Why is Y/N so nervous around Sun and Moon? Also, what is life like at the water park?

Okay so for this question some brief background lore about y/n and how they know Waterspark Sun and Moon.

when y/n was a child their parents booked a week long vacation at Waterspark Bay following its grand opening. In the waterpark, y/n was the type of child that didn’t really seek making friends or playing with the other kids

(not that they wanted to be alone they just didn’t place themselves into other kids fun)

but y/n was content doing their own thing, being in their own little world etc.

It didn’t take long for the new waterpark mascots to single you out and throughout the whole week the three of you were inseparable. Waterspark Bay was still staffed with humans at that time so the boys were free to get acquainted with the property and guests. Needless to say you made a great impression on one another, this photo was taken on your last day and it’s your only memento.

I think anyone would be a bit nervous seeing childhood friends after such a long period of time, especially knowing that they now own and run an entire theme park and resort!

Also theirs the whole ordeal where you said you were married to the water boys, silly kid stuff that came back to haunt you.

Hellll Yeha tell me more about your atelier au! Is Stan a brimhat? Or is he a good law abiding witch? What happened to ford?

I WOULD LOVE TO!! Also Same Hat with Witch Hat Atelier gravity falls au 🤝 Stan is not a brimhat! While he’s dabbled in forbidden spells and witch crimes he purposely wears a witch’s cap. This keeps him under the radar plus the Brimhats creep him out. He has never been a law abiding citizen! I don’t think it’s part of his vocabulary. and now onward to Stanford Pines!

After graduating and becoming a full witch he moved to Gravity Falls sets up his atelier there and looks into the magic of the small town. When he eventually came to a halt on his research he finds a cave painting of Bill just instead of the ritual to summon bill it’s the mind control sigil that at first just allows Bill into Fords mind and through some fun manipulation Bill convinces ford to inscribe a sigil on his witch cap that gives Bill full control. I drew out an idea of the mind control sigil, I took the memory wipe sigil from WHA with some creative liberties and added in the symbol for fire. During this time Ford becomes a full brimhat. This is after magic started becoming limited on who can practice it. Bill also convinced Ford to build a window/portal to where Bills been trapped. When he gets paranoid and contacts Stan he still tries to push Stan away leading into a fight causing Ford getting sucked into the window/portal. He gets trapped where Bill is trapped. The forest of mazes. It’s specifically built to keep dangerous people in like Bill Cipher. Hence why Fords never been able to escape. This also starts Stan’s development from regular human to full witch with the help from Fords journal and various books around his atelier. The journals play a very similar role. They are Fords research notes but as the journals progress and get more unhinged Ford also writes more on forbidden spells. When Stan finds out that Dipper has journal 3 he is really hesitant on giving it back to Dipper but trusts him and gives it back.

and some notes on this piece! ford was easier to come up with a design for because of how easier to it to change a trench coat into a witch’s robe. His current witch’s cap is made by Mabel :]. We also get to see younger Ford and Stan on the days they Fucked Up. I also started showing bits of Bill Ciphers abilities. Since the Brimhats are humans who used magic to become enhance their abilities and also the Big Bad Guy, and also also so far in my rereading of WHA there’s no mentions on demons or gods. So for Bill he’s just a Brimhat but a very charismatic Manipulative cult like brimhat

Wild is a Long-tailed Skipper

Wind is a Red-spotted Purple

Legend is a Red-bodied Swallowtail

Four is a Western Pygmy Blue (hehe tiny)

Twilight is a Buckeye (one with extra iridescence)

Sky is a Rocky Mountain Parnassian

Warriors is a Blue Morpho

and Time is an Owl (normal) or Peacock (Fierce Deity) butterfly (maybe one wing from each? since the Fierce Deity markings are only on half of his face 🤔)

"I give up," Remus is practically seething. His clothes are half cake flour and half whipped cream (the latter, after an unfortunate hand-mixer catastrophe), and his hair is pushed up in all directions on his head, held back by his gold wire glasses (he's pretty sure the glasses are stuck permanently in his hair at this point, but his hands are too dirty, and he's generally not in the mood to try to get them out right now.)

Sirius is lounged in a kitchen chair across the room, sipping casually on a glass of red wine and looking cool and collected as a basket of cucumbers. That is an understatement. He looks better than he usually does, and it's making Remus feel like an ogre in comparison. A disgusting, confectionary-drenched ogre.

Remus squints at him. "Could have been easier if Mister O-Level Potions Master deigned to lend a hand!"

Sirius watches him for a moment, mirth twinkling in his eyes, before apparently coming to some decision and standing up. He walks languidly across the kitchen and stops in front of Remus, glass of wine still in hand, and pouts at him condescendingly. "Couldn't survive without me, could you?" He says, amused, and drags a finger through the whipped cream on Remus's cheek. He puts said finger into his mouth and sucks.

Remus sputters and spins away, shoving his burning face into the refrigerator and muttering something about needing more eggs.

Hello Anon! I will be answering your question but please stick with me as I use this opportunity to ramble about the complexity of Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson’s early relationship dynamic.

I personally don’t tend to apply the notion of “raised by Bruce” to what the young Dick Grayson had going on with Bruce from preadolescence to adulthood. I don’t think of Bruce as really having stepped into a parental figure role for Dick, treating him more like a protégé than someone he’s supposed to rear in a really parental sense. He’s like a son to Bruce, given that he’s younger and Bruce looks after him, but to say that Bruce is raising him is kind of inaccurate. At the very least it’s conveniently leaving out the fact that, in certain continuities, Dick is doing his fair-share of raising Bruce!

