somehow been lost to time.

Not to mention, he'd have slightly different clothes.

He'd go with a look like a mix of the Fierce Deity's armor's coloring & chestplate, but with a bit of a Mystic Set style & featuring Depths Set script. So, a bit like a Sheikah samurai.

Casually, he'd wear a navy split-sided, diagonally-buttoned Cheongsam-style top with Haori sleeves & an imperial collar. Navy Yamato Budogu (Samurai Pants) tucked into Jika-Tabi (Tabi Boots) with Suneate (Armored Shin Guards) over them. Over that is a cyan & silver Tibetan Pulu robe, or Zhuba, I think. The Haori sleeves are wrapped at the forearm by tape & over that are a pair of leather Samurai Han Kote (Vambraces). Most of it is fur-lined & you can see it coming out the tops of the collar, the Kote, & the Jika-Tabi. He'd also wear a set of blue rosary with fangs as a necklace.

This outfit is actually reminiscent of @kifaprokumiv's art of the Fierce Deity. I really liked how he looked there.

The colors are of the Fierce Deity as we know him (cyan, red, navy, silver, ect) & the patterning of the outfit is like the Mystic Set, but the Zhuba features the symbols from the Depths Set just in silver on a cyan background.

When in battle, he'd wear armor. The patterning of the Mystic Set would be etched into the chestplate's surface, but it's barely visible.

But put together like this:

On his back is a sort of fur cape.

So, very much like this, but with the specifications above.

And with this helmet & mask, but only when in battle, except the crescent is even more crescent-y:

The Double Helix Sword would act as a Zanbatō & be called the Nijūrasen Zanbatō. I like to think that the original sword more resembled the Furious Deity Mask's sword, but with the sort of eye symbol at the hilt & serrated right edge like the Vengeful Deity Mask's sword, both from Hyrule Warriors.

I'd very much like to see fanart of this.