Where was I? Oh right, your question!

I think it would depend a lot on context, but in short, no. He wouldn’t. He is so attached to Bruce because of the man that Bruce is, and not because of some duckling-like instinct to imprint on someone dad shaped.

Bruce is the best man that Dick knows. He is attached to Bruce first because Bruce could understand his grief, and later because he deeply knows how much Bruce cares for people. Dick’s sense of loyalty is incredibly strong, but his judgement is also extremely keen. So he wouldn’t just be that attached to anyone just because they mentored him. For Dick, Bruce deserves the devotion for simply being who he is.

Team Leader's speaking, but Caretaker's eyes are focused on Whumpee instead- the way they're stood, shifting uncomfortably on their feet, complexion far paler than it ought to be. They aren't doing well. It's painfully obvious.

Caretaker should have said something sooner. They should have pulled Team Leader aside before this whole meeting started, before the whole team was gathered as an audience for Whumpee's slow descent in health. They should have-

Whumpee shifts on their feet again, except this time a shaking hand comes up to swipe at the perspiration gathering on their forehead. Somehow, they've grown even paler in the last few seconds. They blink quickly, evidently trying to shake the uneasy sensation within them, but it doesn't appear to do much at all.

"Whumpee, are you listening?" Team Leader's voice suddenly grows sterner, their explanation interrupted.

Whumpee blinks again. Sniffs. Clears their throat. "I- yes... sorry, Team Leader."

"Thank you. Now, as I was saying..."

Caretaker directs a sympathetic glance towards Whumpee, hoping perhaps they'll finally own up to their own indisposition and excuse themselves. Or at least understand that somebody out there is looking out for them, and knows they're not feeling great.

Whumpee doesn't acknowledge the look, though. In fact, they're not acknowledging anything anymore. A slight glaze has entered their eyes, and they feebly reach out towards a nearby surface for support. Nobody notices except Caretaker. Nobody's even looking at them other than Caretaker.

When Whumpee takes a deep breath, blinking quickly for the third or fourth time, it doesn't take a genius to know what's about to happen. Caretaker at last moves from their position, hurrying forward just as Whumpee's eyes roll back in their head and everything goes limp. The exclamations of concern and shock from the others barely even register to them as they lower whumpee to the ground, already fumbling to undo the tightly buttoned collar soaked through with sweat.

"It's alright, Whumpee. It's okay. You're alright."

From somewhere in the background, Team Leader is swearing. "Shit. I had no idea. I didn't- I didn't think-"

Caretaker can't help the way their brow furrows with frustration as they gently roll Whumpee onto their side.

Of course. Nobody ever thinks when it comes to Whumpee.

I'm curious about how Valentino will react when he looks for Vox and he finds a totally different attitude from him, would he like it? would he be disgusted or turned on? I just can't stop seeing different kinds of scenarios, what do you think will happen?

Valentino doesn’t figure out the entire time. (he dumb dumb)

valentino tries to do his little sexual courting with Vox—who is now holding Papermint’s conscious—and, let’s just say that Vox gets a bit jealous, while papermint is freaking the fuck out

of course, Vox (Papermint’s body) comes up with an excuse to pull both of them out of the situation.

Vox also didn’t want anyone to catch on—though later on someone DOES—so that’s also why he wanted Papermint and himself to get out.

But overall, the experience would leave Valentino confused but he shrugs it off, since the assistant (Vox) said something about an important thing to attend to before shoving Vox (Papermint) off to a corner with an uncharacteristic amount of urgency. Valentino was left thinking too hard. He then went on to yell at multiple people. Thankfully, no blood was shed.

i loved this finale but i am a bit concerned that they’ll continue the love triangle (hexagon?) next season. i really hope we’re not getting gemma trying to rescue mark the whole season or something because that’s literally an inverse of s2 and imo will feel regressive and repetitive. but equally i dunno how gemma will be expected to just accept that mark is gone and she can never be with him again when he does still exist in some capacity and will be back presumably. the only thing i can think of is if mark’s reintegration massively kicks in while he’s still with helly to the point that it really complicates things between him and gemma by the time they reunite (again). i feel like you got a lot right about the finale so what do you think?

and i agree completely that gemma trying to get mark out of lumon will be really reductive and repetitive, but i can't guarantee the showrunners aren't going to at least start from there with her. my hope is that we learn more about her as a person, that she gets more depth and development, and that her innies are an important part of the plot and we get to see them again.

since having both markhellyna and markgemma be endgame is a cop out, my hope is that the show continues its laser focus on the truly interesting and complicated dynamic which is markhellyna, and gives markgemma the closure they both need to move on with the rest of their lives. markhelly babytrapping markhelena is also a big possibility to me, because the innies are trying to establish their bodily autonomy as equal to that of the outies, and that's a great way to further complicate mark's life and show him he can't avoid the consequences of his actions while allowing him to finally develop past his avoidance of life since he lost gemma, to understand that life has happened and he has moved on and he has a future to fight for now, rather than only a past to mourn.

Tommy likes to colour in Buck's tattoos.

Early in their relationship, Tommy just traces around them with his finger, and then one day he talks about how he'd add a bit of colour to the head/heart on Buck's ribs. The next day, Buck turns up at Tommy's house with some markers, pulls off his shirt, and lies on the couch. It doesn't take long for Tommy to cotton on.

He never colours the tattoos the same way twice. He'll do swirly patterns in all of them one day, and stark, geometric triangles the next. Some days he'll only use shades of blue, others he uses the whole rainbow. Buck's tempted to get a tattoo of an easel so Tommy can make his own little drawings inside it.
